I do cable installs here for spectrum, 10 of may I saw a little stand thinking that someone was selling breakfast, it was actually 2 ladies from the office giving away coffee and snacks, I am not a resident but they were friendly with me so I have to give a 5 start to olaces like this.

I always see bad ratings for this apartment complex but I have lived here since 2013 and they are GREAT!! Management handles my requests in a timely manner and Wes and Luigi of the maintenance team come running whenever I need them. Liz is great also she actually remembers me when I call in. The complex is large but very quiet!! It is a family oriented which is also a good thing. My neighbors are friendly and quiet which I like since I live alone. I feel safe here and this is a good place to live. Debra Heard

I lived here for a year. I just moved out recently because of relocation and I can tell you that is was a nice stay. The complex is beautiful and I felt safe throughout my stay. I cant compare it with other apartments because this was my first, but I can tell you that I didnt have any issues with leakage and roaches. No matter how clean a complex is, if you dont maintain your apartment, youll definitely receive unwanted guests Ike roaches and other insects.The complex changed management and I didnt even know until I was about to move out. Do you know why? Its because everything worked perfectly in my apartment and I didnt have any reason to visit the office. My moving out was a bit complicated so I had to call almost every day and Bianca always picked in less than a minute and addressed my issue. She made the process easy for me and I must commend her for that. Dont let these negative reviews discourage you. Go out there and take a look. Its one of the best apartments complexes youll find in Dallas.

Amazing office staff the manager is very helpful. Best apartment complex Ive lived in so far. The maintenance guys are on top of things. I have nothing to complain about the pools are always clean and the staff over all have great customer service.

I lived here for 2yrs and I love it! The office staff has always been great and professional. Maria and Shanika are so wonderful they have made my transfer so easy. The leasing agents and manager has been really great and helpful as well. I would like to say thanks again!

Coming up on the end of our lease and I am sad to go. The new office ladies stormed in and took me by surprise! Ms. Brown, Maria, and Natalie are so kind and always willing to help. Way better towing situation. Best 2 years I have ever experienced at any apt (in comparison to 3 garland complexes) Time to move up to a house 😁😁if your worried about bugs make sure to clean up after yourself and remind them of spraying I have small problems when the weather changes but who doesnt living next to a creek.

I will say this I think a lot of people that are on here are mad at the old management and not giving the new management a chance! I went there today and even though they didnt have anything to lease until mid Aug. Property Manager Jessica listened to the horrible situation that I was in, in my life, took time out and drove me around and found a apartment for me and my 2 kids that can be ready by this weekend! The prices are more than affordable in my opinion, and the apartments are good sized. Im so thankful for her more than she will ever know...Give them a chance Im sure there was a big mess left by the old company that they have to clean up!

I am a resident of Sierra Park. I have lived there for the last 14 years. I just wanted to give my recommendation about Ms Yolanda. Every time I have had an issue n discussed with her she has always been kind n helpful. So far among all the workers in that office she is the most polite n she always takes time to listen to me. The time I had a problem with my air conditioner in September she made sure it was fixed quickly. I think she needs a promotion. But that is up to u guys. I am happy that she is an employee at my residence. Thanks

Jessica and her team helped me and my family acquire a 2 bedroom apartment in short notice. I looked over the property and noticed that they have been improving the appearance of the trees and landscape since I last seen them 6 month ago. The trees as you come in look opened, just like the ones from down town . Im in the landscape industry and I look at that first before choosing a place to live. I Honestly feel great about the decision I made. Oh and the pool are AMAZING!!!

I just moved in yesterday and the whole process was smooth and professional. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews, but Julie and Natalie were so nice to work with. They understood my needs and placed us in a great apt on the first floor. The apt was clean (actually spotless) when I started moving in and cant say that I had even one issue. Of your credit isnt good, they will still work with you as long as youre employed. I thought the apt we got was a steal, at just $660. (its not a remodeled unit but still kept very up to date and clean, no bugs, etc) now the AREA AROUND THE APTS, I wouldnt hang out at the liquor store across the street, that whole little block is an eye sore. But the landscape, parks, and soccer field are very nice to come home to. I cant negate anyone elses previous experience with sierra apartments, but mine was very pleasant and I would recommend them.

I been a resident here for the last 3 years. Ive had problems with the previous owners. The new staff is friendly and helpful to me every time i come into the office. The maintenance staff is very nice and always greets you when they see you. New Management have came in and cleaned up the place good job too the 2018 staff at sierra park thanks!! Eli D

This are great apartments inside and out. Everyone saying that there’s roaches must of not been cleaning their apartment. My apartment doesn’t have any kind of infestation whatsoever. My leasing agent was Nathaly, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment especially if you’re a first time renter. Nathaly explained everything to me and had so much patience! She should get a raise, that girl is golden! I love my apartment and the price is just right for the location with a lot of convenient stores at a walking distance!

I love this location, my apartment, and the staff… Whenever I call we talk like old friends.. They are very pleasant and very good the residents…I love it here!!! The only thing I don’t like is the gym is way too close to me apartment and it makes me feel guilty for not going lol Awesome place to stay!!!

They Rock. New Management shows they care vs the old management. They take the time to attend you and understand your problems and if theres something they are able to do, they actually get back to you with a resolution. Maintenance staff work very hard to get to your needs and always seem busy vs the old staff who always were on brake and standing around doing nothing, these new guys are all over the place, up and down non-stop, big ups to their hard work and big thanks to the property manager with cleaning up this place. Ive seen improvement since they started here.

I have had issues with them in the past. It is very hard for me to go the office during office hours because of my job but I will say that every time I have an issue or need assistance Zuki the assistant manager is always willing to help me out. She always answers my emails and calls me back when asked. I never have a problem with her specifically. I just wish that they will answer the phone when it rings more often and that when I talk to someone outside of Zuki my issues get resolved!!!!

Bad things happen anywhere but good costumer service is hard to find!! I’m glad Nathaly works here. She always has a smile on and helps me kindly with all my concerns. Back in the early 2000s when I was little like 4 and 5 years old me and my dad and my mom and sister used to live here back in the day the apartment used to be called honey creek apartments dont know why they changed it to sierra Park for anyway I had some good memories back in the early 2000s when I was little I remembered swimming here at their swimming pool with my mom and dad and sister when the weather was good and warmer and I also remember playing at that playground that they got when ever I was a kid back in the early 2000s. I also remember another time when I was living here with my mom and dad and sister back in the day I remembered when it snowed here at night time and it was fun and cool i miss all of my old good memories here i also remember one more thing when I was a little kid i remember when I used to have this power wheel extreme machine that kinda looked like a go kart or something and i would ride the extreme machine inside the tennis court yard that they still have around the tennis court yard when I was a kid back in the early 2000s. I miss all of my old life and great memories here

I dont exactly live here but I play soccer here and its fun. A really nice soccer field and people. The kids that come to play soccer here are outrageous and are really good if your a scout go out there and check it out.

Going to be honest these apartments have been good to me Ive had a few issues but honestly there good people here Im 6 months into my lease every work order they came out withing a few days a had it fixed the office staff always nice and willing to answer what dumb question I had to ask the building I live in is really quite all my naghbors keep to them self no loud music or fighting they have armed security the lady thats been working around the day time I have high respect for she really cares about the people living there and can tell she wants the best for the community only bad things to happen to me were a guy jumping my patio trying to get in my storage and later my car but ran off both time after turning on patio light havent seen him around in a while not really worried wish the gym was 24/7 due to them always being closed when I wanna use it the laundry mat isnt to good can really use a remodel but the pools and parks are very nice the area around them makes them look bad but there really good apartments with way less issues I see happen at others
