I then toured with Yvonne who was so knowledgeable about her product that I had no questions ending my tour. The quartz finishes inside the units are beautiful. I look forward to calling Eastbank Apartments my new home.

Moving experience: The leasing agent, Yvonne was, and has been great. Super communicative and accommodating. She showed me around on multiple tours, and gave options for which apartment I wanted.Living experience: Had a few issues when I moved here, but maintenance has been very quick to resolve them. I probably wouldnt recommend any of the other non-renovated apartments, but the one I got is renovated and I like it.New management is making noticeable improvements despite challenges with the buildings age and foundation.There has been significant improvements in the grounds and it continues everyday. The new resident area is actually really nice. Looking forward to seeing what they do in the future. Overall, I think their on the right path of improvement, if not a bit rushed.Some reasons why I cant give 5 stars: online portal often doesnt work or is buggy, complications in the listed offerings related to bot system and renovations, and minor unfulfilled commitments.

Ive been a resident at Eastbank Apartments for a few months now, and Im absolutely loving it! The recent renovations have really elevated the property - the new gym is top-notch and has all the equipment I need for a great workout. Plus, the additional property improvements have made the whole complex feel like a brand new community. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is perfect for accessing nearby amenities. Im so happy I chose Eastbank Apartments as my home! 5 stars and highly recommended!

I moved In here very unexpectedly and so fast. The ladies in the office are all extremely nice and will make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I picked an upgraded apartment and it’s so nice with a huge balcony. I always Have parking in front of my unit. It’s quiet, and the community areas they are working on are really awesome. Bonus point because my dogs have been super relaxed and enjoying it just as much as me.

If I had written this 4 months ago I would have probably given 2 stars due to the system issues that came from transferring owners. Now that all of that is past, what is left is an efficient system and friendly crew that take care of your problems immediately. Work orders are taken care of as quickly as possible and the apartments held up with ease during the winter freezes. Incredible location with everything you need within a couple miles reach, and, from my experience, safe location as well. Never had any packages missing or stolen once.

This place is a lot different than it was several years ago when I last toured it. Saw it was under new management and decided to give it another shot and I was thoroughly impressed with all the new amenities how well maintained they were, the lay out was very inviting and plenty of things to do. When talking about numbers the associate Yvonne was super professional and actually looked happy to be there she never left my side and wanted to make sure all my questions where answered. When my lease is up I’ll definitely be adding east bank to the top of my list.

This was my first apartment and I loved it! I had to relocate due to school, but this community was very peaceful and clean. The neighbors are friendly and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues (I’ve been here for a year and only had one issue, which was promptly resolved within a day). Management is also very friendly and willing to work with you, which was super helpful during the pandemic.What I thought would be a stressful experience was made amazing by Tiffany and Lisa!

The building repair staff here are the friendliest and so fast at fixing anything that might go wrong. This review is an easy 5 stars no doubt. The management are professional and super friendly. They genuinely care about making residents happy. My favorite thing about living here is how quiet it is and how clean and well maintained the property is. Parking is great, they have two swimming pools, a basketball court, a fitness center and they allow pets. It’s located conveniently near the lake and some of my favorite restaurants and shopping spots. I would definitely recommend Pebblebrook to anyone looking to move to this area.

I recently moved from Pebblebrook Apartments, not because I had any issues with the complex or company, I just needed more space. But my time here was made pleasant, thanks to Trish, the Property Manager. She assisted me with all my needs and made it easy to live here. She showed compassion and made me feel as though she cared and wanted to be of assistance. I never felt like I was “bothering” her when I came to her and she was always professional. Im a new resident at Pebblebrook and since day one Trish the office manager and Kelly have been SO helpful, and I mean extremely helpful. They have welcomed me warmly and are very attentive to their tenants. This is my first time renting on my own and every question I have had they have answered thoroughly and walked with me every step of the way to ensure this process be as easy as possible for me. I have had no issues with my apartment besides foundation shift has caused uneven floors but the buildings are older so that is to be expected. Ive even told management about it and they have taken action quickly to get things resolved. Kelly and Trish both have checked in on me when seeing me around the complex and truly care for their tenants! I love this apartment complex and the people running it. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because of my concerns for the floor in my apartment but I know I will hear from them shortly regarding said concern. I love my apartment and am so thankful for and think highly of the staff here at Pebblebrook!

Ive been here about 5 months so far. I love it. Its nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. There could be more parking space for visitors. Kelly, in the office is wonderful! The few times I needed maintenance, was not for anything major, and they were very fast to respond. Highly recommended.

Its quiet. The people and neighbors are nice. The only thing bad I can really say is that we were promised new cabinets, counters, and appliances and they havent even started doing the first building yet. Appliances and cabinets are so old. Maybe from the 90s. Otherwise, they repair things fast. It could be cheaper for what you get. They try to price themselves like the upgraded apts in the area and thats wrong.Thank you to the staff for your response. Im really disappointed that we were mislead buy old management. Ill add that maintenance response is great and I feel very safe here.

I never did live at the Pebblebrook Apartments, but I was visiting a friend and something malfunctioned with their stove and they called their office and I half jokingly asked how many weeks it would take them to fix the problem. They were at his door in only about 15 to 20 minutes, maybe not even that. If I ever need to rent an apartment, this is the first place Ill be looking to. My review doesnt qualify as a residents point of view, but what I witnessed was fantastic. Well, there you have it, my 2¢ worth.

Ive been living here for a year, and its honestly incredible. The apartment is in good condition and there are no rats or cockroaches at all. Everything has been very good.The neighbors are quiet, I would only recommend more attention to tenants who have pets who raise their pets excrement.The reason for my departure is because of the traffic on the 30th.Excellent place to live
