    Maintenance!!# Shout Out to Chris maintenance he is always wonderful every time something is wrong he doesnt hesitate to come check on it. It was a weekend once my AC wasnt working rite he came and put freon in the AC with no questions then after the storm hurricane Beryl we were with out electricity as soon as it came on to find out the compressor went out on the AC my apartment was at 88 degrees, he came once again and fixed the AC ... Great job I really appreciate him for always coming through... Its never a question or Ill get to it tomorrow. Hes always on point.Thanks Chris for all your hard work!!Apt #827Crystal Parker

    This is a great apartment community! Nice, clean, and quite. Plus the maintenance team is awesome. They always get to your service request in a timely manner! Plus the leasing office is the bomb. They are real friendly and all smiles. Eager to help you and they are very professional! 😀

    I have been at Eagle crest apartment since 2014. I have been dealing with the maintenance guy Chris and anything that needs to be fixed Chris is on top of it… Super nice guy and explain what needs to be done and he get the job done… Love Chris and he is a very good maintenance man…

    I recently got a apartment here at Eagle Crest I worked with Ms Julia in the office very friendly and helpful in my new journey she stayed patient with me and helped me find the rite apartment for me, she is awesome.Thank you for all your hard work in finding my new home. Taylor was new but very welcoming and helpful as well... Way to go ladies thank you so much for everything!

    Julia was extremely sweet, helpful and answered all my questions about the property. From start to finish of the leasing process, she ensured that she kept me up to date of my application. My boyfriend and I have been here for 3 months and we love it. Thank you Julia!!

    This was my first apartment as a young adult. I chose this location because it’s close to work, yet still secluded enough to feel like we have plenty of space. Apartments are spaced out well enough from each other to give some additional privacy. The gates to get in are my favorite in the area because they are not code based but you have to scan a card to enter the area. I hardly ever hear any ruckus from my above neighbor, which is always a plus.The staff is so kind and generous they even helped me get a washer dryer from an older resident that had left it behind.We use the gym every other night.

    This place is an awesome place to live! I moved here a few months ago and Ms. Marquita is the best! She went above and beyond to help me and my family get our great apartment. She is very kind and definitely brings out many smiles when I see her. We are very grateful for her! Every place needs someone like her. Great job Marquita! You never disappoint your tenants.

    Mrs.Marquita helped me and my family get situated into our apartment. Marquita is attentive, honest, and truly cares about her tenants. Not to say we did not encounter obstacles, but the ones we did encounter Marquita took care of immediately. If you are wanting to look into leasing at Eagle Crest, call and ask for Marquita.I am hopeful that in sharing this review that Marquita’s employer is made aware of the tremendous job she does.Thanks Marquita!

    I moved here in March of this year and its been pretty nice , when i first moved here it was very welcoming. Any issues i had in my apartment it was handled in a timely manner. I have noticed recently that there is one new leasing manager by the name of Ms. Jaime that wasn’t here when i first moved here and she is the best!! Very energetic and and kind and she will definitely brighten up your day!! So definitely ask for her for all your wants and needs.

    Overall, I think this apartment complex is great. Reading others reviews about trash and pest complains is really the residents fault not picking up after themselves. Anyhow love it here and specially the management, really recommend speaking with Mrs. Marquita, shes the sweetest and very knowledgeable about the apartment complex. They really do try to give the best service to their residents.

    I want to take the time to thank Ms. Julia , she was amazing from the start of the leasing process, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and time convenient and her professionalism is tops . The complex is very clean all the time and very calm at night, maintenance is on point and professional. Keep up the good work !

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. It’s clean and affordable compared to other complex’s in the area. Plus, the assistant property manager Marquita is extremely nice and always helpful. The maintenance guys are always quick and nice. Overall a great a experience living here!

    Since I move to the city of Humble I met Marquita at Eagle Crest Apartments. I appreciate how she cares about her residents. She help me and my family to get settled in our new home, and we love it. She is sweet and kind and help with all my paperwork. Marquita’s the best😊😊 As a newest family from overseas, Marquita was so kind to help us locate schools and doctors in humble city, overall she deserves more than 5stars⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Marquita Carter, is definitely an asset to Eagle Crest Apts. From the first time I walked into her office, she made me feel welcomed. I had some challenges with my current complex raising my rent, and another complex down the same street that didnt want to work with me accepting the entire 6 months up front. She made to whole process as painless as possible getting me into the apt sooner than I expected. She had everything handled in a timely fashion as far as the things that needed correct when I moved in. Her smile and demeanor is always welcoming.

    I love living here. The property is really quiet. My family and I have been living here for almost a year and have not had any pest issues unlike some of the reviews on here. I guess it is just the way some people live. The floor plans are really spacious which is a plus and all the big stores are no more than 10 minutes away. The prices are comparable to the area and I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends.

    This Marquita Asst. Property Manager is the best. Her Southern hospitality is a cherry on top.I don’t know how many times things got crazy but she remained focus and patient.

    So far so good, I have lived here since January of 2014, Staff has been turned over a couple of times but it is leaps and bounds better than it was with the original staff for sure. The property has been kept really well and I have not dealt with any noise problems. The maintenance team has usually been pretty quick to respond to any requests that I have had. A lot of people like to write reviews when they are angry or unhappy with somewhere but I feel like I have been here long enough to write an educated review. So here are some things you should know about Eagle CrestParking: I have never had an issue here with parking, I am pretty close to the front of the complex though. Its easy to get in and out!Security: I have been there a year and I know the main office has been broke into one time on a Sunday afternoon. It was the maintenance storage room and the cops were there pretty dang fast. I have never felt un-safe here at all either. The front gate used to be a problem but now it is working 95% of the time.Floor Plan: I have the smallest one bedroom available and I feel like it is adiquite space for me. I have never felt cramped in my home. oh and garden freaking tubs, you dont know how awesome that is for an apartment.Price: after all fees and everything I pay right around 800 a month. my electric runs a little high but thats mainly just my own fault. Cable provider is Comcast, but I believe you have the option to get dish or directv.Saff: I have NEVER had any problem with the staff, like I said, most of them are newer but they are all really good at what they do. No complaints so far.I genuinely hope this helps, For the price and location you are getting a good deal living here in my opinion. I like living here :)now a few cons:Right next to a fire station so occasionally you might get woken up by a late night siren but this doesnt happen often.Is situated next to a treatment plant so if the winds are out of the north you can get an unpleasant smell but Its not as bad as you might think.some of the complex isnt well lit at night but I have never had an issue with that, just an observation.Hopefully this helps you in your search!

    My boyfriend and I moved in close to a month ago. We had a few issues when we first moved in, such as, the A.C. stoped working, there was a leak in the bathroom, and one of the breaker box switches would switch off by itself. However, we called maintenance and they came out the same day and fixed everything. They were very helpful and we have loved staying here, no futher issues have happened. Great place to live, and great for a first home!

    This apartment complex is amazing!!!! I have been looking around to find something close to the main Target and other attractions, if you want friendly staff and over the top kindness I recommend you speak to the staff here. Domonique Leger was so nice and have outstanding professional skills. Her ability in this workplace is fantastic. I had to give Eagle Crest Apartments a 5 star because it is hard to find simple kindness and professionalism that Miss.Domonique Leger dispayed.Thank you!Definitely recommending this apartment to a few friends looking for a new home in Humble. ♡

    Really love living here. Management works with you and takes great care of the grounds. If you need assistance with anything you can ask Jaime or Kita. Really great women. I signed on for 14 more months!!

    I was displaced by flooding from Hurricane Harvey....I moved into this complex on Sept. 29th... I have nothing but great things to say about the management. Response, client focused, and efficient. Mariah was excellent. I am still living here and enjoying it. The property if very well lit and kept very clean.
