Moved in January 2024. Everyone at the office has been great. Leasing process was very easy. Leased a one bedroom apartment, have been very happy with the living space and love the kitchen. Its a nice cozy location at the base of the mountain. Great view of the sunset from my patio. Definitely a must if your searching for something new.

Office staff is very nice and friendly, apartments are in a great location. It has beautiful mountains views and beautiful trees! Which I love to see every day! Maintenance are great always quick to respond. The rent prices are also very affordable, just a great place to live ☺️

In the short time that I lived here, Ive noticed what a great and comfortable space it is. Maintenance orders are addressed quickly, and the main office is attentive (shout out to Christine). Its located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is close to a ton of restaurants and stores. I might never leave.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and staff has always been super friendly. Any maintenance issues are quickly fix and they always call you from the office to make sure everything was taken care of. They have really decent prices as well!! Truly recommend

Came in to apply and Andrea Ramirez helped us with a tour she gave us a second tour when my granddaughter got out of school. One of the nicest young ladies we’ve met on our search. She was well informed on what the unit had to offer and was helpful when trying to fill out the application on line. Her presentation helped us decide this is the apartment i want my granddaughter to live in while she goes to school. Thank you.

Double Tree Apartments provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond in supporting soldiers and veterans. They truly understand and appreciate their sacrifices. I highly recommend them. Go see Christine she has been great help. They always have snacks in the office! 😂😋

I had the most delightful apartment touring experience, all thanks to Andrea! Her extensive knowledge of the property left no question unanswered. She carefully showcased each apartment, highlighting their unique features and helping me picture my future home. Also, the snacks were very good!!! Totally satisfied with the service and the gorgeous apartments.

Lived in the Double Tree for 8 years. Overall a great experience. New management team was a plus. New painting and decks are a plus.Pool is always cold! Just be aware!Sometimes I feel that maintenance may not be the most knowledgeable about certain issues, but they will work around the clock to fix your issues. Go them. All are friendly and welcoming.I hope they have the resources in the future to encourage covered/solar parking. I think spaces should be allocated and there should be visitor parking. Sometimes there are too many cars for the small lots, and cars park illegally.Other than some of my minor complaining I would highly recommend the Double Tree without reservation.

I had a great experience through my short 3-month lease in Fall of 2020. Jonathan & Ana in the front office are super friendly and on top of things. The one-bedroom that I lived in was super spacious and the kitchen had all the appliances I needed at move-in. I was also able to enjoy the pool in the early fall. I would definitely live here again.

This place is a good value for the price you pay. Obviously when you’re paying in the $600s for a 1 bedroom, you’re not going to get the whole 9 yards. It’s location on Mesa Hills is very convenient and offers some great views within a short walk up the hill. Maintenance always tended my work orders in a reasonable time. This place would be better if they did a little cosmetic work, especially with the kitchens. My water bill was surprisingly high for a single guy who is barely ever home. I figured they likely split the water bill evenly amongst the tenants - that’s probably the only major con of the complex. The laundry facilities could use updating as well, make sure you have quarters as they do not accept credit cards. Overall, for this price range, you’re probably not going to find a much better complex.

Ive had such a great experience with Double Tree.Maintenance does a really good job of keeping up with work orders despite there being tons of units to look after.The landscape is great, its very well kept. I love all the grass patches because it make it really pet friendly.The staff in general is very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a not too expensive, yet nice place to call home.P.S. The rooms recently got new appliances, and they are awesome :)

This was the best place to live. In the 2 years I was living there, I never had any problems. Everytime I would need something fixed, it was done within 24 hours. They were on top it. This is a very clean apartment complex. Their customer service is the best. The one person I dealt with the most was Jonathan. He always goes above and beyond. I would recommend Double Tree apartments to everyone. Best place on the Westside of town.

Been here for almost 2 years. People are friendly. Neighbors are down to earth and not weird. Maintenance gets their job done and is friendly. Just dont act like a Karen. Office is kind and doesnt make you feel like youre wasting their time. Honestly not a bad place to live. People whine anywhere you live but as long as you dont act like a princess, life here is easy and chill.

Hidden jewel. This is a quite complex with park like trees, beautiful views and close to hwy and shopping... Bright, airy, budget friendly apartments and for the most part quite neighbors. Jonathan provided a smooth, stress free move in process. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and effectively with a follow up from Ana to ensure my personal satisfaction. So far, all is good!

These are older apartments (maintenance records posted in mine dated back to 1983) and definitely need some love and elbow grease but for the price, location, and management it is tough to beat.The apartments themselves were a solid mix of college students, young adults, and the occasional family and if you live on a bottom floor unit, you tend to hear your neighbors moving around but that is pretty par for the course anywhere.The real reason for the five stars is the management team, specifically Alec and Phil. They are incredibly responsive and effective in getting documentation, maintenance crews etc in a pretty timely manner. The longest I remember having to wait for maintenance was 36 hours for non emergencies, and emergencies were done same day, usually within 1-2 hours. I needed to move because of outstanding personal reasons, but I would definitely consider the Doubletrees again

The ground for Double tree are absolutely gorgeous and the apartments are just as nice! The complex had a great atmosphere and was very quite for being as close to the road as it is. Irene was the representative that showed my boyfriend and I around and we have never felt more welcomed! It was an all around great experience!

I had a great experience living at double Tree, very clean, very quiet, the staff is very kind, helpful and the maintenance people too. They are very quick and clean whenever they got into the apartment to do repairs. It is a great place to leave.

Well, I only have a few hours here and you sleep like El Paso. I felt like that mountain covered me all night, then I realized that God put it for me. My apartment is beautiful and I feel that I am going to live very peacefully and happily!!!
