    Good apartment! I have been living here for a year now. Everyone is friendly, maintenance people are fast response.so far I have great experience and management and maintenance.Yes there was elevator issue for long, but it seems like mostly fixedI am hoping pool will be fixed this year. I love this pool and jacuzzi: con some resident invited tons of unknown people for pool party. Need arm band or something to limited access .A lot of renovations was done last year. Old but affordable rent. Some marijuana issues but that happened in many apartments I lived too.

    Me and my husband love this place. We will be renewing our lease for one more year. Apartments are big and cozy, and the staff is very friendly. There are some issues since the building is old but I think the new management is doing a great job fixing everything (elevators)

    Need to sing your praises again, as the new paint pattern on our floor looks great (and classy) and this is further enhanced by the new lights that were recently installed.I need to congratulate you and your staff on how everything seems to work so much better here at the Dominion now and this includes our elevators, which have not been as operational and efficient as they are now! They all work, they are less noisy, they look great, and they show up a lot faster.Maybe not everyone notices these positive aspects, but my wife and I sure do! Please keep up the great work. So many positive changes since you took over the management of our building.My very best to you and your team.

    I leased the two bedroom model unit after falling in love with this hidden gem of a community. Having been in property management for several years, I know what to look for, how to discern veracity with online reviews, and easily spot the potential issues to avoid when looking for an apartment. Dominion has great bones (high-end finishes like real wood flooring and spacious, well-designed layouts) and has obviously been updated sufficiently/well-maintained over the years. I honestly cannot think of any major issues I would encounter other than the issues that you will see in any other building, such as slow elevators, etc. One major standout from my leasing experience was my interaction with Cynthia, the leasing professional that assisted me. She was warm, friendly, and very thorough in showing me the community and was patient and enthusiastic enough to show me multiple units on multiple occasions. I visited several communities and she was a refreshing contrast to many other agents I encountered. I lived at a Westdale Community in Atlanta that was also very well-managed, so I partially attribute it to the property management company.The only reason I am rescinding my application and giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt the application process was too intrusive. I was approved and able to provide my paystubs and bank statements, however further verification was required that would include giving a third party access to my personal bank account. As I said previously, I have lived in a Westdale-managed community and that was not required. I have also had verification companies call my bank three way, but never had a request for direct access. Not that I suspect foul play, I just know that I make myself susceptible to security breaches whenever I provide such sensitive information. I am very cautious about exposing myself to security vulnerabilities after experiencing attempts in the past. I know that there is nothing they can do about it, as it is company policy, but unfortunately, that was a deal breaker for me. I would recommend this community to anyone ok with their application process.

    Living here for the last three years has been great! It’s quiet and clean. The staff is amazing from the management office to concierge and maintenance.

    I love this property. The office staff is friendly, organized, and attentive. The location is great without being too close to the traffic by the galleria and its pretty quiet. My unit has a great view of the galleria area and a lot of natural lighting. The new reservations on the property have been great as well.

    I recently moved into The Dominion high-rise, and I couldn’t be happier with the management team. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition into my new home. Elijah, Tracy and Jasmine made me feel at home and welcomed. I feel very safe and proud to call the Dominion home.

    The new management here is making many needed updates to the building. The level of customer service feels more upscale and luxurious for the local Houston Galleria area. Pet friendly and there are many social resident events which is greatly appreciated.

    Wonderful experience! Toured with Kayla this past week. Great from start to end during our tour! She gave me all the information I needed it. The staff was super kind as well. The amenities are beyond amazing. This property is on my top list. Highly recommend.

    I love living here. The view is amazing, the place is pretty quiet and everyone has been friendly, for the most part. Overall, I think it’s a wonderful place to live. Hopefully, my husband and I will get to live here for years to come. Our dogs love it, too, because we can take them out to the dog park. The deck where all of the amenities are is breathtaking. The managers are very attentive. My friend, Adreas who works here even delivers my packages to my front door and knows me by name. I could not ask for a more wonderful place to live.

    I’ve been living here for 12 months I wouldn’t leave this property if it wasn’t because of my work move. The staff and the management is amazing!!! Kyle got me into this property and he has always been one call away. He has always been helpful and generous with my whole lease process and stay. It makes me so sad that I have to move but I will definitely recommend leasing here to any one.. even people with children.

    Toured with Kayla this past weekend. She was very informative and made the tour smooth. The property was beautiful and the model room is what I really loved. The staff was very welcoming as well and I will be planning to move in soon.

    I had great experience leasing an apartment at Dominion. It is a lovely place to stay. Awesome apartment and great people at the leasing office. Kyle helped me all the way through from the start. He is great!! He will get you all set, understand your requirements and go above and beyond to get you everything as you want. The concierge staff is very welcoming and always there to help you as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

    I have only lived at Dominion Post Oak for two weeks but thus far the experience has been great. The concierge, maintenance team, and leasing agent are all very friendly, responsive, and professional. The building is kept up very well and COVID-19 protocols are adhered to and followed. The views are amazing and the amenities are awesome. Spacious apartments that have more of a condo feel than an apartment. I’m happy I selected Dominion Post Oak as my residence.

    I called last week to get leasing info for the Dominion. I am out of state in NY and will be relocating to Houston soon. I spoke to Kyle over the phone and asked to get some pictures of the 2 bedroom I looked at online. He said that he would go take some for me and send them to me shortly but also asked if I would like to Facetime tour since pictures dont always do justice. I was so excited about that idea because Ive called numerous places to inquire and most of them will tell me that pictures or virtual tours are on their website. For him to suggest Facetime was an automatic selling point for me because I could tell he cares. We did the tour and he was easy to talk to (even awkwardly meeting over FT for the first time) and very knowledgeable of the community and the surrounding area. It was such a fun call! I was almost sure of my decision but still wanted to take some time looking since I have never been to Houston and wanted to see what else there was. When I made my decision and went back to apply the apartment I wanted was leased :( I am hoping something else like that comes up in time because my time with Kyle stuck out above all other communities. I appreciate all of your help!!!!

    Dominion Post Oak was the perfect place to call home. Immediately when I walked in I knew this would be the place I’d move in. I just relocated and didnt know much about Houston and I didnt know many people. Mona Lisa and all the staff helped me out and immediately made me feel comfortable. I have been at Dominion Post Oak for several years. I have met so many nice people it really is a sense of community here. The location is great! Walking distance to anything I want or need. Dominion Post Oak has some really amazing views!

    Im a realtor for luxury high-rise rentals. I know the market well and have carefully analyzed each building. When it came time for me to pick one of the many high-rise options available here in Houston, The Dominion was the clear front runner. Although The Dominion is slightly older than some of its competition it is equally nice, more spacious, but most importantly has the best people (both staff and tenants.) I worked with Monalisa when signing my lease and she went above and beyond helping me turn this apartment into my home. Over a year after living here, Monalisa has continued to earn a 5 star rating. Her friendliness, customer service, and ability to connect with you and make you feel at home are UNPARALLELED. The maintenance staff also deserves recognition. Johnny, Salvador, and Jammie are always quick to fix any issues you have. They are extremely kind and extremely helpful. The spacious, luxurious, but affordable apartment is why I signed my lease, the staff members are why I have stayed.

    Absolutely fantastic place. I have lived here for over a year and love it. Zero complaints. I had a noisy fridge and the manager and her staff personally replaced it while I was at work (including moving all the food over) so I wouldn’t have to do a thing. Could not be more happy. Thank you!!
