I typically don’t write reviews but often look at them when choosing my next home so sharing in case this help. We lived in a 2x2 here for about 15 months and our experience was great overall. Staff is kind and accommodating, specifically Jeremiah and Mayra. They were both always helpful. My only complaint is that I wish they would modernize their units with better counter tops and cabinets. The current material used feels cheap but I guess you get what you pay for and it’s pretty affordable! You’ll see several homeless people in the neighboring streets but that comes with the area and not something the complex controls. The gate will be broken occasionally but it eventually gets fixed. I never had any major issues. Good unit to rent if you are looking for a decent, affordable apartment and don’t care about luxury finishes!

Moved in a week ago, the application process was seamless. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable, a people person and made sure that we got the rent special. As far as the apartment itself, pretty spacious and reasonable price for the area. Yes, parking definitely needs attention as they’re too narrow and unfortunately you can hear your upstairs neighbour walking around due structural issues. The rest is upbeat!

Everything I needed to know was communicated and when a difficult situation arose Jeremiah helped come up with a solution and was also very patient. These apartments are modern, nice, and affordable; I definitely recommend renting here!

My family and I have been living at the District Greenville for 8+ years. Jeremy the manager and his staff at the front office are the nicest most professional apartment teams I’ve ever worked with. I had a towing issue and Jeremy went above and beyond for me. The maintenance crew are always there to help and if anything comes up with the apartment as in maintenance they are always on time and they do the job right. They gym is always clean and ready for use.The District atat Greenville should be on anyone’s top list of places to call home.

I just moved in a few months ago and the apartment itself is great. Office can be unresponsive at times but they’re lovely people when you do talk to them.My only real issue is how thin the ceilings are. I can hear every single footstep, every child’s cry, every time they drop something (and with children that happens a lot). It’s incredible how loud of a sound it makes when a toddler runs - and this kid runs track meets at all hours of the night and day. If you get an apartment on the top floor, you should be golden. Seriously, the apartments are so nice, especially considering the price. If not, just be ready to get to know your neighbors more than you would like to.

It’s important to have kind people working in the front office where you live. The property is nice and well updated as well! Oh, and it’s extremely reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend.

Decently nice place, very well-managed. The leasing office was always very helpful and was even fair on move-out charges. I put in the effort to clean up, and they actually didnt charge anything from my deposit. A first time for me.The price for the square footage and location was just okay. The location is very convenient for grocery stores and food nearby, and especially for Texas Instruments if youre an employee there. Besides this, I wouldnt call the area nice. But the place is secured decently enough with a somewhat consistently functional gate.Also worth noting is that the gym was very unimpressive - the one time I went, I could not get even a half-functional workout beyond cardio. If you want to weightlift, I wouldnt rely on this gym. Other options are nearby.

As a 5 Year Resident, The District has always exceeded my expectations.My one bedroom is ridiculously spacious and well laid out, with a balcony overlooking a pristine courtyard. The closest space affords more square footage than other comparable properties.The gym is state of the art, and the magnificent pool is a showcase for any visitors. A drink by the pool almost anytime of the year is a wonderful thing.The grounds are kept impeccable, security and maintenance are 110% reliable.Dog Friendly!!! and the most convenient access to anywhere in Dallas via 635/75.

I love this complex because of maintenance, office staff, and the units. BUT parking is Horrendous!! My car has Never had so many dents, scratches and chips in pain because they made a million “compact” car parking spots which no one honors. I’m assuming they did this to have enough spaces for city compliance but it’s ridiculously bad. I’ve lived in 4 complexes in the last 9 years and this has never been the case. Most residents drive suvs and trucks so unless you buy a garage expect to either park a long way from your apartment (who wants to do that) or expect to have much car damage like I have. Thankfully I have a garage for my bmw but my poor Nissan has been through it smh.

I went above and beyond in helping me make the decision to apply. I don’t live there yet, but from what I saw the apartments were nice, spacious and the grounds were well kept and clean.

Ive lived here for 2, going on 3 years now. Just signed a new lease on a new unit and the process has been so flawless and easy, a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders. The office staff is easy to get along with, knowledgeable and kind. The complex and community is friendly, respectful, eclectic and well-maintained. Ive lived in various apartments throughout Dallas over the years and this one is by-far my favorite.

Have been living here for a little more than half a year now and management and maintenance have been very quick and helpful everytime something was needed. Mayra, Jeremy, Yuliana, and Christina have been absolutely wonderful from move-in tasks to answering questions about amenities and upgrades! I do wish the clubhouse was open longer during the day/weekends since I get off work after it closes at ~5-6pm during the week, but I still appreciate the times I am actually able to use the amenities.Big thanks to yall!

I moved into my unit in early March and waited until now to post a review. Jeremiah and Mayra are absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I got into a great unit and continue to be taken care of. I have major health issues, and Mayra even checked that the air filters had been changed in the units we toured before I went in. As someone who was actively recovering from black mold poisoning at that time, this was an incredible kindness that I never asked for, but will never stop being grateful for. Maintenance has always been quick and professional. The people living in the complex are largely nice and well-behaved and friendly. The gym equipment isn’t great and much if it is falling apart, which is a huge bummer, and the parking spaces are way too small, but the units are disability-friendly and the overall atmosphere is great. I feel like Jeremiah and Mayra see me and treat me as a whole person, not just a rent check, and they want me to live in a place that feels like home. I’m planning to re-lease here next year, both for the quality and comfort of my unit and especially because of them and how they work to make it feel like District will continue to be able to meet my needs even if those needs change.

This is the first apartment I have stepped in after getting married. I liked all the amenities provided and specifically there are decent number of cabinets for storage. Ventilation is perfect and I was surprised to see that there are lights provided for us. Jeremiah has been there with us through the overall process and was really helpful. I am so happy to stay in here and would definitely recommend this place.

I moved in at the beginning of March 2022. Honestly I really only have good things to say about the move-in experience. First and foremost, leasing management (in particular Chelsea) has been VERY responsive to questions and requests Ive had over emails/phone calls. The S1 (studio) unit I moved into looked exactly as expected when compared to their YouTube video walkthroughs - the recent remodeling job looks great. I havent yet submitted any maintenance requests, so I cannot speak to that side of the leasing experience, but everything else has been smooth sailing.As I mentioned, Im very appreciative of the staff out here. In my experience, thats 90% of what makes or breaks a complex. They do good work!UPDATE 4/15/2022: Giving my update on the maintenance service. I requested for some plumbing fixes one afternoon and the very next day both issues were addressed - the promptness was awesome. Huge fan of the staffing at this complex.

My partner and I toured the District at Greenville and absolutely LOVED it! Mayra was so friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about showing us around. She answered all of our questions and was genuinely excited to help us decide on our future home. Jeremiah was also super helpful when showing us the actual unit that we ended up purchasing. Both Mayra and Jeremiah were very transparent and honest about the renting process and we did not feel upsold or deceived in any way. Not only is the model unit absolutely gorgeous, but our actual unit somehow looks even better!! The complex was so serene and quiet, and we are looking forward to making the District at Greenville our home.

I’ve lived here for four years…first solo apartment since I’ve moved to Texas. No One or nothing is perfect but I must say they have the best by far leasing office and staff. They do everything within their means to help their residents as well as quickly and efficiently fix any complaints/work orders. My experience with this property has been amazing and I truly believe one of the main reasons is their great communication. If you’re looking for a new apartment don’t pass this property up. I believe you’ll be glad you did. I know I am.

I absolutely LOVE living at the District. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely and genuinely kind. The first day that I went to view an apartment Carlos greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour. We passed a few tenants and greeted everyone by name. Here, youre not just an apartment number, but youre truly valued. They actually get to know you personally, which is something Ive never experienced from any apartment complex Ive lived in. I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I had to issue a maintenance request one day, and it was fixed within a few hours. We have events specially for the tenants, and we are all asked to voice our opinions so that were happy. Ive read some of the older reviews, and it seems to me that things are getting better and better. I am so happy that I found the District. I had many options in this area that were cheaper, but here I actually feel like Im at home!!! I would like to give big thanks to Carlos and Deon for making this a comfortable environment for my children and myself.

Came in for a tour and let’s just say this place is AMAZING!! The staff was so great and welcoming they made me feel right at home from the very beginning which means a lot I went on tour and saw the model which was a 2 bedroom and it was so beautiful the upgrades are everything and more they did such a great job. They even have doorbells lol and each building has it’s own courtyard which I really liked also. I’ve been looking for a place to call home for weeks now and I think I finally found it here it’s perfect all the way from the staff to the homes. There were residents in the office and they all seemed so happy to be there. Great job District at Greenville y’all have definitely set the bar high in my opinion. I look forward to calling this community my soon to be home!

I have lived in these apartment complex for a while and this place has gone from good to great to beautiful. Lots of upgrades and changes have been occurring and all for the better. Great convenient location near major freeway entries. If you love convenience, you can walk to Kroger, the bank, one bus ride steps away to a trip about a mile down to DART, and many more. The management has ALWAYS been nice, courteous, and above all professional showing true dedication to making sure we feel right at home! And we do feel right at home at these apartments!!

I’ve lived in a bunch of apartments in Dallas, and this is by far my favorite! It’s quiet, the apartments are up to date, the grounds are kept neat, they have actual trash valet, there is enough trash bins for each building, they have a mailbox room with cameras, and they have a nice dog park for my little boy!The ONE thing against it is the small parking spaces, there are a lot of people who don’t know how to park and end up double parking or parking too close to your car, but if you’re willing to buy a parking space that isn’t a problem.(Edit) 2022 I had an issue with BILT but the staff Myra and Jeremiah helped me figure out what the issue was with making payments with my rent! The staff has always been incredibly helpful when issues pop up, which are few, I always feel like they care! ❤️

The # 1 thing I loved about this Apartment complex is it’s quiet! If you’re trying to rest/sleep go for it! Bedtime is bedtime n Sleep You can get! Maintenance is definitely a plus also - they will get done! I highly recommend these apartments!!!

Updated Review: I was originally going to move out last year which I had problems with. I was never sent a renewal form or note saying that I had to give a 60 day notice(this time around I was sent an email and a letter was attached to my door), I was under the impression it was 30 days like my past apartments so I had to pay month to month for 1.5 months. The maintenance is quick and Ive never had to wait more than a day or two to get something fixed. The gates are always working now and the new parking policy has made looking for a spot way smoother where as before I could never find a spot and the gates were always down. Good floor plans, and nice gym and pool area. Can be loud sometimes, but its quiet for the most part.

Had an AMAZING experience with this apartment. From the moment I walked in the door to look at the apartments to getting the keys. Everything was flawless. I love the online paperwork signing, it makes it super convenient to sign all the documents without having to step foot in office. Carlos is the person who helped me through the entire process and was prompt and thorough with all my questions, Im a worrier so I had a lot. I also taught him what a walk score was because we were all lost. (Thank you google) although its a LITTLE bit more than we wanted to pay, the amenities are well worth it. The apartments are beautiful with dark cabinets and hanging lights in the kitchen. The bathrooms and closets are huge. Washer and dryers in the unit (thank god no more laundrymats) Our AC wasnt turning off when it was on Auto and when I submitted a help request they had it fixed within an hour. Im seriously in love with this apartment complex. Thank you Carlos for being a MASSIVE help.

I LOVE THESE APARTMENTS. I’m actually bummed out that I had to move out. I’m only leaving because I’m moving closer to my job and my child’s school, if it wasn’t for the travel I wouldn’t mind living here forever! I enjoyed my stay at the property, I signed my lease for a year and it’s been the best experience out of all other places I’ve lived in. I have a 5 year old and I always kept in mind about living in a safe area and this place went beyond my expectations. It’s VERY nice, QUIET, well maintained, never had issues with neighbors, or parking. These apartments are well taken care of. I loved that I could step out late at night and not worry for my safety, there’s a Marshall on site securing the area and the only time you see someone at night is when they’re walking their dog. Maintenance staff are very nice and always on the job, which I only had to request for like 2 minor issues. Leasing was always helpful and patient with any questions, which i rarely had because the communication with the blast emails was A-1! Always keeping residents up to date with any changes & even events! And the system with packages? AWESOME! I order online very often and I absolutely loved the idea that I can pick up my packages with 24 hour access! It’s very convenient.As far as my satisfaction with these apartments, I’m sad that I had to go, I don’t think any other properties will be able to top my experience here. I really don’t know how they have a 3 star rating, if I could give more than a 5 I would! I’m in the business industry myself and I can say that difficult, again, *DIFFICULT* people only complain when they didn’t get something they’re way, but there’s always 2 sides to a story. Happy and easy going people avoid conflicts and keep things at peace :) So I’ll be that one to tell you all that this property is amazing and props to the staff here for doing an outstanding job. To future residents, LIVE HERE. I definitely recommend. Prices were reasonable to me, but if you think they are pricey, trust me, you get what you pay for! Its worth it! Because if you’ve stumbled across this review, you might of just found your new home for a reason! :)

Life happens and through it all she was understanding and more than helpful as a manager of a property. You don’t find that much with other communities. David has also always been helpful and pleasant to be around and is also extremely caring in getting to know us as residents which also holds value to me.Maintenance has always been proactive and the community is always clean. Love the district the 3 yes I lived here!

Ive lived here 5 years. Ive experienced 3 management teams and the service just gets better. We just got our complex repainted and it is super nice. After speaking with the Director and leasing agent Im convinced there are greater things to come. I feel like I live in a condo rather that an apartment. Weve come a long way and I credit it to the owners and managers. Granite counter tops will get you 5 stars.

Ive been living here for the past two months and it has been an awesome experience.First, the people in the front office really care about giving residents a good experience. Carlos, Kathleen, and Hazen have been especially helpful and professional in making sure the residents are taken care of. Once a month, theyll throw a pool party/brunch for their residents with free food and drinks. Whenever there is a problem, they really try their best to get it solved. While living here, we had problems with the AC getting fixed. We made sure to put it in the ticket system, but two days later it wasnt fixed. As soon as we brought it up to the front office, they fixed it the day of. Im sure everyones experience with the front office is different but its a great group of people that do their best to getting issues solved.The District is also conveniently close to many grocery stores, food areas, dry cleaners, gyms, etc. this makes traveling time easier especially if you dont own a car.Lastly, the District has always felt safe and clean. Ive never felt uncomfortable being out at night whether if its getting mail or going for a walk. In fact, at nighttime youll usually find people walking their dog.Overall, pretty cool place to live. Its a positive environment with pretty friendly people and if there are issues, the staff is willing to work with you.

I recently moved due to be closer to work. I lived here a year and had a great overall experience. The email communication from management was great and the staff (those that came, left, and still there) I couldnt asked for better. Hazen (Heather) was always helpful even when we had issues. She even came and did a walk through with me before I left!! In that area they are the best complex for the price. I had no issues of break in or homeless people. I paid for covered parking and loved it. Neighbors are neighbors, some good some bad. Thats anywhere. Will miss the monthly community events!!!

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and we absolutely love it here ! Property is well taken care of . Amazing amenities. Service request( if any ) are completed in a reasonable timely manner. They offer a after hours package room to be accessed at tenants leisure. Property is ALWAYS gated and we have a security guard on duty after hours.

Ive lived here for a year and I like it a lot! The management has always been great and they seem like they truly want it to be a great place to live. Carlos and Kathleen are always great when i need something. The only challenge I have had is that the toilets got stopped up a couple times. Other than that, it has been a great place to live. Highly recommended

I’ve lived here before a couple of years ago for 3 years. I came back because my job relocated me back to Dallas and upon deciding on where I wanted to live again, I decided to go back with The District. Heather was always very pleasant and now she has the right Team in place to carry out the wonderful customer service. I came in today to check the status of my application, the new Assistant Erica was able to assist me through strep by step diligently. Such a wonderful person, you can tell she came from Hotel Management since her personality is beyond great. Thank you ladies!

The District at Greenville is a perfect location to call home. We have lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed every day. Ease of access to 635 & 75. Easy access to Galleria and North Park Malls. 2 major hospitals Presbyterian and Medical city are just couple of blocks away. Regular grocery stores, gas stations and banks are close as well.The management is very helpful and understanding. Complaints are listened to and addressed within 24 hrs. Pool is kept clean, gym is well maintained and office staff are very reliable to receive parcels/packages on your behalf from UPS, FedEx when you are away, which saves the trouble of running around for packages when you are working in the day time.These apartments are spacious, beautiful and safe! Monthly meetings are conducted to address any security concerns that residents may have, apart from the socialization and wine parties. We looked at our complexes close by but none of them offer washer dryer as a part of the apartment. Living here is the best bang for your buck in the area!

I’ve lived in a bunch of apartments in Dallas and the United States, and this is by far my favorite! It’s quiet, the apartments are up to date, the grounds are kept clean, they have actual trash valet, there is some trash bins for each building, they have a mailbox room with cameras, and a fantastic personal who take care of the community. I’ve been here for now 2 years and 7 months and this is my favorite appartment complex ever!

People usually only leave reviews when there is a problem. This is not the case.I relocated to Dallas from Colorado for work. No amount of internet research can provide the intimacies of a neighborhood or complex especially when you’re coming from a different state. Driving by and visiting the complex still doesn’t provide all the answers to who you’ll be living next to, under or over. I have been at the District of Greenville for almost a year. I didn’t want to comment on the property until I had time in.The staff has taken care of every request I have thrown at them with some urgency. I appreciate they don’t act like they regret seeing me when I come in the office, in fact they still greet me with a smile and my by name. I have been working from home since my arrival. This has provided me info on what its like all hours of the day, something you don’t get when you must leave home for off premises work. The layout of the building allows for a courtyard from my unit which is pretty quiet. It seems the courtyard facing residents (in my area) respect each other as far as noise echoing in the space.I think people expect perfection. There is NO perfect complex especially of this size. If there are complaints; it would be with residents who don’t respect things put in place or that they agree to when signing a lease i.e trash, parking, security.Everyone has their standard of living. For the price and the living space. I recommend!

I will update further as our experience changes.Signed a lease for this apartment about 2 months ago, moving in in 2 weeks. No one will answer the phone. Left multiple voicemails and emails over the last couple weeks with no response.The lease we signed told us we had to pay pro-rated rent before we moved in, but no charges are posted and no one will even communicate with us to do that! Moving across the country in two weeks to an apartment that may or may not be available. Very unprofessional.

We are new residents and are very happy with The District. Some minor service issues were handled quickly and cheerfully, which is a far cry from what we experienced at our previous apartment complex. Both the manager and assistant manager are friendly, caring people who give the impression that they truly do want you to live here. Although we struggled in the beginning with the parking, as most of the spaces are for compact cars, we have located some good spaces that fit our needs and are not overly far from our unit. The unit itself is lovely and feels very upscale for the cost. We were thrilled to find EXACTLY what we were looking for in the B1 floorplan; there is a nice variety of floorplans to suit a wide range of needs and preferences. Community activities are plentiful and fun; we have not experienced a lot of noise nor felt unsafe in any way. We hope to call The District home for many years to come. :-)

I just moved from San Antonio to Dallas, and it was so hard for me to find a place here. I found an apartment locator through Smart City named Sarah and she directed me to The District at Greenville. I worked with Lady the leasing agent there, and she was awesome. I originally was too late to put a deposit on the floor plan I wanted, but she accommodated me and we found something I liked just as much. The property is well kept, and upon move-in my apartment looked great. The only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5, is because its hard to get in contact with the office over the phone sometimes. I will provide an update once Ive been living there for a few months, but my leasing/move-in experience was positive overall.

Nice, upscale apartments. Great staff who are genuinely nice and care about their residents. The complex is well taken care of and even though there is an occasional problem like the security gate breaking or the like, the staff is always pretty quick to get things working again.The neighborhood is not very good and I wouldnt recommend living in this area unless it is temporary or you cant find a better location. Lots of general crime in this area, homeless people begging for money, break ins, thefts, etc.

I have been searching in the Dallas area for over a year for an apartment close to my office. After looking at all the floor plans for 100s of apartments my hope was running out. Most of the units are under 600 square feet with few or no upgrades in my price range. I almost gave up and was about to settle for something over priced, old and dirty when I drove by The District one day. I thought I may as well stop. I was so surprised when I met Hayley. She is so professional, friendly and really paid attention to the details of what I was looking for. After viewing the beautiful property and model I was already sold! I completed the application on the spot! Hayley has continuously stayed in contact with me regarding the application process and I am now just waiting for the final notice of when I can move in.

I love The District... my best friend and I got jobs in Dallas back in June and needed an apartment in less than a week time period... The District set us up that day, not to mention took over half our rent off for the first month. The staff has been great... SHOUT OUT TO PORSCHE SHE IS AWESOME.... maintenance has always fixed things and responded in a timely manner and most important the grounds are always clean EXCEPT for those disrespectful neighbors that seem to forget to pick up their dogs droppings.

I love my apartment complex for many reasons and have recently renewed my lease for another year. The staff here is superb! Portia and her staff extend themselves above and beyond to ensure there is a sense of community. Any issues or request can be submitted thru the resident portal and are quickly addressed. As a newcomer to the Dallas area I love that the location is quite convenient; next to several freeways and it seems as if any and every thing I need is less than 15 minutes away. When my schedule allows I enjoy the monthly events that are planned (movie night, happy hour, resident dinners using near vendors, etc). I recommended DoG to an out of towner and she leased site unseen. She has been here a couple of months and likes living here as well.
