    I just moved in about a week ago, and it’s been a great experience! Trash pickup is on time, if you need pest control they come weekly, neighbors aren’t noisy, and the staff is so friendly. The community spaces are clean and luxurious, and the gym has great equipment. My first apartment and loving it!

    I have been living at Discovery Park for almost 3 years, and it has been an amazing experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything like restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful park with a kids playground in front of us. The amenities are top-notch, and I absolutely love the features of my apartment, which make it feel like home.What truly sets this community apart is the outstanding service from the staff. Lindsey the property manager, Payton the assistant manager, and Freddy and Ronnie the maintenance team consistently go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and any issues are quickly resolved. Their professionalism and attentiveness always exceed my expectations and they deserve more than 5 stars!

    Exceptional living experience in a modern gem!I couldnt be happier with my decision to call this apartment home! From the moment I moved in a few months ago, Ive been impressed by the spotless cleanliness and modern design of the space. It’s evident that great care is taken in maintaining the apartment, which makes for a comfortable and inviting living environment for me.Lindsey deserves a special shoutout for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly and addressed a mild issue I had promptly and efficiently. I couldnt have been more pleased. The other staff I have encountered have all been so super friendly, supportive, and welcoming. No issues thus far!Even the tenants have been respectful and kind. The location is another huge plus—perfectly situated with easy access to everything I need, whether its dining, shopping, or commuting.Overall, this apartment offers a blend of cleanliness, modernity, and exceptional management that creates a truly enjoyable living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

    I’ve lived here for one year now and DP Apts is one of the best places I ever lived at. The staff is damm cool and very supportive. I’ve dogs and they enjoy living here as well. We have got dog parks, free treats at leasing office and what not.The support team these guys are super great too. They always get the service request fixed in a day.Just got a new lease for a two bedroom apartment and I know it’s gonna be even greater experience this time.

    We absolutely love our experience at Discovery Park Apartment! Everything is so well-organized and beautiful. The swimming pool, study area, and other amenities are excellent. We especially want to highlight Kari’s exceptional service—she’s incredibly sweet, approachable, and always ready to answer our questions. Her warm and informative approach makes us feel truly at home here.However, we do have two suggestions for improvement. First, we noticed that the corridor area could use a bit more cleaning as it appears slightly dirty. Second, it would be extremely beneficial if the UNT bus made a stop closer to our apartment. Having a nearby stop would save students a long walk to the main Discovery Park parking lot and make commuting much easier.Overall, we’re thrilled to be here and look forward to more great experiences!

    Awesome place!! Each building has its own access and very high point on safety. Lindsey Cook has always been the most responsive anytime there was a question. Lindsey has always helped us every single time as well. I highly recommend seeking out to her for all your needs and any questions regarding your stay!

    Since I moved in I’ve had nothing but good encounters in every aspect as far everyone in the office. I’ve been here a year and have renewed my lease. I haven’t had an issue with maintenance/ pest control what’s so ever. You request them to go and they go in a timely manner and that is pretty important to me. The place is kept up. The manager Zack makes sure you are comfortable living here. The care for the residents definitely shows for itself. I appreciate how they have resident events often. Overall I have no complaints since living here. And I’m a precise person I don’t play when it comes to where I live so if I’m giving a very good review that should speak for itself :) if anything changes I’ll be sure to update it here.

    Awesome place. Safety top priority. Each building has its own access. Wonderful leasing consultant - Johnathan Shed. Johnathan has always helped us every single time. I do not agree with others comments on winter pipes being broke. Texas apartments and houses are not build to take bear such weather. So its not the apartment issue. The management did everything it could to get it fixed. Free wifi. Guest wifi. Study rooms. Computers. Awesome pool. Except one thing that triggered me: when I left the apartment, I cleaned everything but the manager of the apartment has charged me $230 saying they did Thermofog as there was overwhelming smell. I do not agree with this. We used moth balls to make sure apartment is clean and it doesn’t smell bad. I do not agree on the final charges. Even if they charge, $230 is too much!If I was not charged for what I have not done, I would have given 5 star. Other than that, Great apartment to live.Edit 1: after owners comment: Please let me know whom to call? I did speak with the manager and no response.Edit 2: I have reached out to the management team and they were not able to help. I disagree with the final charges and I stand by my review. This is not acceptable!

    My fiancé and I moved in recently and we have a very young puppy. Management has been so kind and flexible with us. The location is absolutely perfect for getting down 380, 288, or 35. The pool is very nice and clean and we use it often. We love that the complex has events each month. We will likely be here for a while!

    Lease ended about 6 months ago- it was easy to move in and easy to move out. We enjoyed living there, great location, good quality apartments, nice amenities, nice management. We almost never heard people through the walls. Had some issues with our building back in the early 2021 winter storm, which wasnt great, but they seemed to do their best to fix the issues. They were responsive to issues when reported. Heard some stories about people having things stolen, but I always felt safe enough to walk our dogs outside at night- loved the motion activated street lights for this reason. Best apartment Ive lived in, and while no place is perfect, it was a good place to live.

    We have lived at Discovery Park for two years and have always had a great experience here. The staff is exceptional and maintenance is on point. Most issues they fix same or next day. Although rent has gone up as I’m sure it has everywhere, the amenities and the friendliness of the staff is what has kept us here. The day to day issues that people mostly complain about will happen at any apartment complex around. Keep up the good work!!

    I never thought Id like to live in an apartment but Discovery Park Apartments has definitely changed my mind. The management team does a great job!! Maintenance and housekeeping do an incredible job keeping everything looking good and working well. The events are fun and we feel a sense of community. If every apartment complex was as fabulous asDiscovery Park 😍 realtors would be out of work!

    I lived here for over a year. I have never been to a place where everything was taken care of so well. The cleaning and maintenance staff, as well as the office staff, were working tirelessly. I had no complaint.

    My leasing agent Jonathan was great from the beginning. I had personal issues at leasing; he accommodated us all the way. He had to change our apartment leasing info twice before we finally got settled on one. He was very kind and patient. The apartment is very nice and comfortable.There is only one thing I am unhappy about which is beyond some of management control is the elevator in building 5 was damaged during February storm and is still out now. After almost 3 months of climbing stairs with bad knees I am ready for the elevator to be fixed. I wish management would keep us informed of the issue and when it will be fixed instead of having to ask all the time.

    Moved in before all the buildings were even finished. Have since left over a year ago when rent was increased. Staff, both of the leasing office and the maintenance were wonderful, always working hard to fix things or give you a good experience.Unfortunately tenants held their fellow building-mates in disregard. Very few people picked up after their dogs when there were pet stations everywhere, on more than one occasion a dog had urinated on the stairwell (of which there were only two in my building), trash was left to fall out of cars and balconies and blow around, and although you couldnt hear next-wall neighbors, smells from their apartments sometimes wafted through the bathroom vents.Additionally, not all buildings have elevators, which is a struggle when loaded up with groceries.

    Discovery park is the best apartments my husband and I have ever lived at. Johnathan in the leasing office is always so helpful!! We were there for a year and just recently relocated to Florida to help with my husbands family and I miss my apartment so much!! We are only gonna be in Florida for a few months and when we get back to Texas we will be reapplying to discovery park. It has such a warm home feel to it and you don’t get that everywhere.!!

    My fiancé and I were just out goofing off, checking out apartments when I suggested we check this place out. I knew about the place because I use to be an Uber driver, so I’ve been by here a few times. We walk in just wondering if anything was available, and Johnathan was able to just give us a tour on the spot. The place really blew our minds, definitely one of the nicest apartments complexes I’ve even experienced. What’s even crazier is Johnathan is helping us get into the apartments for only $100 more than what we pay to live in the hood.... even with a GARAGE included in that price... I seriously don’t think you can beat the price, amenities, and hospitality at this place. We can’t wait to move in come May 2021. 🤘🏼

    We love how great this location is! The new north lakes dog park in 5 minutes walking distance and Rayzor Ranch is a 5 minute drive. Our leasing agents are so sweet and wonderful. They are a big reason why we chose Discovery Park Apartments.
