    I love living here!! My a/c went out and they had it fixed within the hour. The management is absolutely wonderful. They are very organized and have awesome staff. Everyone is very friendly. I was blessed to find such a nice clean apartment complex. Im so thankful!! I would definitely recommend this property for someone who is looking for affordability and a safe environment!

    This is a very nice community and a wonderful environment to live in they have HPD officers on property the staff are very wonderful they are there when you need service for your apartment everything is just wonderful. Angela and Audi make sure that all maintenance request are all done on time. When I first moved to Diamond Ridge they made my move-in very smooth!!! They made sure that our apartment was in perfect condition despite the condition of the exterior. I would suggest anyone who is interested to speak with these awesome employees!!! They may not be the managers but sure do take care of things as if they were the head person in charge! They are very friendly and professional!!! :]

    This a really nice place to live. rent is affordable, the staff is very organized and friendly with the tenants. I would highly recommend anyone to consider these apartments when looking for somewhere to live. The front desk receptionist is very nice also, she is always so helpful and treats everyone with respect also very professional in what she does.

    We have lived here since July 2014. Before moving in we met with Mr. John who is a friendly and professional Manager. He explained the rules and expectations, some of which people should already know (i.e. Putting your trash inside the dumpsters, being mindful that you/your visitors are not disturbing your neighbors, etc...). His staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well.There are updates and renovations occurring but without the price increase most places immediately pass on to their tenants. Whenever we needed anything, it is taken care of either the same day or the next business day.The complex is located near two freeways, grocery/fast food stores, as well as having the Metrobus if you decide not to drive. There is a beautiful park right next door where you can walk, ride bicycles, play basketball, or take your children to the playground/water equipment.It is safe here no matter what time of day or night you leave or arrive home. It is quiet, if there are problems there are Police Officers who not only drive the area, but actually walk around inside the complex.

    I lived at DRA for 5 years and the only reason I dont add the extra star is because it was difficult for a little bit to see eye to eye with the employees. The head manager is the best guy you can meet, friendly and works with you, no matter the situation. Good maintenance repairs, great security, and reasonable prices. Id recommend

    I have been a tenant for over 8 months. I have a good communication with the property owner. Mr. Jhon is always open to talk or assist in any repairs that mar need to be addressed. Work orders are done in a good manner of time. remember home is what u make it!!!--nick

    I have been living here since august of 2016 and overall, i am content with my decision of living here. at first i was skeptical about moving here based on reviews i read but, i figured for the price it was worth a try. Its mostly quiet. i dont see alot of people hanging out all hours of the day/night.. as stated i been here since August, and i havent heard any gun shots or drama,fighting etc....ive noticed in the last few months that The Property Manager and his team have been working diligently to make improvements to the complex. The prop. Manager is very kind and helpful and is very hands-on with his tenants.. my advice to anyone thinking of moving here is; dont let the appearance of the complex and the bad reviews scare you away..give it a try!!!

    Management is serious about getting rid of troublemakers. The updates make this place very comfortable. Quieter than I expected. Been here 2 1/2 months so far and plan to stay for much longer.

    Related with maintenance and leasing, the management always try to do the best for the tenants and prospects, respectively.Once the documents are provided the leasing process is really fast.The prices are reasonable. I recommend this place.

    Diamond Ridge is a nice place to live The lady in the office her name is Amy and her sister are very nice people they know how to treat customers they are friendly Amy always been nice shes very helpful its very important to have customer service thats how you stay in business I hope they Amy and sister stay for a very long time God bless

    Im one of those apparently disrespectful kids in diamond ridge and i love living here its fun and the crime rate has went down by a decent percentage it calm and collected now and they have installed a camera security system so your safe and sound and were not disrepectful and loud were basically a lil family of children who love each other as we would our brother or sister and the manage ment is phenomenal the only reason they dont repair things immediately is because you dont show them that you dont play now games and dont like to wait and you have to basically annoy them and keep calling then theyll hurry up and do it. And they have nice maintenance workers and its located right next to a middle school and elementary school and not to far from a intermidiate school and highschool witch i currently go to ✌.
