    Valerie at Del Mar Apartments is hangs down the best leasing agent I have ever worked with to lease an apartment. First of all she is very professional extremely personable and friendly and very patient. She helped me find the perfect unit with a smile and reassured me she would take care me and help me find a home that was just right for me. And that’s exactly what she did. I was so glad that I had her working with me. Actually the whole staff was extremely kind and welcoming offering me coffee or tea and delicious snack. I felt at home even in the office. Wonderful vibes and energy from the whole team. Thanks again Valerie. You are awesome!!!

    LUIS B. has definitely been a big help. I went through a lot of waiting Trying to get someone to come and fix the issues around the apartment And once Luis got The request He came as soon as he could and got the job done the same day . He is friendly , trustworthy , dedicated to the job , very sufficient , And informative If you need to know anything to prevent any further damages . He works Great !. He is returning to finish his work, on last photo , but so far very satisfied.

    This is a review for the wonderful maintenance guy name Luis B. He showed up and shows out and get the work done. I just moved here to this new property and already things are not work well wasnt. I enjoyed his work ethic and he listened to me when I explained to him what was going on, when no-one else was and they were so quick to close out my work order. I dont know this man like that respectfully but I thank God for placing people... Good people in my life. Thank you Luis

    Well first off I moved in. Look everyone there are people in the office of this complex that do go above and beyond. Ms. Alma is one of those individuals this lady stayed until after 8pm at night on a Friday just to make sure my wife and I moved in. I get off work late, only one vehicle in which I had with me, we was living in a hotel there was a lot going on. We had a lot of adversity and thanks to The father above, and Ms. Alma. She understood and kept in contact and came back to the office after she was off just to make sure my wife and I moved in and had a roof over our head. I am so very appreciative. I must say thank you publicly because it was ruff for us.....Apartment review will come next after being there for a while....so far so good.

    The manager running the show was absolutely amazing. She helped moving in my mother in law a breeze. Jessica was very kind & patient answering all of our questions.     Went into the office to report a leak in my master Bedroom in about the young man Luis B came in to fix it he explained to exactly what the problem was and how he was gonna fix it ..Mr.Luis B was done fixing the problem in all of 15 minutes very nice and respectful great good...Thanks

    We have been here for about 3 years now and plan to transfer into one of the renovated apartments. The new management company that took over seem to want some good changes for the property already had a few events and remodeled apartments. Today they had bingo night with a good turn out good snacks and great prizes I am glad they are doing things for the residents looking forward to more events. The leasing office girls are the best very helpful. Thanks keep up the good work. Can’t forget the maintenance crew they always take care of work in a timely manor

    Delmar is great! I recommend any and everyone who wants to meet a great reliable and honest staff that will work with you throughout any issue that youre having financially or even with credit problems. I had both and specifically, Alma who works in the front office was the one that helped me out through it all. She is awesome as well as the rest of her coworkers !! She Kept her word over all of my issues she was always there. If youre having issues with credit or finances I recommend Alma to anyone thats going through issues like that. Not only did she get me inside a unit but the unit was also upgraded with 100% brand new items inside. Brand new!!! I love it!! I want to thank Alma and the entire Delmar staff for giving me another chance and looking out for me through it all!!     I have had a great experience with the office staff at Del Mar Apartments especially Isamar Hernandez she is very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about any new changes to the property.     I have lived here for the past three years and never had any issues. Maintenance takes care of any problems pretty quick at my unit. We are right off Gulf freeway, so is very convenient and time saving when you need to go anywhere in town. We have courtesy officers and they always walk around keeping an eye of things. I definitely recommend Del Mar apartments...!

    I’m reading all these reviews and I must say I don’t agree with 99.9% of y’all... Something must didn’t go y’all way.. I moved in right after the hurricane and didn’t have any problems. The office staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Anytime I had a maintenance request, by time I got off work the next business day it was fixed. Never heard nor seen anybody cars or homes getting broken into or anything I can come home from work at 1:30 am quite outside. I didn’t have any problems. I lost my job and they worked with me. Just because I always paid early so they knew something happen. They treat you like family I love this place very reasonable price and very convenient location...

    I highly recommend Del Mar to anyone looking for an apartment in Houston. Isamar was very helpful when helping me find the right fit. The office staff is very nice and helpful when finding an apartment. The tour was great because it showed everything and helped get a good idea of what it would be like living there.     I give the staff at Del Mar 5 stars for a number of reason. Shout out to Ms Teresa, Isa & Iliana. they are so nice and professional. They are always always willing to help and get things done. parking lot drainage, trash/furniture pickup, non-working gates Of course, mean neighbors too some times but we cant control that. I lived here since 2018. never had a mayor problem. I even left my car opened several times and surprise everything was inside the car next day,. Now I am moving to a house but I will missed my one bedroom apt.

    I give the staff at Del Mar 5 stars for a number of reasons. Are there things that could’ve been better ( parking lot drainage, trash/furniture pickup, non-working gates))? Of course, but I also realize that the staff only had so much control- the owner would have to okay major improvements I’d assume, so those three issues do not factor into my score. And let’s be real- no complex is perfect. I had great encounters with staff, and the Maintanence crew were always quick to fix anything that needed repaired. The landscapers do a wonderful job, and the flowers at the entrance brightened my day every time I entered the property. I think they did the best they could during a pandemic, and the rent was reasonable. My 2bd apartment was very spacious, and I never had a pest control issue. I also, received all of my deposit back, minus my last water bill, and some pet rent , so I can’t complain there either.

    Ive been here for a year now. The prices are great, we pay online and we make our repair request online and they fix it. Just one time that the guy that fix our stuff made a mess and didnt clean but we complain on the website and came back to clean it and never done it again. Their staff is friendly and work with you, my lease is almost over but Im transferring to a bigger apartment here and they worked with me to get discounts for being a great resident. I always paid my rent on time and they checked. I havent seen somebody breaking in or their cars scratch.

    I love the new remodel look. The green sink bowl in the restroom was my favorite second to that was the backsplash in the kitchen. Wow they look so pretty most definitely going to apply for 1 bed 1 bath. And the ladies in the office were sooooo helpful.

    I must say judging on the reviews that were posted on Google before I moved in I was very hesitant to rent here. But it was affordable, the living area near by is convenient so I tried it.PROS: *Office staff is very professional and attentive, Ms. Mary is my FAV. agent!*The property is always clean, neat, and tidy.*Very Calm. and Quiet at night and early in the morning, nice neighbors is a plus.*The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Whomever does make ready is very detailed. and I received appliances that actually work and are brand span-ken new!*No issues what so ever with work orders, Ex: my toilet was stopped up, and they un-clogged the line, and even did a courtesy knock at my door to ask if everything was up and running.*People dont drive like idiots through there!CONS: *Because the layout of the property it does flood but, staff always opens the side gates and the water like literally disappears.*Gates are usually open, but I dont know if its for mechanical reason.*Some times guys drive around with loud bass in their car but they obviously are visiting someone.But all that aside thank you Mary and all the other staff members for making it happen and for making my stay pleasant.

    My 1st visit to look I was treated with 5 Star hospitality from the staff to the property manager. Bilingual Staff very respectful taking care all of my needs, concerns & questions. The prices are very cheap for the large square footage and benefits youre getting. The renters insurance is required but (as promised by staff) very cheap per month. I admire this company is strict on background checks. It makes me feel so safe living here compared to the other side of Gulf Freeway on the Walmart Side/Clearwood Side. We have state of the art fitness center, beautiful event room space for rent as well as 3 beautiful sparkling pools ALWAYS kept clean in and out of use. I love the fact that most of the Staff actually live all over the property not just in 1 section. There is a sense of we are all in this together when it comes to maintenance issues getting fixed immediately as the residents & employees are neighbors. We have enforced towing for illegal residential parking. Our Tow Guy Danny is really understanding and his family business is a blessing to the safety of everyones vehicles on the property. I thank God for the constant Police department canvassing with flashlights especially late throughout the night. If you report your car has been stolen it more than likely has been towed because you did not have your FREE tag that come with your apartment number on your vehicle up to date and/or you chose not to park in the limited BLUE VISITOR section. I would like to see more VISITOR Parking spaces available because the population of residents is so Large. You get a FREE gate card for security access. You have FREE access to Wifi inside the front office Computers and tv lounge/library area. Where you can make online rent payments. I really like that online payments have now been made MANDATORY since Oct 1 2019 which is very user friendly! Del Mar shows they received your payment IMMEDIATELY even though your bank may appear as delayed, depending on your bank. NO we do not have Mice or Rats! NO we do not have Robberies, Murders or Break ins just people who dont know how to drive. Yes we have roaches but they are very small and Pest Control is FAITHFULLY On Schedule EVERY THURSDAY. You just call or put in a work order online. They even offer to roach bomb your apartment for FREE!! You get to add on your gate for FREE to your porches downstairs as long as the colors match the property and you take your gate with you. Del Mar follows the housing laws concerning accommodations for the disabled. The maintenance may not speak English only a few, but hey we have to learn their language TOO!! Thank you Art, Sergio, Virginia and Emilio for always being so patient & polite on every work order. I forgot to mention our courtesy officers Cesar and Javier hold safety meetings with the residents, walk the property as well. They educate us in becoming more aware & answer any of our concerns. Constant events are held for the appreciation of the community with FREE FOOD!! FREE ice cream/popsicles, Pool Closing Parties, Community Garage Sales. The neighbors here are long-term 10+ years. We have colorful themed news magazines letters each month delivered to our door to keep us up to date on whats happening & to get to know our friendly staff. Resident referrals=$$ off your rent. Open 7 days a week with Free lemonade, cookies & coffee in the office freshly made daily. It really feels like HOME which is the mission behind del mar. When you call the office, they actually ask how you & your kids are doing? The AC and Heat is so amazing it saves my light bill. GOD has Blessed living here. You have different floor plan Options for 1 bedrooms. The windows have exterior tinted screens coverings. Landscaping is ALWAYS kept up every week. The landscape workers are very polite & considerate.Thank you Del Mar - Marta Pacheco - Property Manager, I pray you NEVER Leave or Transfer from this Property.     Ive lived here for going on 2 1/2 years,its not the best complex but its not absolutely terrible. Now as for violence,ghetto and break ins i got to give Del Mar a 5 star!! The entire time ive lived here i havent had any issues on that department,the only issues ive had were them not fixing things in a timely manner and then they keep saying theyll fix the gym and it has yet to be fixed up its going on 3 1/2 months that they keep saying that theyll remodel it. As i have said its not a terrible place,the office ladies are pretty friendly minus a few and the maintenance people are great. They have minor issues like bugs (occasionally) the biggest issue i have had was my upstairs neighbor AC leaked into my ceiling and caused what i call a water bubble,but they fixed in a so-so timely manner.But ive gotta say the new management isnt all that,there is just one in particular(cant remember her name) she doesnt care about nobody but heself, But you get what you pay for!Not to bad of a place or else i would have been gone a long time ago! :)
