Aalycia is the most professional property manager I’ve ever lived under. Any concern or question I have she answers and deals with immediately. I love living in a luxury apartment at an affordable price. The pool is my favorite place to hang out after work. I highly recommend her to anyone and Deer Park apartments to live here.

This is my first time living in an apartment, and Aalycia (the property manager) has made this such an amazing process. She’s super friendly and easy to approach with questions; incredibly knowledgeable about the complex itself; and is always willing to help however she can.As for the apartments…they are STUNNING. Pictures don’t do them justice, AT ALL. I walked in my apartment on move in day and even though it was empty…it felt like home. So many different layouts are available, and Aalycia will work with you to make sure you get what you want! Love, love, LOVE Deer Park Apartments.

Great NEIGHBORHOOD , love the location especially since it’s quiet and the office staff is AMAZING !!!! Athens most certainly needed new apartment to raise families in ! Highly recommended
