Decker Apartments staff is wonderful and welcoming. I was greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable Ms. Kelly, who I later found out was the Property Manager. Ms. Kelly is undeniably invested and dedicated to her profession, she takes great care of the residents and potential residents to be. If anyone is looking for affordable living that is well kept, I highly recommend this community as Ms. Kelly will make sure you are taken care of. 10/10 for sure.

Since the new office staff has been here, it has been a pleasant place to live!!! We moved in almost a year ago and we were not going to renew the lease. It was a tragic experience for my disabled senior mother. The new manager is so polite professional and caring! Thank You Kelly H!!

All you need to do is fill out the form, and they will take care of the problem on the same day.7 - Neighbors and Noise: 3/5 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑Most of the time, it is quiet, but some rude people play loud music while driving in the living area. I will never understand why. My apartment faces the shops, and transportation comes early to unload their merchandise, creating noise.8 -Parking: 5/5 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕There are available spots with cameras, and I have never had any problems.9 - Security: 5/5 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕It is a secure area. Its not an easy job to listen to peoples problems and try to help everyone professionally. For me, they are perfect.11 - Pet Policy: No Idea/5I dont have a pet, so I have no idea.

Hilda from the office contacted me and notified me about the leak in my apartment & Robert (Maintenance) came and fixed the problem right away. I really appreciated her contacting me and how fast Robert fixed it. Ive lived here close to 2 yrs and I really like the apartments and what they have done to it (upgrading). I havent had no problems with the staffing ppl that work here, theyve all been very helpful when Ive had concerns or needed help with anything. 😊

Ill been staying at Decker for about 2 months now and love it you go in the office there always been very nice . so I would say I would recommend these a good apartment complex to call home anytime I done ask for something to get fixed they come and I no the reviews sayings they have roaches but my apartment do not have any

I’m a fairly new resident and I would just like to say Brittany offered amazing customer service. I read up on the area before moving and some reviews had me questioning the move but I must say I’ve enjoyed it thus far. I would definitely suggest this property to friends cause we all tend to deal with the same issues with staffing. An I’m definitely one that doesn’t hesitate to let an office know there doing a horrible job. Just her overall approach upon my arrival to the property gave me a smile. I’d highly recommend her for promotion or whatever it is you guys do that read these to take in mind the state of some tenants I’ve happen to hear on property that she has to deal with daily. Myself alone I couldn’t do it I’d be ready to torture some of these rude people who probably don’t even pay their bills on time. My motto is pay my rent mind my business and everything runs smoothly. I love my apartment I’m happy I came in. I’m giving it 5 stars not only on the status of my apartment but definitely off the supreme customer that Brittany provided. Thank You Again for everything.

Great place! Its in a great location with a beautiful park and ponds. I find it peaceful and homey here. The apts are getting some improvements and starting to look a lot better. The new trash collection system will help with overall cleanliness. Im upgrading my review in real-time as things are happening. The dumpsters should have a gate or something though. That tin wall on the other side is horrendous, so hopefully it gets replaced. I love the fireplace and its looking better each day.

Ive been living here for almost a year and I would like to say its the best experience Ive had with an apartment complex. The staff is very understanding and is willing to work with you. The landscape is perfect. My A/C went out one night and the maintenance came the same night to fix it. He did an awesome job. If anybody is looking for an apartment, Red Rock is a nice place to stay.

Great apartments. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful! Any time you have a maintenance issue they fix it right away. I did notice when some people moved in below me there started to be a roach problem, but the office sends out pest control whenever you request it. Its in a ghetto neighborhood but all of the residents are super nice and the aparrments themselves have been renovated with new appliances. No covered parking but there are plenty of spots!

I called to verify rental criteria and Ryan was really cool and informative I explained my concerns for applying and when he told me the application fee itself was 200 I was like nah Ive never ever in life paid that much just for an application fee 👎👎But anyway thanks Ryan 💓So I have to update my review I called back and spoke with Ryan because I wasnt understanding so the 2nd time we spoke he had more clarity about the deposit its 150 admin fee 50 app fee he didnt break it down that way but he was even more informative the second time with that being said I am still interested in finding a home within this community however Ive been over there and truly amazed at the upgrades they are putting in especially the pool area and park its beautiful ❤️Once again thank you Ryan 😊

I just moved here from Shreveport LA, Ive been living here for a month and I would like to say its the best experience Ive ever had with any apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is very very understanding and is willing to work with you. The landscaping here is beautiful. One night while I was not at home. The hose of my toilet broke and flooded my apartment and the apartment below me. the maintenance came right out and fixed it and also called the carpet cleaners to replace the carpet all in the same night. They did a great job. If anybody is looking for an apartment, Red Rock is a nice place to stay.

I have been a resident at Red Rock Apts for 8 months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I havent had any problems them or maintenance. When I have any concerns, they are always addressed in addressed in a timely manner. They are always willing to help which is very accommodating and stress free. I have stayed at a few apts and I can say this is by far the best I have stayed at .That was the last management team. The new management team that took over in February of this year is something to be desired. I have NEVER met her. The only time I ever spoke with her was on yesterday when she called in regards to my behavior in the office. Not taking my feelings into consideration. Being that I havent been able to bathe or shower since Sunday. I was our of town for the weekend came back on Monday evening after the office was closed. I put in a written request with Zachary on Tuesday. On Wednesday I inquired as to when my issues would be addressed. I was told that they had 20something a/c units out. (with only one ) maintenance man to addressee these issues. My response was at least they can shower. Happy Someone came this morning and it took him all of 3-5 minutes. This is not the only time I have had and issue with management. My cabinet counters in the kitchen was peeling. I put in a written request . After I didnt get a response I went into the office spoke with Jessica and she had the audacity to tell me that they would redo my counters when I move out. I told her that was unacceptable and that I wouldnt be moving anytime soon, because I just signed a new lease in January. I ended up calling corporate regarding that issue dont know what transpired after that call but I know that my counter top were done soon after. I said all of this to say, I shouldnt have to go to this extreme to get repairs done. I was getting ready to file a complaint with TAA concerning my bathroom issue when the guy came to replace the knob to my tub. Like I said it took him all of 3-5 minutes. This issue could have been resolved if my issues had been addressed I felt did missed. As if my issues werent important. Its important to me when I cant take care my basic needs like bathing.

Pretty good apartments! The staff is wonderful. Two of them are very nice and easy to get along and the other one always looks mean and my come off as attidudish but she is nice and they are all willing to help the best way they know how. They have an outstanding park for pets! The pool area is gorgeous! A good place to have a big bbq party! Also the kids have a place to play although it could use some shade, but overall a good place for them to play at. I highly recommend these apartments!

I have lived here almost a year. It is a great location near major roads and highways. Just about every retail, services and restaurants are nearby.Brittany in the managment office is always responsive and helpful. Stephan in Maintenance is also very responsive, timely, intuitive and professional. Same with Jesus.

Maria Gonzalez at Red Rock Apartments has the best customer service I’ve experienced while dealing with apartments! I visited their other location (Clear Fork Trail in Benbrook) and there customer service was TERRIBLE! I walked out so fast and submitted my application at the Red Rock Apartments as soon as I got home.Thank you Maria for helping me make ny decision on my new future home!

The assistant office manager Brittany Preas is great! She and her boss are very professional and courtesy of your needs and will assist in anyway they can to help. I love these apartments and their staff gets the job done. Apartment grounds are well kept there is enough lighting around the complex unlike other apartments. Since they took over you can definitely see a change. If you want to be treated and greeted with a winner smile and good work ethics come to the Redrock Apts. I guarantee you will not regret it. My friend has been here a year and he loves it. My husband and I moved in also and we dont have any complaints at all. People looking for a new home come to Redrock Apts. and do business with Brittany Preas. She makes you feel right at home with little to know worries. We look forward to seeing you there.

I just moved in to Redrock apartments and I just wanted to say the apartments here are very nice, my apartment have a huge bedroom walk in closet and the kitchen has all black appliances, the office staff treat me like family. When ever i need anything the office staff will always help me out. This is a great place to stay!!!!

Decker apartments is a beautiful place to live, from the first moment Hilda the receptionist helped us in every step, a great person and very professional, super friendly, every time we have had a problem she solved it quickly. The apartments are being remodeled and they leave them impeccable, the work is super fast, the place is very quiet and generally always clean. Super recommended
