    I have been staying for the past 2 years and my experience has been amazing for the most part. In the beginning, there were a few hiccups about someone smoking in my building but the issue was resolved properly. There has never any issues with my neighbors in my building and everyonr I have came across was very friendly. The office has food trucks a few Wednesdays out the month, host events and is very informative about things going on around the property.

The community is remarkably tranquil, which provided a peaceful environment for both work and relaxation. The landscaping is consistently well-groomed, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.One of the standout aspects of my time at Dayrise was the exemplary service provided by Rocio. Her dedication to the residents is unparalleled, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Every visit to the office was a pleasant experience, thanks to Rocios upbeat and welcoming personality. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in the community.The maintenance team at Dayrise is equally commendable. They were incredibly responsive, often addressing and resolving any issues within the same day or by the next day at the latest. This level of efficiency greatly contributed to the comfort and convenience of living at Dayrise.Additionally, the porter responsible for cleaning the property deserves special mention. His friendly demeanor and consistent efforts to keep the community clean did not go unnoticed. He always took the time to greet the residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.Unfortunately, I had to relocate to The Landings due to an increase in rent. However, the experience at Dayrise was so positive that I eagerly anticipate returning once my current lease ends. I am looking forward to coming back home to Dayrise.A heartfelt thank you to Stafanie and Rocio for their outstanding service and for making Dayrise such a wonderful place to live.

    Best office staff. Stacey is Very outgoing to make sure clients are most comfortable and very positive attitude to deal with. She really deserves the 5 star review. Whenever i have any issues with the complex or what not she is the ONLY woman or man i deal with within that office. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Upmost respect to this company.     Ive loved living at these apartments. The ladies at the office are always nice and helpful. Maintenance comes when they say. The apartments are very nice and well kept. The grounds keeper man is always working very hard when I see him, and always friendly and kind.

    I want to thank Assistance Manager Ms. T Thompson for her exceptional customer service. She went beyond and above to help me transition into another apartment after I gave my 60 days notice and later changed my mind to stay. I have been living at Overlook for over 9 years, and never had any issues. I really love the area, and after I gave my 60 days notice, I felt that I was leaving my home. I delayed moving out for a week and when Ms. T Thompson came to the apartment to get the keys, I started crying, and she get connected to my emotions and said she will talk to management and see what they can do. I am please to say that they transferred me to another apartment and I am very happy to stay at Overlook Apartment at Bear Creek. Thanks to Ms. T Thompson and the entire staff and management at Overlook Apartments @ Bear Creek in Euless, TX

    Being new to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I’ve been looking at different apartments to consider. After touring the property, this one is definitely at the top of my list. I’ll start with the location being in very close proximity to the airport, which is nice especially if you’re traveling frequently for work like I am. Visiting this community, the unit was very nice, and it had some great looking amenities. The pool looked great, especially in this heat, and the gym was nice and clean. The gym is not large like an Equinox by any means, but it looks to be sufficient to get a nice workout in. The experience with the staff was great - the young lady that helped me was very informative and answered all of my questions. Thanks for a great experience. This property will definitely be one of my top contenders.

    Nikki is an absolute doll! She has accommodated me beyond measures! When things didn’t go as planned she had a plan B lined up for me that turned out better! Maintenance has been amazing as well. I put in a request and it took max 2 days for them to come. (mind you it was just general maintenance) thank you over all to the front office team. Great neighborhood and great staff!!

She knows tenants by their names which is very impressive and says a lot about the positive relationships she has with the residents. She goes above and beyond her normal duties of a leasing agent and I’m so thankful to have someone like her in the office!

    I’ve lived in Sevona Avion for a month now and I’m in love with my new home. The spacious floor plan, enormous closet, and luxury kitchen really sold me. I worked with Cari in the leasing office and she was AMAZING to work with. She made the entire process smooth and made sure I was informed and had all of my questions answered. She was always courteous and professional. She helped me from the first time I contacted Sevona to the moment I walked in my new place on move in day (she even left me a welcome home card). If you’re interested in this property, I highly recommend speaking with Cari. Since my move, I have only had 1 issue with the apartment...my kitchen sink was leaking. I put in a maintenance request and Dre (maintenance team) was at my door the next day and fixed the issue. Coming from an apartment that had at least a 2-3 day turnaround on requests, this was amazing. He was quick and very professional. If you’re looking at these apartments as an option, look no further.

    Amazing place to live and call home. Rocio and the ladies in the office took good care of me and treated me like family. There was some minor maintaince issues and the maintenance team especially Alex had it fixed on the same day. If you want a place to call home, then this is where you want to live.     I’ve just leased at Dayrise at Centreport Ashley Muñoz made the entire process so pleasant. Ashley is awesome! She made my kids feel welcome just like if we had lived there since ever. She stayed on top of things and was professional, respectful and above all helpful. She took the time to communicate with me and made the process so smooth and stress free. The leasing staff is really nice. The building is super clean, spacious, contemporary and nice which I love. The neighborhood is also very clean and serene. I would definitely recommend Dayrise at Centreport, and ask for Ashly if you need help in Spanish she is the one to call. 😍😍😍.

    My husband and I recently moved to Texas and fell in love with this community. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and greeted us with warm smiles. Madison was very informative with the school distract which made it easy for us to be here and enroll our kids. Best decision we made was moving here.

    I moved in here in December 2020. Our leasing agent Cari was wonderful, thorough & on top of all the pertinent information. She helped us through the transition from home owners to apartment living. Since then the staff has been great. Dillon, Lacy & Kara have taken care of any problem that has popped up, in a very timely fashion. FYI-that record setting ice storm in the DFW area? We NEVER lost power.

    My fiancé and I lived at Sevona for a year and the ONLY reason we moved out was because we wanted to have a more space and a yard for our puppies. The staff is always so nice and helpful! The pool is gorgeous and always clean. They have events once a month for the residents as well! Highly recommend Sevona Avion!

    Hello, good day. I am deeply grateful to the neighbors of building #1. We have people who like to have garbage bags in the hallways, and the smells that those bags represent. We also have people who like to smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways, without caring if there are children around. Additionally, we have neighbors who like to play music at high volume without caring if their neighbors are sleeping. Now, we can add to the list neighbors who accidentally drop watermelons, but do not have the decency to clean up the mess. I wonder, do they like living like wild animals? I am impressed with some of the neighbors in this building. I picked up the watermelon - it wasnt my responsibility - but I couldnt stand the sight of that unpleasant view every time I had to enter and exit my home.

    Im glad we didnt read the reviews before leasing otherwise I dont think we wouldve chose Sevona Avion. So far has been a great experience, Julia and Amanda are amazing, and all the staff at Sevona have always been courteous and nice. The complex is always clean and well maintained. It was very important for us to find a quiet/safe place (we have a 1 year old) and we did. Hope you guys keep up the good work!!!

    I have lived in the complex for a little over a year. My roommate and I have been very pleased with complex. When we had problems, the staff was able to fix them very quickly. In fact, Jess was able to help me with an issue I had with my Fab access. She was very understanding and help me out in a very quick and efficient way.

    I lived in these apartments for about 4 months before my company relocated me. The layout and size of the apartment was wonderful. The front office was always very kind and helpful in answering all my questions. I had to cancel my lease early and they made sure to help make it a smooth process. I will say if the airplane noise bothers you, then this might be an a good location for you. It wasnt too loud, but you could definitely hear it. Other than that its a great central location to the airport, Grapevine, Fort Worth, and Dallas.

    I love Sevona Avion! Not only are the facilities beautiful but the customer service far surpasses others in the area.     Sevona Avion has been a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and I. I am a fellow property manager and therefore.. picky! I notice things, I make requests and I know how a good property runs. I walked into Sevona and only the manager was in the office. Instead of telling us to sit tight and wait for a leasing (which many of us do because the work load is normally stacking) she got out and toured us.... TWICE. Rhonda has been great, as has Sara and Mikayla. The three of them worked together to get us settled, cable and internet going, complete a couple of small work orders I had and helped us pay our deposit while out of town. The best part? We went on vacation and came back to work orders complete and PACKAGES LEFT IN THE APARTMENT. What a RELIEF! I needed these packages desperately but wasnt getting in till 10pm. :( I was exhausted and just needed them to sleep. Low and behold, they were inside the front door when I got home. Maintenance left detailed notes on the work orders, all items were completely perfectly and even got a follow up call from Rhonda.I am super impressed with how on top of their game they are, even while lacking an assistant manager (if only people knew how tough that was). Thank you, Sevona team!

    Cari was AWESOME! She could not have made the process any easier! Cari was there to answer the phone every time I called and always had a solution to any question I had for her.     My ma lives here but it seems like a great place. Always clean and secure crime wise. Recently went swimming here and the pool area is awesome. If memory serves correctly theres about 6 covered areas with tvs for families eating and watching ballgames. The pool is pretty big and max depth is 36

    REVISE: We have gotten a new team of workers and the head maintenance guy is amazing and works so hard I appreciate him so much for taking his time and doing wonderful work. He is def. A breathe of fresh air for our property. He works so hard and gets things done in a timely manner as well, and wont quit till he has finished. I appreciate him so much.

    My wife and I love Sevona!! We are actually thinking about coming back! What a nice atmosphere and our dogs love the dog park! The maintenance guy, jess is very nice and good at fixing things. My wife is obsessed with sevona and talks about how happy she was living there!! Thank you, Sevona for the fun events you have for your residents!

    Great apartment complex! Love it here. I have been living at Sevona Avion since Jan 2020. Every time I call the front office Kara and MaKayla are ALWAYS available to help me out and answer any questions I may have. Great Team!!!!

    Sevona is an old residents of mines and 5 plus years later I’m back . Not as quiet as back in the days ( im sure since DFW is growing ) but it’s still nice ! Very convenient to freeways and local stores ! Staff is nice & maintenance is very prompt & nice 👍🏾 ! Hate i moved on 2nd floor due to noise but it’s manageable! So since they meet my requirements overall 5 stars ⭐️!

    Nice apartments. Living room has no overhead lighting so the place looks dark and planes fly very low overhead. Overall a good place. But a little pricey for what it is.

    Sound proof walls. Even though we are close to the DFW AIRPORT, you can hardly even hear the airplanes. They have convenient trash pick up, nice pool, good gym. So far my only issues are the residents who double park at the mailbox and around the complex. By doing so they limit the barely available spaces. If you have no garage parking, your chances of parking are slim.
