Really great apartment complex. Lived here for a year. Staff and maintenance were friendly and quick to help. Lots of friendly dogs and neighbors at the dog park. Great location: close to airport and onion creek, and McKinney falls state park within a close drive. Modern apartment finishes and spacious floor plans. Although it’s a bit of a food desert with limited options around but still would recommend living here

I can not thank Romina and all staff here for making my move the easiest, quickest process in my 13 year apartment rental history.I arrived late on a Saturday after trying to lease from Crossroad Commons for 2 weeks, but they couldnt get it together. Romina was working hard on a hot afternoon but immediately stopped what she was doing to give me a tour and help me. I applied, was approved, and paid my deposit within 3 hours.Thats how its done, yall.This complex has available and clean, UPDATED units that are extremely affordable. Amenities look beautiful as well as the grounds.forever grateful.EDITED TO ADD:Just resigned my lease here. The staff has top-notch communication, the property is beautiful, and my unit is is very modern and updated.Ive had time to explore the attached trails as well. The neighborhood is picking up, and lights have been installed at the rural intersections.Lots of roadwork is still to be done directly outside and in the near areas..but if youre patient & okay with living a little out of the way with light construction/noise...this place is a gem!!

Maintenance responded same day to the request I made through the tenant portal. Francisco is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He fixed my leaky refrigerator and toilet drain mechanism quickly. I appreciate how efficiently he responded to my request and how easy he made the process with his knowledge and capability. He also was very kind. Thank you!

Ive been living at Cypress McKinney Falls for almost two years, and Ive recently renewed my lease for a third year. Here are several reasons why I chose to renew:- Whenever I submit maintenance request, Aaron with maintenance is there either same day, or within 24 hours and takes care of everything. A prime example occurred a couple of weeks ago when I informed Aaron that my elderly grandmother was staying with me and might be startled by his visit to fix my sink. He adjusted his schedule to come on the same day while I was home with her, without any expectations. He simply did it out of consideration.- Accessibility standards are high. I have a couple of physical handicaps that require the use of a wheelchair the majority of the time. Ive toured several units around central/south Austin that claim to be ADA-friendly. But the ADA units at Cypress were intentionally designed with accessibility in mind. This unit has roll-up sinks, wider doorways, front-loading washer/dryer, and a bathroom that is actually maneuverable with a wheelchair (If you know, you know). Additionally, the sidewalks are free of cracks or damage, allowing me to freely navigate the complex without any issues.- Its peaceful, sometimes eerily so on weekends. Despite some road construction during the day (Welcome to Austin), the evenings and weekends are generally tranquil. This, coupled with the walking trail adjacent to the complex, gives you the feeling of being out in the country while still being just 15 minutes away from the fun.Heres to year three!

Came in for a tour and Romina the leasing agent was amazing and very helpful she showed me the model unit and let me tell you this the model looked amazing smelled fresh and very clean! Breeze ways were amazing and clean also amenities looked amazing and clean and well kept…. Outstanding office staff they had snacks to offer and drinks to cool down in this Texas heat! Maintenance staff seemed very welcoming waved hi as I came even asked me how my day was as I walked in all around great experience definitely look forward to leasing here at this community!

I have lived here for about 2 yearsI moved into these apartments after living in rental houses for a few years, swearing I would never be in apartments again. I have had so many bad apartment experiences over the years I did not think I would be so excited to move into another apartment unit.The property is quiet, clean, safe and honestly a joy to live at. Maintenance has always been friendly and on top of the few requests I have had, even when staffing has been short.After being down hard with covid and missed a rent payment, the front desk was very understanding.The easy access into McKinney Falls and the property walking trails into the woods feels like you are living in the country while very much being near the cityNeighbors in my building are quiet and all nicePool feels like a resort quality. Always clean, just chilly enough and relaxingGym is great for what it is. (Toss the TRX shelf and add a squat and its golden)10/10 an amazing experience10/10 fantastic experience

My husband and I were on the hunt for the perfect spot in South Austin, and thats when our relocator suggested Cypress Mckinney falls.The high ceilings, Jack and Jill washrooms, and stunning landscape had us hooked from day one. Amenities are all maintained well and maintenance team is always a call away. Also Walmart and H-E-B are less than 10mins away.With some change of plan, we had to break our lease, the management team really came through for us. Glen, the property manager, was an absolute legend, helping us smoothly transfer the lease. His professionalism and patience were top-notch, and we couldnt have done it without him. Big thanks to Glen and the whole team for making our time at Cypress Mckinney unforgettable!

I moved to this community about a week ago. It has been an amazing experience so far. The amenities and apartments are well designed. Everything is new, clean, and quite luxurious. I’m so happy when I walk into my apartment every day. The staff has been so wonderful as well. I leased with Diamond, and she was amazing to work with. She gave us a thorough tour of the community and this was right after the winter storm! She didn’t skip a beat. She never stopped working and was always available to me. She called me regularly to make sure everything was in order for my move in date. Her work ethic is just awesome. She also walked me step by step through the applying process online. Diamond made my move so easy. Everyone knows moving can be so stressful especially when relocating from another city, so the fact that she was so accommodating and helpful made it a great experience. I highly recommend touring and moving to this community! Ask for Diamond to be your leasing consultant and you will not be disappointed.

Been here 7 months and love my apartment. Yes there have been some bumps in the road but they are brand new apartments so growing pains are expected. The office staff are super nice, my leasing agent Diamond is amazing and super sweet. The amenities are pretty and well maintained! Especially the pool and yoga room are my favorites.

I have been living at Cypress McKinney Falls apartments for a little over 1 months and so far I love living here. The amenities can almost be compared to a resort. The pool is kept clean with lots of room and oversized cabanas. The grills is like an outdoor kitchen. The dog spa is wonderful but could use fresh towels more often. The grounds are very well kept and my favorite part is the trails behind the apartment. There is decently sized trails on the property with a view of onion creek and a few feet away behind the neighborhood next door has beautiful hiking trails that run along onion creek and runs into McKinney Falls State Park trails. The only complaints I have is my 1bd 1 office/studio apartment unit has no storage. If there was one linen closet or bathroom storage that would be perfect. The washer and dryers are also outdated and do not work very well. If those could be upgraded I would be a VERY happy tenant. 😊

I recently moved to this community about 3 weeks ago. I really love this community! The amenities and apartment features are well designed and well thought out. Nice luxury quite gated community. The staff has been a pleasure to work with as well. I leased with Diamond, and she was amazing to work with, she gave a great thorough tour of the community. She let me know where all of the community amenities were located and how to use them, like gym equipment and entering the mail room. She also walked me step by step through the applying process online. Diamond made my move so easy and painless, especially since I was relocating from another city about 4 hours away. I highly recommend touring and moving to this community! Make sure you lease with Diamond!

Recently relocated from the upper Midwest to Austin and have been living at Cypress McKinney Falls for about a month now.I leased here sight unseen, and I have to say that the overall quality of the community is even better than what I had expected.The office staff are both helpful and responsive and the maintenance guys are great! Special shout out to Diamond, she has been particularly helpful.My only constructive criticism is that parts of the complex get pretty dark at night which makes it a bit challenging to see when bringing the dog out or walking around the community at night. Some lighting along the main pathways would definitely help.Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far and I can’t wait until summer to utilize the amazing pool area!

Aaron Martinez from maintenance did a wonderful job at fixing my washer and dryer. He walked me through everything that he was doing and showed me what was causing the problems. Stayed and made sure that the problems were resolved before heading out. Absolutely wonderful service.

We moved from another state to Austin and we’re extremely stressed and rushed to find a place to move into when we got there. We came across Cypress McKinney falls and went through the website and we were a bit hesitant about renting without actually seeing the apartment in person. However, after a virtual tour and speaking with Diamond we rented sight on Scene. Diamond was amazing in helping us to get everything set-up from the lease to the utilities to having our items moved into our apartment before we even got there. We could not be happier with our decision and the help that Diamond provided before and after we arrived.
