This complex is the only one that I have seen no matter the size bedroom the patio is the same size. It is very spacious. Maintenance takes care of this property very clean. This property was built 2 years ago for what I hear and at night it is very quiet you can hear a pin drop. I know that a lot of people like to bash complexes when they dont get their way but when you get a manager that cares about how her property looks then you know that they do not play. Loving this property.

Her unwavering commitment to resolving any concerns promptly and making sure maintenance requests are handled with utmost efficiency is truly commendable. What sets her apart is not only her passion and friendly nature but also her excellent communication skills. Ms Fionas ability to connect with residents and foster a sense of community greatly contributes to the positive living experience we enjoy here. Were fortunate to have such a caring and professional individual overseeing our complex. We love it here.

Prospective tenants. We were treated with dignity, professionalism, and a great personality by Miss Fiona. The place is immaculate and we thank her for being so wonderful. Been residing here for over 2 years, and I can honestly say that I’m more than satisfied. Fiona in the office goes above and beyond to get the job done, one resident at the time. She is very meticulous and makes sure to follow through. Probably the best customer service you’ll ever have. Truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new apartment

We have been trying to get into this place for over a year now Miss Evelyn call my wife maybe about 3 weeks ago she asked for Cheryl to show her social security verification letter which I have no problem giving it to it but we havent heard back from her we are senior citizens and we need help we need a place to stay so if you can find it in your heart to let me and my wife in will be greatly appreciated

Every time I come in to the apartment complex leasing office I encounter the most efficient assistant manager Fiona she is on point with everything she does concerning the tenantsand she even picks up trash she is awesome.

I lived here 3yr and I loved it. Very spacious and nice landscaping the grounds was always kept up very nice. When something needs to be fixed they fixed it immediately.I want to move back 😩

Whats up with these waiting list.....I remember back in the day you see something you like.....put your money down......they run your background and then you move in.....a few days .....a week at most.....today it takes months........they want 2 much unnecessary information.....soon it will DNA required.....ijs

Love this property it is awesome, they take care of the property and have great events for the kids. The management staff is so nice and welcoming, great job Wayside.
