I have lived here since the apartments have opened. Tess and Bailey are awesome. They really try hard to accommodate you , If they don’t have the answer to try to find them answers to all of your questions. It gets a little frustrating when some residents don’t take responsibility for their children and allow them to destroy Or leave a mess but overall living here has been A good experience the pool is always kept up the grounds(Again, when it is a littered or messy, it’s because someone wasn’t watching their kids not because the maintenance crew here don’t do their job. With that being said, you’ll have the best maintenance guy Neil. He works so hard even when he’s off if something happens, he is at your door, trying to fix it and make it right. I see him wearing many different hats, but he does a phenomenal job at all of them. Cypress Creek is really blessed to have him on staff. my apologies. The other maintenance guy here is awesome as well. I just mainly have dealt with Neil. The only reason I’m not given a five is because like everything else the rent keeps going up😞. I feel very safe here. I love how close it is to everything. The weight room is really nice, my grandkids love playing on the basketball court, It’s quiet. The apartments are nice size. Did I mention you never have to worry about anything breaking or needing fix? I’ve been in an apartment where I had to wait for someone to come even to look Neil is usually there the same day.!!!!!!!!! The only thing missing is a playground and a dog park🤣

I enjoyed staying at CCRO my lease term was a year and I didn’t have any major problems that weren’t able to be resolved. Beautiful property, nice workout center,dog poop stations throughout the complex and received my deposit back. There is a walking trail right behind the apartment to a park and the property stayed clean! The pool was really nice also! Tessa and Bailey were great!!

I Have live at these apartments for almost a year now and its a nice place to live. neighbors are very nice and its very quite. The property is always kept nice and the staff are all nice and try very hard to make sure all your request and needs are met. I have enjoyed this place so much and looking forward to being here for a while because its close by everything!

The apartments are known for being very nice and clean, and the staff is super helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Ive heard they have great amenities too, like a pool and fitness center. It sounds like a fantastic place to live!

Cypress Creek apartments have gone above and beyond when it comes to treating there recipients. Before we moved in they stayed on top of everything doing there best to help us get moved as quick as possible doing there best to help with the process and getting everything done. Tessa and Bailey were really helpful in this process and commend them for there professionalism and hardwork they have put in since these apartments opened. Thank y’all for everything y’all have done for us and our community!

I really enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone moving to Waxahachie. I have been here since spring 2022 and have never had any serious issues. Its great that we can pay rent on online (or through the app) and fill out maintenance forms as well. Maintenance always shows up the next dsy. Mr Neil is super helpful, nice, and very quick to service. The grounds are also well maintained with there being mowing, weed eating snd other yard maintenance regularly. Its great they also let us know about any freeze warnings as soon as the news talks about them so we can run the water faucets to avoid frozen or broken pipes. I have gotten many compliments from friends and family on how nice the apartments are.

Mr.Neil is so awesome! Any maintenance needs are expeditiously completed! He is very hard working and I appreciate him. Mr. Steven is a great asset and his efforts to keep our community clean is greatly appreciated
