We have had some issues since we moved in such as the water being randomly turned off for some kind of maintenance work by contractors, office staff not being that great, or random inspections and the person being rather rude about it.Things have gotten a lot better since Tara and Vanessa took over in the office. Overall things here have improved which is great. The contractors that took over from the previous ones are doing better. It is nice living here.Update: I thought they were getting better but one massive negative is that maintenance keeps shutting off the building water with no notice or warning for PLANNED activities. If it was needed for an emergency thats understandable however, its not. -

Renewed our lease for a second year! Vanessa and Tara have been super helpful making that easy and getting things done for us with maintenance, complaint, or just everyday questions! Nice apartments for the price! -

I have been a Resident here for 3yrs now- I just Renewed my lease. This is a very nice place to live. The staff are GREAT, from the front office to the maintence men. They take good care of their residents. Another thing: the PHOTOS are actually pretty Accurate. -

Love it here the ladies in the office are so nice Tara and Vanessa helped me through the whole process when I requested a tour I was taken to a gorgeous apt and when it come the day to move in the apt looked exactly like the one I originally saw.The main office has a full size gym with a view and honestly see the maintenance guys every morning picking up trash. something different here they have storage units and carports and garages and this place is so close to a united again just genuinely happy here !!!! -

I love it here the apartments are the nicest on this side of town and every member of the staff Vanessa Tara and Jose Crystal are the best been here for a whole year and I plan on not moving anytime soon -
