I love my 2 bedroom apartment it’s big and probably the best apartment I lived in so far at the price I pay ! These are very affordable and I was blessed to get the apartment with upgraded appliances , hardwood floors and a choice to have a car port or a garage and yes I defiantly went for the garage because why not!! I definitely recommend and I love Ms. Blanca & Ms. Devetta the office staff they are the BEST ❤️

I wanted to update my review but still leave the original 2-star review as that was based on the management of the time.4-star review:Due to life circumstances we are possibly moving out from here. I brought this up to the office staff and the manager was so lovely! She was able to provide any information that I requested and continued to speak with me even though the business portion of the conversation had already concluded. Everyone else in the office was lovely as well and it felt really personable when speaking with them. Besides today, it has been 6 months since I have stepped into the office and I was greeted as if I spoke with them on a daily basis. I wish we could have had the current staff from the beginning.2-star review:The only good thing about this place is that I have a roof over my head. For being a gated community the gates are broken a majority of the time allowing for someone who did not even live in the community to break into my car. On top of that, my roommate’s car was not only broken into as well, but has been vandalized on multiple occasions with the only support from the office being that nothing ever happens here. Anytime a problem is brought up it takes forever to resolve if it is at all.On top of all this the complex is supposed to be non smoking and no pets. There is animal waste in the grass areas where kids play and our closet constantly smells due to the smoke from our neighbors.

This apartment is great but these kids are just bad like bru.. but its a good apartment rooms and others great, I wish I could put a picture that I took but it aint letting me but thanks for reading byee.

We have lived here a little over three years now, we’ve had lots of ups and downs but our new property manager Davetta has been nothing short of wonderful. Since she’s been here I can truly see the difference in this property. She always have a smile on her face.Davetta has been amazing to us and our family. She has always gone above and beyond for us when we needed something. We are so blessed to finally have someone like her and that’s willing to help with their tenants. Thank you for everything you do. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed by your residents for sure. We appreciate you

These apartments are lovely , spacious, beautiful and pure elegance in my opinion. You have the option of hardwood or carpet. You can have a garage or carport. You have a very kind office staff ! Marcus , Davetta & Blanca work very hard to ensure that you have everything you need & if anything is going wrong , they jump right on it to help you with your problems. I loved the interactions with them , the flow of the apartments are really nice , & the maintenance team does not make you wait !

We have lived here a little over a year and we love it. Lori was the only person that would help us when we first moved here. She has been amazing to us and our family. She has always gone above and beyond for us when we needed something. We were blessed to find this place with a team that wants to help thier tenants.

Me and my family just move 2 weeks a go and we love it so far, we got everything close, Walmart, food, banks EVERYTHING and i work in Dallas and is not bad, the property is beautiful the employees are awesome the manager Lory she always available and helps us with everything and Helen also help me to move fast, she help us a lot to, and the maintenance guys very nice persons, i hope we stay here for long time because my kids love it. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Just moved here and I honestly love it so far , the new management are the sweetest and I love my unit everything is perfect and the area is clean and quiet .

This is a nice place to live even though it was not in my price range the office staff was very nice. The office set up was welcoming And the manager there was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone
