Big shoutout to Ms Angela! I have been here for a while and things were looking a little iffy last year (thought about moving). But she has done a amazing job with getting our community back together! Shes an amazing Manger!

If it had not been for Pastor Mark S Falls and his volunteers me and my children wouldn’t have had the most wonderful time of our life. The end of the year school pool bash was amazing! They made sure the kids were taken care of and that I am grateful for. Pastor Falls of Double Portion Baptist Church donates a lot to these apartments. Thanks for taking care of this community!! :)

Apartment complex is nice and quiet. Maintenance responds quickly and attentively..The new apartment manager Angela and Barbara the assistant works as a team to take care of my service requests.i love my new place

Love it here! 4 years no problems .. its quiet, clean, and close enough to everything!Update 11/15/19: Paige is the best! Very friendly, professional, and polite; its a pleasure to have her here!

A great place to live, excellent property, clean; well maintained. I lived at Cypress Creek for a year and I enjoyed it. I love the family welcoming I received everything I step in the leasing office by Ms. Pam (who is a gem and great at what she do) and the rest of the staff. Whenever I needed anything they were there to help. I enjoyed the care team activities they had for the children. If I didnt have to move closer to my job I would have continue living there.

This is a very busy property and I see why. It looks amazing on the outside and the staff is awesome. I recently visited this property and wanted to do an application but wasnt able to get something asap. The lady Tammy helped by calling several properties in the area for me and even had one of those properties fax over a application so I can have it already when I visit that property. Although she couldnt get me what I wanted right away because of a waitlist, they took time to find me something for me and my family. I had a good experience there.

I love living here! The grounds are always kept up, its quiet and the staff is bar none the best I have every had and I have lived in at least a dozen apartments in my life. Maintenance is quick and I love that they have so much room for the kids to play.

The CARES team at this property has taken our entire living experience to a new level. We have never lived at a property with a CARES team. It makes everything better. They even remembered my birthday. When my grandma died Amanda showed up at my door with flowers. I love these people.

I like how they send link to do reviews now. I live here and like it a lot. Cant really use the gym after office is closed bc of some of the people who let their kids use their remote and mess it up. But hopefully it continues to get cleaned up from ppl like that so we can use the gym again. The ppl are nice now and they are really serious about what it looks like. I think i had like 3 balls on the balcony one day and Ms Tammi called me to ask me to put them in the closet. Its a lot of rules here but we need rules here. I would give them a 5 but i cant have my dog here.

I love the area and the apartments. The people are nice and quite helpful. Anything we have an issue with they are on it right away. Overall great place to live with my children.
