I’ve been here since May 2024 and although there were some hiccups with a really dirty carpet that took a while to eventually replace entirely, and a time where I felt misled with my unit not having an in unit laundry, my stay has been very satisfactory.Carlie at the front desk is very sweet and kind and does everything she can to address concerns. Being a female living alone, safety was a big thing and I do feel very safe here. I also thought cockroaches would be a problem being on the first floor, but i can count on one hand how many I’ve seen it and it’s been 8 months.My only complaint is how full the dumpster gets.. it reeks and piles up into the parking lot. But I do believe they’re trying to remedy it as I’ve noticed more trucks coming by during the week to clean.Overall, I would recommend this complex to someone who is on a tighter budget.

My experience with the property has always been great! I have friends that have lived for years and have never had an issue. I lived here a couple of years ago and am in the process of moving there myself! The staff is quite reasonable and Itzel went out of her way to give us an amazing tour recently. Go talk to her! She’s doing a great job at instilling confidence in the property!!

This has been the best leasing experience I’ve ever had the apartment was beautiful and I just put my application ! Fingers crossed I hope to live at Cutter’s Point ! So far so good!!! I had a few issues early into my lease, but they were cleared up in a satisfactory timeframe. Overall, I am very content here. Only drawback is the dumpster and the mess around it.Quiet property, quiet area, we rarely see any police out here.Would def recommend to friends and family.

Living here has been an awesome experience. Everytime I have had a work order they have resolved it within a week. The manager in the office, Jacintha is the reason for this five star review. In talking to other residents they all agree that Jacintha listens to our concerns and makes this apartment complex a home. I always sing praises to finding such an awesome complex and would definitely recommend Cutters Point if you are looking for a home in Dallas.

When I visited Cutters point, I met Nathan, who welcomed me warmly. After viewing one of the apartments, I knew I had found my next home. I must say, my experience with cutters point apartments, have been outstanding. I have had the opportunity to work with some very professional team members, first I must speak very highly of the person whom I made my first contact with Nathan. I have never gone through the process of online application ( I’m ole school) but it was a breeze with the help of Nathan, he walked me through the process, and everything fell into place. My second day in my new apartment home, is when I met Jacintha who also welcomed me to the community, and you really don’t see the management team out front and wanting to get to know the residents, but the team that’s at cutters point is a team in all since of the word. I also had the opportunity to meet Jessica, another great person, and very knowledgeable of the community. Also not a lot of maintenance teams get acknowledgment, but when I met Mauro, who made sure if there was anything in the apartment that needed fixing he would be the one to ensure it gets done, I was quite surprised as I said before, the management team at Cutters Point, is definitely a property that’s on point, no pun intended. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I definitely would. Thank you Cutters Point, for making this move- in process a breeze.

Jay took her time to make sure that I had the apartment I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want. Jay is the person you want beside you when everything is falling apart. She is the best manager at cutters point. I’ll always recommend her to others.

First, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jacintha Martinez and was pleasantly pleased with our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. This is a quaint, quiet complex with beautiful landscaping and amenities in a great location!

I stayed here for the 2021-2022 fall to spring semester, and I had a fairly decent experience. I rented with three other roommates, and it wasnt the highest quality apartment, but it exceeded expectations considering the price and area. Management seemed to be fairly on top of things, it had maintenance issues, but they were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. AC and water ran fine, when problems came they were fixed.

Went in the beginning of August saw that the apartments was back open... I went in and talk to a young lady by the name of Miss Jay she is so awesome so sweet very helpful and understanding very business professional very beautiful smile with a pleasant attitude willing to assist and help I like that.. that Really made me want to come back to the Cutters point apartments I love those apartments I was a current resident.. I didn’t have any bad experiences enjoy being there!!! I was a current resident when the tornado hit... Update 1: 3/20/18We have now been here for roughly 6.5 months, so I thought Id give an updated review.Valet is still hit or miss on whether it gets picked up or not. I think thats one of the most frustrating parts of living here. It would be A LOT nicer if it was an optional service.Neighbors next door are no longer here, so no more yucky mop water on the front porch!Living on the 1st floor can be frustrating because the upstairs neighbors stomp around a lot and the floors are squeaky. Its especially annoying to be woken up by at 3am. But that could just be our neighbors.Maintenance is still wonderfully timely in responding to requests.Grounds are still kept as cleaned up as possible. It does occasionally get a bit messy on weekends, especially at the dumpster, but maintenance gets everything cleaned up and looking nice again by Monday afternoon.Ive only seen a handful of bugs, and theyve all been dead ones found in the far back corner of a cabinet.Water can change from freezing cold to scalding hot, and back again very quickly while taking a shower. Havent really found a solution for that issue.Overall though, very few things to complain about really. We still really enjoy the community, the location is amazingly ideal, and short of us finding a 4 bedroom house in the same school district for a similar price (totally not going to happen), well likely be renewing our lease at the end of the summer!***We have been here 6 weeks, and generally enjoy it. There were a few issues when we first moved in, but maintenance and the office staff did everything possible to make it right, and overall we are fairly satisfied with the apartment itself. We love the largeness and the layout of the floorplan!A few minor complaints...The trash valet service, that is a mandatory $30 every month, has never once picked up our trash, even after putting it out early and leaving it out all night. Its very frustrating to be forced to pay for a service you neither want, nor that actually does what its supposed to.Possibly because the apartments are older (though beautifully renovated!) smells travel easily and we are constantly smelling our neighbors cigarette and marijuana smoke, which is not great for our asthmatic children.People arent great about cleaning up after their pets, and let them poop wherever, which is not great.Our next door neighbor regularly dumps a large full bucket of dirty, stinky water onto the front porch area. It stinks up the whole walkway for the next few days.The grounds are well kept, and maintenance responds to regular requests in a decent time frame, though they arent great at emergency calls.It is a generally quiet complex.Most people keep to themselves.Lots of children outside playing after school, which is nice. The playground area is wonderfully shaded and large enough for a variety of play.We do also love the diversity of our neighbors, and for the most part, everyone seems friendly enough.We had some concerns after reading the reviews, but size, price, and location eventually tipped the scale so we gave it a chance. I would consider most of what the complaints I have to be general complaints you are likely to find in any complex.To address some of the other reviews about bugs, yes, we have seen a couple, but definitely not an infestation of any kind. It does have a lot to do with how clean you keep your apartment/kitchen. The complex also does spray outside every Thursday, and will come inside to spray upon request.At this time, I can say that I am satisfied with our experience here, thus far, and would recommend it as a decent place. We still have 10 months left on our lease though, so if anything changes, I will update my review.

My experience at Cutters point has been nothing but the best. The office personnel are very professional and courteous. The property is kept clean at all times. The community here at Cutters Point is quiet. I have not had any problems. The apartment homes are nice and free of bugs. There is also door to door trash pickup, now how convenient is that!

I got to know about this property on Facebook, and I drove down to see for myself due to the review I read online. Omg I love everything about the community, I was warmly welcomed by Mr Smith, he gave me all the information I needed and Ms. Jacintha was so sweet, she helped me out on some parts of my application that I didnt fill out well, and she was just smiling all through. I would recommend this property to everyone who is willing to stay in a very quiet environment. .

I have lived at Cutters Point for two years. It has been a great experience. The apartments are in a clean and well maintained neighborhood. Maintenance has always been very responsive to issues. They have a dog park, play ground, picnic area. The management really does care about their tenants.

I don’t know where to begin, because Jacintha was just great! I came into the office as she wrapped up her time of getting things done and then proceeded to help me. The process and all the questions that I needed answered were smooth. She didn’t mind the questions I had as well, and provided me with the best knowledge that she knew. So much was offered that I decided to make Cutter’s point my new home. Thank you Jacintha, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

NOW (2018) EXCELLENT service ......5-star work done on recent A/C problems.IN THE PAST:........With previous horrible staff A/C problems are a major headache here. AC went out in 2013, 2014 and now June 1st 2016!!! I called the maintenance and they he said that they are not allowed to come out to the property until its 85 degrees outside. I asked for a portable AC unit, he said both were being used in different units. I cant believe this! I pay premium rent, and BH Management doesnt want to spend any money on the comfort of their residents! Why not buy 3-4 more extra portable AC units for emergencies like these.BH management is a NASTY and STINGY group. They want to SKIN the residents for all the money possible with the LEAST benefits in return. Been here since 2009 and they would STILL NOT GIVE me any better options at lease renewal. I asked can we re-surface the bathtubs & paint....NO cant do both, OK can u surface the kitchen counter tops...NO, only for new move-ins....OK can I at least get an extra covered parking for no fee...NO cant do that. Gables management (previous mgmt company) was awesome. SO NOW I GET TO stay in a motel due to 82 degrees already in my apartment...and this CHEAP management company will not compensate me for that either!!!

I love my apartments they have been soo good during this tornado and before especially Steven awesome person and all the other staff they were trying to keep our belongings they were making sure we were safe at first I was upset and mad I didn’t understand why we had to wait but I understand now why they had us wait tho all this was going on people were upset they were still nice and informative and kept us updated with everything that was happening with our apartment and property and all the workers that were there watching our homes and the property fixing escorting and everything even the Richardson police department the firefighters rescue and all each and everybody there was wonderful.. thank to everyone who helped I’m so gratefulThank you so very much Cutters point you guys are awesome and I look forward to returning home will you guys rebuild they got a bad rap they really were trying really really hard and being patient when everybody was getting upset they just wanted to Make sure we were safety and put in our safety first so they really were patient and try thank you again so much

We drove by these apartments and it caught my eye so we decided to check them out and let me just say we love everything about it the property is beautiful the staff jay and Christina are amazing very helpful and funny they showed us a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and as soon as we walking in it feels like a home very spacious for our child both rooms have ceiling fans and bathrooms are very beautiful and spacious also kitchen is long that is a plus and washer dryer connections and a patio is what we been looking for and they have one we are for sure going to be moving here soon as possible
