    I have been living at this apartment complex for a year now, just recently renewed our contract. Honestly if it wasn’t for the great team they have in the office at this moment, I wouldn’t have stayed. Their work at this location is very noticed, and appreciated. Maintenance is always on top of things to fix whatever has gone wrong, front desk always makes you feel very welcomed with such a positive attitude always! Violet is the property manager & her priority is making sure everyone feels at home. 🙏💗

    Stopped by the office today to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment since a friend of mine lives there and have only nice things to say about the office staff and the complex. I have to agree shes not wrong, the office staff and even the maintenance people were welcoming, helpful and nice. Great me as soon as got in the office, patiently answered all my questions and even witness how they handle an issue with one of the apartments. No need to look farther, I think I found the right place for me. 😄

    The apartments are nice & quite. I have no problems with neighbors. The manager Voliet, is very sweet, nice and fun to talk with.

    For me, this is a great place to live. The price is reasonable. The office manager is very nice. Ive been living here for 7 years and the only thing that I feel the apartments really needs is an update and some remodeling.

    The manager Tina and the assistant Deanne are awesome! Anytime there is an issue they are always on top of everything. These 2 ladies are an example of what running an apartment complex should be. I adore them both and Im happy to say that I would recommend the 2 of them always if I had to chose. I cant leave out the GM Vanessa...all 3 ladies rock!! Keep up the awesome work ladies, I appreciate u all 💙

    I have lived here for over a year and I couldnt be happier! The reviews stating the bugs/pests are absurd. The pest control at this complex stays on top of it. I havent a single complaint about this place! The office staff is incredibly nice and outgoing. They will help you with anything and will also address any issues youre having with your room almost immediately. They have done some upgrades/painting since I have moved in and the maintenance crew works extremely fast. I have had next to no issues with children being loud around the complex or loud music coming from other tenants. I would strongly recommend renting from Custer Park Apartments for your next home.

    Ive been here going on month 2. My oven didnt work, but maintenance fixed it right away. My toilet was stopped up over a weekend, but maintenance was very prompt on fixing it. The ladies in the office are super nice. Overall so far...a good experience.

    I lived in this apartment for more than a year. there service was good. though when I first came in the apartment there were some bugs, but they took action when I informed them. there apartment area is nice, wide space for parking and enough empty parking spot for your guests. I had to break the lease as my job changed, according to the agreement I had to pay the rent until someone rent that apartment. in my case they told me that, they will try to get a renter in the apartment first. and they did it.I wanna say when I will come back to Plano, I wanna live in this apartment again.

    We toured this beautiful complex, and it was very nice. We saw the 2 BR since it was the only one available at the time. It looked spacious and I loved the carpet and paint choices. The rates and deposits were fairly affordable, however the only units that have washer and dryer hook ups were the 2 BR 2 BA which is a let down. However they had 2 pools and really good landscape. I think this would be a good first time apartment because of the rates and also because they said they dont charge a huge fee for first time renters :)

    The apartment management team and maintenance staff are both friendly and professional. After 6 years of living at Custer Park Apartments, I never had an issue or concern that wasnt resolved promptly. They have always kept me informed, and answered any and all questions to the best of their ability.

    I lived here for a a little more than 5 years-- and it was awesome! Sharon and Dina are so so nice! The reviews on here talking bad about them-- those people are crazy! Lol Sharon and Dina are what I loved most about this place! I also loved how plentiful parking was. And its on a great corner-- comics, bar, Kroger, neighborhood Wal-Mart, home depot, great veterinary clinic, and TONS of fabulous food! I truly cannot say enough about these quiet, spacious apartments! If the boyfriend didnt need a garage I probably would have stayed here forever!

    I lived here from 2018-2021.Pros:-Great location in Plano, within 1-2 miles of: an awesome Plano public library, Chisholm Trail, 4 parks/playgrounds (Horseshoe, Copper Creek, Caddo, Big Lake), Plano Aquatic Center, and fun Jack Carter outdoor water park; within walking distance of Custer & Park w/ a Braums Ice Cream, Home Depot, Madness Games & Comics, Subway, Kroger, First Watch, Neighborhood Walmart, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, etc.)-Friendly & helpful staff-two laundry facilities-Friendly neighbors-Pet deposits but no monthly fee-I had a nifty & space efficient 1BR/1Bath/2 vanities/1 den layout-Lots of space for dogs, and management keeps the neighbors conscious of picking up after theirsMixed:-Appliances & the complex are older, so there will be issues, but it was really easy to put maintenance tickets in through the app at any time of day or night, and they gave me good to great maintenance responses (theyve been through a lot of folks through pandemic)-My kids loved the two pools, but it was not unusual for one or the other to go down once or twice for a week or more over each summer-Reasonably pricedCons:-No secure package option--unless it is shipped via US Post Office: Amazon, etc. get left on your doorstep= = =Note: The electricity had gone out for longer than a few hours 3+ times in my time there. However, I think the last time the electric company replaced some major equipment to the complex ~6 months before I moved out, and Id think this could help a lot.

    The best place that I’ve ever lived in the management are amazing very nice people and the maintenance people are very nice also and whenever you put work order it only take them minutes to fix the issue also the apartment complex outdoor has been really good maintained HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    This apartment by far has the best maintainance ever, he came in less then an hour soon as I called. Excellent office staff makes you welcome, friendly neighbors and staff. 120% they truly care.

    I have been very pleased with my stay here, Sharon is very friendly and professional, I know others have had issues with pest but I have not experienced any issues with pest. Complex is very clean and safe. Very satisfied!
