    Iā€™ve had a wonderful experience living here! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light, making it feel like a true home.     This has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. The front office staff, and manager Sandra have made it a great living experience here. Maintenance staff has been quick to respond to anything needed. The apartment is very spacious and super convenient to nearby businesses. The pool is AMAZING and they have an awesome 24 hour gym. There is now a ā€œconvenience storeā€ on site that makes it extremely convenient to get the items you need and saves you a trip to the store. Great experience living here overall

    I canā€™t say enough good things about Jeannette! She made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I toured the apartment on a Saturday, and she had me moved in by Monday. Quick and hassle-free. She was professional, helpful, and on top of everything. If youā€™re looking for a leasing agent and apartment that makes things easy and actually gets things done, Jeannette and Culebra Commons is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

    Jessica was the most helpful and genuine leasing agent I have ever dealt with. She was so fast and efficient and got me & my son our BEAUTIFUL home! Jeanetteā€™s tour over the weekend was thorough and she followed up so quickly. I registered for a tour on Friday, applied Saturday and had keys on Monday night. I cannot praise everyone enough!! S/O to Sandra and the housekeeper for a SPARKLING move-in.

    I lived at Culebra Commons Apartments for 2 1/2 years, and it was truly one of the best places Iā€™ve ever lived. I moved in when they first started building, so I was the first resident in my unit, and everything was perfect. It was peaceful, the neighbors were great, and as a first-time apartment renter, I felt completely at home.Even though Iā€™ve seen some negative reviews, I personally never had a single issue. I think some people didnā€™t give Culebra Commons a fair chance because my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The maintenance team was always on top of things, and the front office staff was helpful, but I especially want to give a glowing recommendation to the main manager, Sandra. She went above and beyond for me, and Iā€™m so grateful for her help. I honestly canā€™t wait to hopefully return one day.If youā€™re looking for a peaceful, well-managed community, I highly recommend Culebra Commons.

    My heater went out about a month ago and it did take a minute to get attended to but omg when it did, the maintenance man Mark did everything in his power to get it fixed for me in a timely matter and I am beyond grateful for him! He did absolutely amazing and the admin Jeanette & Jessica made the accommodations for me that were needed and just wanted to say thank you for yalls help!

    The staff is always helpful and professional. The maintenance is quick and efficient. The amenities are amazing. The events for the residents are fun and good opportunity to socialize. I enjoy living there . I canā€™t say enough about the front office staff and management always being receptive.

    The location is awesome right off 1604, close to HEB, several gas stations, food places & itā€™s out of the way of Alamo ranch traffic! The management team are so helpful and understanding. Both Jenny and Chelsea have been a great help with the whole moving process, even remembering me by name and apt #!! They are very responsive and solution oriented. The buildings, pool and gym are very clean and very quiet. Parking may be a bit tricky at times but itā€™s to be expected in an active construction complex! I have recommended to friends and family that are getting ready for their moves also!

    The entire staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They had me set up within a week. Everything is modern and updated to fit my needs and the area is growing so more options are popping up.     I was thrilled when the management changed. New management takes pride in the property and are eager to help keep the community clean. Thankful for all the nice new friendly faces in the office. I had no problem renewing my lease, I am confidant with the group in office that it will be a great place to stay.

    Apartment searching and came across this complex I drove around and was amazing on how clean the property is. The pool looks like a vacation resort . my current complex I live now about 10 min away always has trash on floor and the dog stations are always full . I noticed all the stations were clean empty and actually had the doggy bags . I will be looking to rent here once my lease is up

    For me I would have to say what makes living at Culebra Commons enjoyable is the amazing staff! I typically avoid interacting with any office staff; however, this isnā€™t the case. From the manager Jennifer to being professional, always courteous, and answering all and any issues on the community app. From Jenny at the front desk who is always kind and willing to go the extra mile. Both ladies have been an absolute delight. The maintenance crew are also amazing. They follow protocol when entering my apartment, respond to any maintenance request promptly, and most importantly are just friendly to have a conversation with. Mike, and the two other guys (I canā€™t remember their names) are simply amazing. They even interact with my dog when sheā€™s on the balcony. The location is also prime to many shops and restaurants. Nonetheless, I renewed my lease for another year because of the wonderful staff here.

    I have been a resident here for over a year and I have to say I have really enjoyed my experience living at Culebra Commons. I feel that the property maintenance staff handles any work orders I have in a timely manner, which is definitely a big deal. Especially when it came to renewing my lease. I also feel that the office staff does a great job at communicating with the residents of upcoming events, property visits and any other property updates that residents need to be aware of. I would highly recommend living here.

    Beautiful property and conveniently located next to many shops and restaurants. I love the interior finishes and the design plan of my apartment (1 bedroom, 740 sqft). The staff is very involved and its a great feeling when they know me by first name when Im simply checking my mail. There are residents who offer free fitness classes weekly and the leasing office books food trucks to come out monthly. Im already in my second lease with them and I dont plan to leave any time soon!

    Hello all, Ive been in this apartment complex before they were even built. I was on the list, and Im the first and only one in my apartment. The initial management was very unsatisfactory to say that in the kindest words I can...Luckily they replaced the management team with kind, caring,and knowledgeable team that made a difference beyond belief.     Iā€™m not really sure where are all the negative reviews are coming from because that negative experience is not the norm.I moved here from out of state in December. Desiree was on top of it every step of the way! She was and has continued to be incredibly helpful during my time here. The Head of Maintenance, Mike is also amazing and has been a lifesaver many times - even with things outside of his role; like bringing a large package up 3 flights of stairs for me.The staff is like a small family and welcome you with open arms. They are responsive to tenants, they are patient and understanding and incredibly helpful.Yes, it is still under construction, but the amenities are available and they are very transparent about their building plans and has grown very quickly even in the few months Iā€™ve been here. The apartments are gorgeous and they offer great amenities.I love it here & highly recommend!

    I have loved living here! Itā€™s very spacious, has a nice gym, as well as beautiful pool! The staff is very friendly, and any time I have come in for a question, they always help me. Additionally, itā€™s right next to shops and restaurants with walking distance AND not a loud apartment complex! Still fairly new so everything is in great condition.

    Jenny was amazing with my client, he was a very particular individual and she ensured he was heard and more than 90% of his checklist was marked off. He absolutely loves his apartment that is modern and up to date. His favorite aspects of the complex is the gym and his stand alone shower. We would definitely recommend the complex to others. Make sure you ask for Jenny and let them know that I and/or Johnny sent you.

    This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. They have up to date appliances, wonderful amenities including a live in gym trainer. And a resident coordinator who plans food trucks and social events for the apartments. The staff is very friendly and timely with resident concerns and the maintenance is always keeping the complex clean.

    Great Apartments!The older owners had a grueling process when applying. However an office worker by the name Jenny walked me through and was patient with me every step of the way.They have new owners now which makes the application process much smoother.I Definitely recommend this apartment to others.     From the moment I toured this complex I fell in love with it! Right after I toured, I filled out an application and told them around what time I would like to move in.     Culebra commons is a great place to live. There is resturants walking distance, the gym is usually empty which is a plus. The amenities are nice and brand new. The dog park is very convienent and kept clean. This is the best apartment I have had this far and I would recommend.

    Iā€™m currently a tenant here at culebra commons and wanted to share my experience here so far. Things are definitely not perfect since construction continues but management and all who work here are doing the best they can to listen to tenant demands, concerns, issues and also deal with the high traffic of new future tenant wanting to live here. Desiree has been the most helpful to me, she goes out of her way to help me with my concerns and issues. Never has she ever been rude or disrespectful. She is professional, accurate and straight to the point. She is the brains of this complex! Everyone has been nice, respectful and done their jobs. Everyone from Desiree( manager), jennifer( front desk), mike( maintenance) and the hard working cleaning lady Brenda are making my experience here very pleasant. Thank you

    The Outstanding customer service, the attention to detail and just the overall kindness that Ralph the Manager at Culebra Commons showed me when I was looking for a place to call home was appreciated. Because now a days there are some complexes just look at the renters as a just a number. Even though I not able to physically see a model apartment yet. Ralph was still able to paint that picture of how luxurious spacious it going to be with the lush amenities both in the apartment, also within the community and itā€™s pet friendly. Plus your seconds away from restaurants, shops and easy access to the hwy. Canā€™t wait to move in!

    Very nice apartment complex. The area is still under construction but you can see the units themselves are very spacious and well payed out.
