I appreciate the staff being diligent on keeping our property safe, clean, and enforcing rules that make this a family friendly place to live. Whenever we have had maintenance requests in our apartment, trash room, or amenities etc - it has always been addressed and taken care of. Our gym, pool, and workspaces are elevated and not your average apartment amenities. Love being right off the trinity too!! Avery and Jeff have been super helpful. Thanks for all yā€™all do!

    Crystal springs is the newest addition to the Bellrock Real Estate partners and it just keeps getting better. This luxurious new building is near the heart of Fort Worth with so many features and amenities. The staff on site is friendly and attentive! I canā€™t wait to get my appointment to lease here.

    Avery was so kind and helpful with everything! She gave me a tour of different floor plans and went over everything with me. When it was time for me to move she responded quickly to all my questions and was a great help. So far, Ive loved it here. The staff is super accommodating and the place itself is beautiful and in a great location!

    I moved into Crystal Springs two weeks ago and have loved making this place home. I feel like my unit was designed specifically for me - the layout, the space, the details are all very well thought out and executed. My grandma remarked during my move in, ā€œThis is just the perfect size!ā€ And I couldnā€™t agree more. I felt comfortable and completely at ease from the first night and have thoroughly enjoyed finding my rhythm and flow here. The amenities are so well designed and kept. I feel inspired and such a clarity of mind in all areas of the building - the coworking space, the pool, the gym. I feel very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. The location is perfect for me - right on the Trinity and near all of my go to grocery stores/shopping. It does take me around 45 min to get to Dallas, but so far without crazy traffic if timed right. Victoria, Jeff and Miguel have all been amazingly responsive to every one of my questions and requests over the course of my time here from touring to getting settled in. Even maintenance has been quick, professional and kind in fulfilling requests. I feel so well taken care of by the team here. It is evident this property has been thought through extensively, with great intention put on creating the best experience for the residents which is something I deeply appreciate as a business owner myself. My heart is full and I am so grateful to be here. šŸ¤

    The whole front desk was amazing! Very welcoming with great service. Front the moment I toured till move in, it was all a very simple and easy process.     Been living here for a little over a month, and absolutely love it. Itā€™s the perfect location, youā€™re not to far from everything and the trail is right next to the apartments.Iā€™d like to give credits to Kayci for helping me find the perfect layout and apartment for me. Literally spent a hour going to ever layout and seeing the pros and cons to finding the ideal one.The team is amazing, and maintenance they truly care about their tenants here. The amenities are great and the team does a great effort to make the community feel welcomed.

While we have been here for a short time so far, we have had a few needs arrive. Each time, the staff was on point was getting us all taken care of.Maintenance - We havenā€™t had any major issues. But the minor ones we have, we put in a service request and and had them fixed in 24-48 hrs.Amenities - The 2 story gym is a huge plus. Good choice of cardio and fee weights.Pool - great pool with a great view, grills and fire pits!Parking - Massive 5 story parking garage with gates.Security - on site police and MANY security cameras to help keep you and your property safe.Annnddddā€¦ HEIMS IS NEXT DOOR!!!

    This place is absolutely gorgeous. Great amenities with friendly helpful staff.I was looking for a new spot as the place I was renting looked like it was going to be sold, and luckily talked to Kayci here when I went on my tour. She was very helpful in showing me a few different places that would be a great fit for me and was very thorough in making sure that I knew about all of the special offers amenities and general information about the building itself. I actually ended up not having to move but if I do in a couple years I will absolutely be making sure to contact Kayci here.

    My son is relocating to Ft Worth and as you can imagine, searching for a new apartment can be very stressful. We looked at one other apartment before touring Chrystal Springs and from the moment we walked through the door and greeted by Kayci, my son knew right away that he was home! Thank you to Kayci for her professionalism and sincere interest in making certain my son found what he was looking for and doing so with a smile! As mothers often do, I had a few questions we failed to ask so I reached back out to the property today and had the pleasure of speaking with Emily the Community Manager. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to let me know that if there was anything else we needed she and her staff were just a phone call away. I would encourage anyone looking for a new apartment to stop by for a tour. The amenities are amazing and the customer service experience is nothing short of exceptional!

    Been living here for about 3 weeks now and everything has been great! The communication I received prior to my move in was top notch and extremely comforting since I was moving from out of state. I had only done a video tour of the place before moving in and everything was just as it seems. The place is beautiful and well kept. Everyone Iā€™ve met so far is great. Any maintenance needed has been timely and theyā€™ve been extremely kind to me and my pup. Walking distance to a few places to eat and the trail. Couldnā€™t get better than this! Highly recommend šŸ˜ŠAlso wanted to add that the maintenance staff is great! And shout out to Danielle for keeping building 2 nice and clean!

    The team at Crystal Springs is incredibly friendly and attentiveā€”Emily and Jeff really go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Itā€™s a beautifully modern, spacious environment equipped with all the amenities you could want. One of the standout features is the variety of recreational spaces available to residents (speakeasy, sky lounge, pool, and gyms). If youā€™re looking for a safe and welcoming place to live in Fort Worth, I canā€™t recommend Crystal Springs enough!

    Crystal Springs is a wonderful complex but what makes it even better is the staff! Kayci, in particular has been super helpful and has always gone out of her way to help answer any questions I have. She is always very kind and informative all of our interactions.     I recently signed a lease with Crystal Springs and I couldnā€™t be happier with my experience. To start, I called the complex and Emily was able to accommodate me on very short notice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question that I asked. She has gone above and beyond to ensure Iā€™m happy with my future home.Emily spent a significant amount of time with me, answering every question that I had and showing me multiple units until we found one that met all my needs. She painstakingly went through each one bedroom floor plan they had available until we found the perfect fit. Her patience and attention to detail has made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Although iā€™m yet to move in, every interaction Iā€™ve had with other staff members has been equally excellent. The property is well-kept and well landscaped.Thank you to the whole team for being so thoughtful and helpful. :)

    I moved in about a week ago, but have been in communication with the leasing team since the beginning of the year. I absolutely love how transparent and kind everyone at Crystal Springs is. I took my tour with Emily who I had an instant connection with. Sheā€™s amazing and listened to my concerns. She gave me options and time to review them. The leasing process was so quick and easy. The day I moved in, my move-in folder had a personal welcome message for me and my two kiddos. Every time I go into the office, they call me by my name which is an added touch that I personally enjoy. Being a single mom, I appreciate how secure the property is. I also appreciate the convenience of the location. Itā€™s so close to everything for me. Iā€™m so happy to call this place my new home. Iā€™m looking forward to the new developments!

    I have been working with Kayci and Avery at Crystal Springs. In my profession, I work with vendors all day, everyday. I have not experienced such great service and follow up in a very long time. Ive had some difficulty getting all the paperwork in and they have immediately responded with offers of help, kindness and such a welcoming attitude! This tells me so much about Crystal Springs, the owner and the management company. They obviously believe in a culture of customer service. Thank you ladies for your help. Im looking forward to moving in!!

    This place is a remarkable place, totally designed for comfort with call the amenities and extras like all the cabinets and built ins in the apartment, so many in all areas you almost donā€™t need dressers lol,Avery, Jeff and gang work solidly as a team and pick up where the other left off if their not available, no thatā€™s customer service!

    My experience finding an apartment and having my ā€œmillion and tenā€ questions answered was made so easy thanks to Avery! Im moving from out of town - sight unseen. She has been extremely patient and full of information! After signing my lease and seeing the additional amenities - I truly believe I will be happy here. I searched for a place and couldnt find one that had everything I wanted, when I stumbled upon this jewel it appears to have more than I could have imagined. Having the experience of a friendly and available office staff (that is open seven days a week) with all the amenities elevates an apartment complex so much and makes it feel worth my investment and choice to live here!

    I have called Chrystal Springs my home since Sept/23 and couldnā€™t be happier. The staff are exemplary starting with Emily and Jeff. They truly are invested in the well being of both the building and the tenants. Emily is the mgr and is a credit to the property. Her efforts support a property that wants to remain a first class apt. The amenities r first class from the gym to the pool to the speakeasy room. The property also maintains common sense rules and actually enforces them to the benefit of all tenants.

The environment is very warm and welcoming which is what I look for in a property. My tour was done by Kacyi and she was very knowledgeable about the property.     This property is absolutely stunning and has the BEST management. Emily makes sure to go above & beyond making sure their residents are taken care of! With the other comps in the area I would choose living here any day of the week. The apartments are well thought out, functional, & so nice! Between the homes, amenities, & management you cannot go wrong living here!

    I donā€™t normally leave reviews but after our tour yesterday with the leasing agent Victoria I had too. They are still in the process of opening and she was so kind and answered all of our questions. My boyfriend and I are both in customer service/sales so when we come across someone who is actually eager to help and loves what they do itā€™s always a bonus and shows what kind of company they are running. On top of the great people working here the place is amazing!!! They have parking garages for every floor which you donā€™t see that ever, they have huge islands, mud rooms which is a bonus and great storage in the closets! I cannot express more how excited I am to move in!!!

    Crystal Springs in Fort Worths River District! My tour experience was incredible, and I cant wait to move in before the year ends.     Living at Crystal Springs has been great! Itā€™s a very nice/new complex with beautiful amenities and really nice units. Love the location. The office staff is very nice and helpful. There have been a few minor issues because the complex is brand new but they all have been addressed and fixed quickly with help from the staff.

    Wow!! What a beautiful place to live! So happy I moved in this place. The office staff is so hospitable and attentive. Great amenities! I personally love the little grab and go snack station. Who couldnā€™t go for a late night ice cream run down their hallway. The pool was fantastic during the one month I got to enjoy it before it got cold.

    This place is so beautiful!! To bad I got an offer with a new company in Arizona!! Joshua was my tour guide and he was phenomenal!!
