I lived in CFC for a year these are cute apartments with really good floor plans. The environment is safe, clean and they are affordable. I like their management. These people are caring and listening. They have little community events that makes it even more desirable. I highly recommend them.

Crystal Falls Crossing apartments are affordable, safe, quiet, and energy efficient. All have been completely remodeled inside and out, and include free washer and dryer and now free wireless internet service. Wow!Spot On Networks installed free Optimum wifi for all. It worked great for weeks so I cancelled my personal paid account. Then, it failed for several days. If either Spot On or Optimum fail, we have no internet. AT&T is the only other provider, so best to use them as primary, and free internet as backup. What good is free?

Other than certain neighbours being loud at all hours with their awful bass music, the apartment is great.The size and amenities are good enough to host a family of 4 comfortably.Price is good, maintenance team is really nice and keep up with their stuff. Management is always helpful.

Ive had the pleasure of staying at these apartments. I was very fortunate to find such a great place to make my home. The people are so nice, and the front office is fantastic! I would recommend these apartments to both family and friends.

I am so grateful and impressed with our office girl Mika and the maintenance man Elmer! Elmer goes out of his way every single day to check on an elderly woman that lives alone and he takes time to help her and make her feel not alone or afraid! I’ve never seen a maintenance man do anything of the kind! He stops to ask how my day is going, he cheers me up if I’m having a bad day! And Mika is so kind to my service dog! This is how people should treat others everyday but u rarely see it! So if there was an Oscar for excellence in apartment management and care, Mika and Elmer would take the gold!!

Today I am writing this review to thank Miss Mila from the office of these apartments because she has been super generous, patient with all the information required to rent an apartment. She was an excellent guide with all the documentation. Thanks to her and her work team I was favored with one of them.
