We have been living at Crown Forest Apartments for a month and it has been a wonderful experience. There are excellent activities for everyone, it is a very quiet, clean and safe place. I think we will be very happy here. 100% recommended.

Our family has lived here for almost two years. The staff, ALL staff, is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it is a question, concern, or a maintenance request, everything is definitely answered or fixed in a timely manner.I submitted a maintenance request, just yesterday morning, because my garage disposal stopped working. It was replaced before 9:45am today. Even though it is a Monday morning!! That is awesome! I totally appreciate the kindness, quickness, efficiency, and respect of our staff!!!! Thank you!!!

Crown Forest Apartments in Lufkin is the BEST! We’ve been here about 7 years and couldn’t be happier. The beautiful complex is surrounded by a forest of pines which helps to cushion the sounds of the busy highway noises. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly and do a wonderful job taking care of the property and all its residents. Quite often, they plan various fun activities for everyone living here, or bring in outside businesses, such as a coffee truck, from time to time. What we like most about Crown Forest is that we feel safe and comfortable. It’s a wonderful place to live.

Ive lived here for eight years and love this community! They have resident events like Book Club gatherings, Game Days, Pool Parties, and more to get residents out and about and meeting each other. The community is small and neighbors tend to look out for each other. The office staff is top notch and Darius makes sure all of the maintenance needs are taken care of promptly, no matter how big or how small. I even had my mirror fall off the wall in the middle of the night and they were there first thing in the morning, apologizing profusely, cleaning it up, and working to get it replaced. 100 out of 10 would recommend...yes, you read that right!

Very clean, safe and clean community. Gives a fun safe atmosphere. I really enjoy the amazing community events! Mrs. Amanda does a great job making sure all residents are satisfied and feel welcomed.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 7 months and have nothing bad to say about it. They host so many awesome events for residents, have a good dog park for my dog, and maintenance is always so responsive. This apartment is awesome!!!

These apartments are beautiful, clean, and well managed! A family friend lives there and upon visiting the grounds, it’s always so welcoming! A nice bonus for our community is the apartments always support the people of Lufkin through donations, fundraisers, and social media!

By far the nicest apartments in Lufkin! Staff is friendly and always quick to address any concerns, and easy to get ahold of when needed. There are many community events throughout the year for residents, and they always include great door prizes you can win for just attending. The pool is very nice, my only complaint is there isnt any shade for people like me that burn easily, but they do provide free sunscreen and pool towels! I also appreciate the complex being smaller than most others, and having the option for a garage, storage closet, or carport allows me to keep all my belongings on site and protected. Overall a great place to live!

These are the best apartments in Lufkin. The maintenance technician Darius is the best I’ve ever seen. He is so personable and completes work orders SO fast. Brianna and Amanda are the best managers! They genuinely care about their residents. We love it here!

Living at Crown Forest is great! I have lived here over 2 years and it is set back in the woods and is so quiet and safe. The maintenance is continual. The pool, waterfall, sidewalks, landscaping, everything is well cared for. Residents can even make their own flower bed outside their first floor apartments.The office staff has always taken good care of my needs. They are so patient receiving packages for the tenants and never make your feel like you are bothering them. I know my neighbors in my unit and we are like family.The apartment is truly the best in Lufkin and I would recommend it to anyone and I have.

Ive lived in crown forest for about 3 years and love it . the property is surrounded by woods and so quiet . The office staff are very friendly and very helpful. Any maintenance requests I had were handled within 24 hours. I had AC problems after hours and maintenance brought me a portable AC and got it fixed the next day . Ive never had issues with bugs or any other animals in my apartment. Im only leaving to relocate to a different city . The area is extremely safe and has never had any security issues.

So far, so good! Parking is close to most apartments. There is adequate parking in our area. Lawn, buildings, and pool are all taken care of very well. Plenty of grass for my two dogs. Front office staff are very attentive and kind, and always help us out when needed.

Moved here about a month ago and there has been no complaints. The property is pretty quiet and well maintained. Management is very nice and easy to submit a request (as well as quick) only issue I had with the property was getting the security deposit back after I moved out. It took 3 times to finally get my deposit back.

Beautiful, well maintained, quiet and secure complex. Managers & maintenance personnel are friendly, helpful and address concerns quickly & efficiently. Amazing pool with fountain, well equipped safe Fitness Center and fenced Dog Park. Highly recommend Crown Forest.
