    Came to view a unit and the Property manager is very nice. I love the layout of the one bedrooms. They have a clean pool and property looks clean. The office is amazing.

    We been in this apartments for a year. There has been a lot of changes done recently on terms and fees but the new managers are very patient and kind and take the time to explain all the changes and help. the apartments are actually improving!! and they are Better people

    I just recently moved from the Crossing at Irving. I enjoyed the peace in quiet, my neighbors were awesome very friendly the maintenance man JD excellent he fixed almost every problem that I had without anything issue. New management took very good care of me after i moved out. I hope you guys continue to do a great with your new in former residence. Thank you so much!

    I recently moved to Crossings and from beginning to end its been a pleasant experience. The ladies in the front office are super helpful and I love the color scheme of my apartment. Im blessed to be able to call this place home. Applying was easy and fast.

    What do I have to say about my Apartments and Management??? Let me tell you that in the four years that Ive been here...when my apt. has needed something fixed management and maintenance have it fixed in a timely manner. I absolutely love management Ms. Karen and Ms. Sonia are awesome, if I do not understand something with the new changes that come along, they patiently explain to me and keep us updated with new changes, their professionalism shows immediately within the first three minutes you speak with them. Ive never seen at other apartments that Ive lived do what my management does here. Like what? My community is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN (No roaches) and crime free, Irving PD has come a few times to keep us informed and educate us while we get to eat pizza and play games with them as well, all this courtesy of management. Summertime… pool stays clean, children have meals and feel secure. For Thanksgiving and Christmas, if you are a new potential tenant they give discounts when donating toys and items for children and/or food. Ive looked around at other complexes just check my options and honestly to me THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE like Crossing at Irving. Again, Ive been here for four years. That should say something. Like the saying goes, If you do not like where you are at make a change.

    I love my place its convenient and when I was ready to move it everything was ready didnt have to wait paid when I was ready to move not a minute before. Love the office staff the know how to address the issue at hand in a timely manner no complaints on my end and my kids love it. Its a family friendly place to be I have told many people about this place some are coming soon ready to move in.

    The ladys at the office are very nice, if theres something that needs to be fix at your apartment they will help with that by talking to maintenance.. they will help you out if you cant pay the rent on time.. everything its great, nice neighbors, a quiet place, like it alot..

    I stopped by because I was in a hurry to move-in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and they were all so helpful, I toured the property and I was amazed with the renovations happening. I will most definitely be moving in here! I cant wait !
