[Updated Review]Crossing place is a perfect college student friendly property. If your looking for a budget friendly option that comes fully furnished, this is it.Crossing place recently obtained new management and turned this place around. Believe me when I say this place is as good as it gets. The property manager Loren is awesome, you will not be disappointed!!!I have to say repainting all the buildings to white and grey in spring 2020 was a good move, looks much better than the yellow it was before. It gave the property a much needed facelift.Pros:- Rent is really low- Gated- Pool, gym, 24 hr computer lab, and other clubhouse amenities- Volleyball and basketball court- Covered parking (If you wanna pay extra for it)- Location is great, close to A&M and HEB- Office staff hosts events and potential prize giveaways- Aggie shuttle bus- Right next to a park (Quiet at night)- maintenance is good, when something goes wrong, put in a maintenance request and they will promptly address your concerns.Cons:- No security cameras- Close to train tracks (train horn is loud at night)- Some things are outdated- Kitchen is small for 4 people who all cook- Rooms are relatively small square footageOverall - For the price, this place is great. It’s a really good budget apartment for college students

The entire move in process was seem less and any minor issues resolved promptly. The staff was inviting and friendly and gave clear instructions on the move in process. The upgraded amenities are definitely worth it and the cleaning of the apartments prior too move in was appreciated. The grounds and maintenance is appreciated. Pet friendly and offer “doggie poop bags” at no cost. Enjoy they updated basketball courts as well as the pickle ball court. Peaceful and quiet complex and the new lounge chairs and umbrellas in the pool are are relaxing and a nice updated gym.

This is a pretty alright place to live mainly because its pretty much the lowest price youll find to have your own bedroom while also being furnished and not too far from campus. Been living here a year. Its not super fancy but its has the necessities and is pretty clean w good parking. For just the basics its just about the best deal youll find. Im excited to get my semester finished!

A lot of people come on here to complain about their experience and I feel like they dont fully represent the community that lives here. The management has done a great job at addressing the issues that were brought up in these bad reviews. Ive lived here a little over 3 months now and Ive never seen a roach or anything I would consider to be a pest infestation. As long as you keep your apartment tidy, youll be just fine. I just renewed my lease and am excited to be living here through next summer! When putting into perspective the quality of housing in the college station/Bryan area, you really wont get a better experience anywhere else for the price it costs to live here. You cant expectations high when signing to live in an apartment with other college students. Crossing place is so conveniently located that I hardly have to drive anywhere throughout the week. The bus system will take you right in front of the HELD building on campus and every other building is within walking distance (max 10 min walk). HEB in conveniently located about 3 minutes down wellborn, and there are plenty of food places within walking distance (Whataburger, Chipotle, Starbucks, and more) Overall Ive enjoyed my experience here at Crossing Place!

I lived here for a year and it was a very positive experience for the most part. Theyre usually really good about maintenance requests and the property is very well taken care of. For the price it is very much worth it if youre looking for a place to live during college.

Living at Crossing Place has been a really fun experience. The maintenance crew is very diligent and gets problems fixed as soon as possible. The freebies that are given out are also a bonus to living here and the facilities that they provide such as the pool and gym are great additions. Living next to a bus stop is highly beneficial and the staff are sweethearts.

Lived here a for a year, moving out next Thursday or Friday can’t complain about basically anything. Leasing office staff was always super helpful especially Ms. Kelsey Arche, the leasing manager and Ms. Delaney both are a great gals that will help you settle in.Prices are a budget friendly, ideal for international students on a budget and conveniently located near everything, especially when I did not have a car to drive.My only downside is that the apartments are small, you feel like you are stepping on each other’s toes, and the gym is small with very few equipment. Other than that I only have words of gratitude, and will definitely recommend it!

I lived here for two years and I loved it! Super close to the bus and great gym. It could be noisy if your neighbors are loud or party a lot though. Even though the apartments are small, they have plenty of space. My roommates and I moved our furniture around to make more living room space.

I LOVE Crossing Place. My roommates and I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very welcoming and the price just cant be beat for the amount you get. If I didnt graduate, I would be staying another year. Thanks for being such an amazing place to call home for a little while.

I lived at Crossing Place for 4 years. Rooms are very small, but the staff is very responsive and the maintenance is very quick. Although I had spent 4 years there, being a great resident, paying my bills right on time, the leasing agents were not willing to negotiate on letting me get out of the contract for the summer after I graduated or even help me find someone to take over my lease. Even in case if I brought someone, they would charge us hundreds of dollars just to swap. So, I wasted decently over a grand for the summer lease without living there. Also, I renewed my lease in a rush, and after that, they lowered their rent by $100, and wouldnt let me get that deal. So, a dedicated resident gets to pay more than incoming ones. Overall I would recommend this place because the price is very reasonable and is located on the shortest bus route. I had only one unpleasant incident with a neighbor after which the leasing agents kindly took care of it.

Crossing Place is a great place to live. Location is very convenient and close to bus stops; staffs are very accommodating and helpful! The surroundings are well-maintained with gates around the complex which makes you feel safer. The maintenance team are also quick to resolve issues. It is very affordable and at the same time, the quality of their amenities and service are exceptional!

Since im starting college soon the price of these apartments are really good they seem to be helpful for students who are attending college, and when i went for a tour, the lady was very nice and informative. She answered all the questions my mom and I had for her. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable, I hope it stays that way during the year and my roommates and i enjoy.

I really enjoy living at Crossing Place! The rent is a great price for all they have to offer. Friendly staff who is always willing to help you. Great perks such as a computer lab with unlimited printing and also free food on Fridays! Maintenance is speedy and always fixes problems. Great place, would recommend.

The people here are vey nice. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted and feel right at home. The rooms are a good size and have a very cozy feel to them. Everything looked and felt clean, safe, and fun. The young lady that gave me my tour was extremely nice, friendly, and very informative. She answered all of my questions and made it a fun experience.

Compared to other properties in College station the prices here is awesome and good value for money, theyve also got additional promo prizes. The staff have been really helpful with hands-on information whether via emails or their online chat platform. I really enjoy living here! All the amenities are very convenient and I use them regularly! I am so lucky to live here because it is a great deal for what you pay for. The gated community makes me feel safe and I like the smallness of the complex so I can get closewith my neighbors! Overall this is a wonderful place to live.

Overall pretty good, but they could have been faster on maintenance. I filled out a form at the beginning of the year listing the problems with the apartment. It was nothing major, just that one of the showers would always drip, but it was never fixed. They did get around to fixing other stuff, but sometimes it could take a while. The AC was broken for a week in the middle of july and it was an average of 85 the entire time in the apartment. Not a death sentence, but not comfortable.

The staff at the Crossing Place have been extremely helpful in the whole leasing process from to finish. They were able to answer any and all questions I had, gave me all the documents I needed to sign, and allowed me to tour the complex and rooms when I came unannounced. The pricing of their leases is unrivaled for what they offer. For only $350 a month you can get acess to swimming pool, basketball and volleyball court, fully furnished apartments and appliances, a gym, computer lab (with UNLIMITED prints), coffee, and snacks. I would recommend any student to sign a lease with the Crossing Place because they will make the leasing process easier than you can imagine, the staff ishelpful, and it is the best bang for your buck Ina ll of College Station!

I think this is a cool place to live at for students. This is just an amazing community. The staffs are so welcoming and supportive. The place is so quite and neat. The compound seems secure and beautiful. They have great amenities and more importantly offered a great deal for sometimes. They are located on a bus 🚌 route to campus, close to restaurants and convenience store. The place is pretty new, fully furnished and in a reasonable distances from campus and everything else. Southwast Park [green, clean and neat] for some outdoors (wakling 🚶 running 🏃) is nearby, It is an awesome experience living here.

I believe they got new management recently, and it shows! They do a great job of handling needs of residents with printing services, workout machines, a clean pool, and an efficient work order system. Whenever something wasnt working, they responded to a work order within a day and resolved the issue.

I renewed because its financially viable, cool place to hang out by the awesome swimming pool, the workers are very helpful. The Free Food Friday is always a fun day to look forward to for the fatties, it is also a good place to apply yourself to your studies with the computer lab and the desk inside your apartment. As if you werent glued to the computer screen for homework, the 42 flat screen T.V. is a great place to procrastinate.

When I went to tour, Alyssa was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to sign my lease in the comfort of my home but Jackie was just a phone call away to ensure the leasing process went smoothly! Would definetely recommend! :)

Just would like to point out a few things. As of November of 2013, Crossing Place underwent a management change. We have changed a few of these things that previous residents have expressed. We have changed internet providers and have high speed internet now. The printer in the computer room has been replaced and does occasionally break from residents who are mistreating it. We fix the printer every time we are notified that it is broken. We can only fix things that we know about. If you have any other questions on things you have seen on the reviews please do not hesitate to give us a call in our front office.

Everyone here is super nice and helpful. Kendrick, the maintenance guy, is hella cool and always fixes our stuff super fast. The rooms are small, but I come from a large Catholic family so theyre pretty roomy for me. Pool has cute little palm trees :)
