    I really appreciate and love this property. Jimmy and William are very professional and efficient in their work. Never have issues when asking for an issue to be addressed.Cynthia and office staff are extremely helpful and a delight to talk to, always providing an immediate resolution. The office manager Terri is exceptional in her approach to the running of the property, it has immensely improved in the running and it’s appearance.

    Since the new manager took over approx 6 -8 weeks ago, there has been vast improvement. Things are getting fixed when broken, pest control comes every 2 weeks if you tell the office you need them., the property grounds are being picked up every morning; remember if you toss your garbage in the dumpster stray animals wont tear into it and spread it around. I have lived here 6 months and have seen major changes in last 6-8 weeks, it is quiet and most everyone is friendly.

    Great quiet community with great maintenance and staff. Property is always clean and quiet. Looks like they are filling up fast. Friendly staff and never having to wait on maintenance. Issues are fixed fast.
