Hailley did my tour today and the apartments exceeded my expectations! They were beautiful and spacious! The ones I looked at had a modern Farmhouse style feel to me. They have washer and dryer hookups in units! But if you don’t have a washer and dryer they also have a laundry facility you can use! That’s a big plus for me. Their pool was amazing and they even had a playground for the kids! She answered every question I had and even emailed me a link for a virtual tour. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about these apartments!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Have been living here for one year, and in that time there has definitely been some ups and downs. The people who were managing the apartments for most of the time we have been here were not good at all. Our internet did not work the first two weeks we were here and I had to call all the time telling them I work from home and couldn’t work because of it to get them to fix it. A maintenance team ended up having to cut a big hole in the wall in our closet and run a new cable to fix it, which the maintenance lady said they’d be back in a week to patch up. A year later there is still a big hole in the closet. She was extremely unprofessional, the first time she came to look at the issue she was there for about 1 minute before telling me she was hungry and that she was going to go get lunch and come back, which of course she did not do. I was glad when she got fired. Since then I have had to call maintenance for a couple other things, the experience has not been good until recently.They recently got rid of the people in management and maintenance and replaced them, and so far the difference from what I can tell has been huge. I put in a service request a couple weeks ago for something minor and someone came and actually fixed it within an hour. The animal waste bins and bags are finally being emptied and refilled when they need to be instead of having no bags for a few days every time it runs out. The people in management have started sending daily reminders of different things around the complex and seem to intend to finally start enforcing the rules in the lease people signed, which the previous management did not seem to care to do at all. There are still some things that need to be done as far as the number of people breaking the terms of their lease (my apartment smells like weed all the time because of my neighbors), but I would say while my review would have been 2 stars a couple months ago I am willing to go 4 now.

By far the PROCESS of getting approved was the easiest experience that Ive EVER had to deal with. Jennifer, was absolutely amazing, she answered all of our questions and then some. Jennifer, is by far the BEST employee at Cross Timbers Apartment Complex. If your in need of a apartment home, dont hesitate stop by and ask for Jennifer.

I’ve been living here since the beginning of the year! I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEE it here! The staff is seriously so amazing! They are still new so there are definitely some kinks that have come up but other than that it’s been great! Anytime I have an issue with my apartment or anything else they are quick to help! For the price everything is super luxurious! Couldn’t recommend them more!!
