They are very well at informing us about community events and just overall maintenance that gets done in any building giving us good ideas about preventative measures during the cold season. Living here is amazing. I love these apartments I feel like they are very safe and comfortable. Very near an elementary school and middle school school district. I just moved in a month ago. There are parks nearby also a trail and a supermarket.

I had a great experience during my stay at Cross Creek Apartments. The management and staff were always helpful and attentive. It seems that Cross Creek Apartments will be my new home.Everything looked really great whenever I toured there. The office manager Aaron was very nice and attentive to my specific questions. It seems like a prime location. I had the pleasure of meeting the regional Jack, he had an excellent energy and made me feel very welcome.

Searching for apartments is not an easy job especially if you’re used to living a certain way. I was in a time crunch moving from Florida to Texas, so I came across this complex I started reading reviews and they wasn’t the best reviews, but the prices were in my range, the area was great, and I liked the floor plan. I always say, you can’t just go off what someone say because they could’ve been a complicated tenant. Well I gave it a shot, I’m here, but only been here for 6 months and I haven’t seen a bug yet, thank God! The only thing I need them to get better with is, taking care of work orders in a timely manner. They keep the grounds clean and I like that, never used the pools, but they look great.

We have resided here for over a year now and have had NO issues!! The officd staff is helpful, the property is well taken care of and maintained & it is a safe area!! I have 2 daughters who have attended the school district & it is a very good place to send your kiddos!!!! The amenities are good as well!!! I would 100% recommend this property to an individual looking to rent!!!

I just moved in! :)It was a little rocky with a couple fixes that needed done in the unit prior to move in. The team in the office and the maintenance team are amazing. Tylor and Ahmed in the office are always helpful and the maintenance team is always quick and super nice.

Lived here for years in the past year it has taken a dramatic change for the better. Theres new management and employees with only Taylor remaining. Taylor was the professional and kind office agent that assisted tenants A+ rating for Taylor glad he stayed. Now with a new manager and new assistant its change from nighttime to daytime. Its like the Three Musketeers took over. Things have vastly improved on the property since the new manager. The office is there for you now. Gounds have cleaned up fixes are happening all over. Maintenace has always be great Rafael & Victor always fixed things quickly and completely. I had planned to stay but Im transferring out of state. I figured I will leave a good review where credit is due. These men have improved the property. Thanks, gentlemen, for the huge turn around you made this place feel more welcoming and like home. 5 STARS

For months we have been having problems with this driver of ccc electrical solutions, parking and intruding into our paid for parking spots. I tried to resolve the issue with his employer, but the driver responded with childish hostility and started parking further into our paid for slots. we have a huge parking are that he can park in but is set on antagonizing fellow residents with his truck. this needs to be resolved...If youre trying to park around building 24 be on the lookout for this guy that drives this car (see photo) he will pull right up on the side of your car setting off your Collision sensor as you back in as soon as youre kind of out of the way he will go barely missing the front end of your car and if you say something to him hell accuse you of being too slow parking. hes harass me this way 2Xs now. very unfriendly very unneighborly. And somewhat of a dangerous driver. A side note, hes also parking in a handicap which violates the law and is unfriendly to the people who may need that spot.Moved in February but the apartment really wasnt ready there was some areas of damage that needed to be repaired put in work orders but there maintenance group keep marking it as complete even though they havent done the work. 4 months down the road, and the work still hasnt been completed. The other problem are the residents that own pets they dont pick up after them. Theres dog poop everywhere, which attracts flies, and then theyre getting into your unit when you open the door. Its like these residents have no pride in their community. Its been reported to the office, but nothings happened to stop it or hold people accountable. I like the unit, I like the layout, it has a backyard that I want to do something with, I like the area, theres a trail nearby and I take a walk on it almost every day with my support animal. I like the location. But like in most cases like this its not the place. Its the people not accepting an acting on their responsibilities. I dont typically move around a lot I stay in one place for quite a while my last residence I was in that Community for 12 years but Im wondering if things are this bad as I just now moved in what are they going to be like a few years down the road. ===== update: the major inside repairs have been completed. THANK YOU! :) Although the manager is trying to address the dog poop on the grounds, there are still owners who do not scoop it up, yuck! there are also other improvements going on that are nice to see. more lighting of parking lot, hope see more. :)

So Ive been living here for a couple of years and it was okay- but I wasnt a fan of the office manager. However, as of June 2023 we got a new office manager and hes GREAT!!! He has done a lot of work on the property and they just trimmed all the trees. We even got Christmas lights on the property for the holidays and it was so pretty. Maintenance has ALWAYS been great. Raphael and Victor usually show up the same day or the next day to take care of whatever you need. Taylor in the office has always been very kind and helpful. They also hired anther person in the office who is also very nice. I actually enjoy living here. The neighbors are kind. The neighborhood is quiet and there is no crime that I know of. So If you are looking for an apartment that isnt crazy expensive give Cross Creek a try. And if you lived here before and left because of the Office manager. Shes gone so come back.

Nice views, convenient and well priced. Speak with Taylor in office. He is always smiling and ready to help. If you have a question, issue, or concern, he has the answers. I appreciate his assistance and attitude! The location is perfectly placed and convenient. The location has easy access to 75 as well as 121, Preston, and the Tollway. Many of the apartments have fenced backyards as this complex is dog friendly and is convenient to parks and trails nearby. The staff is friendly and addresses maintenance workorders in a timely manner. The complex is older, but the layouts have space inside and out, It is great having both a porch and patio. Its hard to find these layouts, space, and outspaces for the price and location! The complex offers 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom apartments, all with fireplaces and outside space with room and storage. The complex is located near schools, parks, stores, and eateries, as well as having a grocery store within walking distance.

First the apartment online service is amazing. Easy to put in requests and pay. The folks in the office always answer the phones and are there to discuss any issues. I am handicapped and have had issues such as food spoiling after electricty in town went out for a few days. The folks in the office came over and helped me get everything to the dumpster because it was the weekend and no valet service. They take care of us. Thanks

I currently live here and I love the size and layout of the apartments for the price point. We lived here a couple years ago and decided it was worth it to come back. Our neighbors are great and we love the sense of community. My only “complaint” is that I have asked several times to have my dryer vent cleaned so I can efficiently dry my clothes and feel comfortable knowing it’s not going to start a fire. I’ve had maintenance come out a few times and they kept saying it was fine but no one will actually go outside and take a look to see that it is indeed visibly clogged. I hope this helps to get that resolved at this point. Otherwise a pretty good choice for apartment living.

Spacious apartment with a big patio. A very energetic and supportive team at the office. I would like to quote a incident - we had some leakage at night and It was freezing cold outside but the maintenance person came in no time after the emergency support call we placed.Thankful to the manager and all the team members who address and try to solve any problem in best possible way.There is one area which needs attention is the sidewalk and pathways that can be improved upon.

Best complex I’ve lived in a while. The office staff is great, the maintenance crew is amazing. I do wish they would update the above the tub units to something more energy efficient, but other than that we love living here. Will definitely be asking to resign and get in a bigger apartment.

We lived at Cross Creek for ~2 years, and never had any major issues. We felt like we got our moneys worth out of it. Cross Creek didnt offer a luxury suite, but we also werent paying nearly as much as other nearby apartment facilities in rent.For the most part, the office staff were friendly. We were able to successfully and amicably work out an issue with an erroneous charge that was placed against our deposit when we moved out, which we are very thankful about.

Ive been a resident here for almost a year..... I honestly like it here. The neighbors are friendly, you can actually see kids playing outside, the location is great! No place is perfect..... Yes the units may have things that need to be repaired over the course of the lease agreement, but lets be honest, so does everything overtime...... Management isnt the friendliest (my personal opinion based on our interactions) but I also empathize with manager because she is human... She is responsible for everything that takes place on this property. So because of that, I try to be more understanding. In no way am I saying that her attitude is okay, but what I am saying is shes human and deals with a lot, just like everyone else. All of that to say, the property is fine. Not perfect, but safe, clean, quiet, and a good place to call home. I cant say that you will be received with loving arms every time you go in the office, but I can say that maintenance does a great job, and the manager does (in my experience) make sure issues are resolved. Her attitude isnt a factor for me because I dont live in the office... And she does get the job done.

I just signed my 2nd lease here and so far so good. We just got a new manager and there seem to be a lot of good changes going on. The property looks cleaner and the lawn crew seem to be doing a better job, we can actually see the creek now! They even sent me a thank you card for renewing and offered to clean my carpets for free. Keep up the good work!!

I have been a resident with cross creek for about 1 year now i am signing up for my second year. I love the apartment here ! it feels like a home for me and my son. neighbors are very nice and friendly i never really had a problem with the management at all. Anything that i request for gets done quickly and so far i only put in a request one time here. the apartments here is at a good price! I recommend this place ! Management office rocks !

Currently living here 3 months in on a year lease. Apt is spacious (3rd floor with lovely vaulted ceilings), rent is super affordable, and they are very pet friendly! Quiet neighbors and lots of families nearby. Great access to parks and walking paths. Maintenance seems to have heard recent complaints because I called and left a message yesterday morning about a leaking cold water tap to our washer and it was fixed by mid-afternoon. Yeah, the buildings are older and come with problems, but the staff and maintenance workers see to be really trying their best to get on top of things. Believe me, Im still recovering from worse apt staff in Grapevine and their buildings were basically brand new in comparison - I am much preferring this place so far!

Ive been here for over a year I enjoy living here. Its a very quiet place with the Forest right next to it which makes it beautiful and peaceful. Usually when I have maintenance issues its tended to in a good time. As with any apartment you will have some neighbors that are a little loud you will have maybe a delay in maintenance sometimes. Theres a lot of parking spaces available . I havent had any major issues since living here and I truly enjoy it, no apartment is perfect and when you live in apartment theres going to be noises if you stay at the bottom or the first or second floor even the Third. Usually when you live in a house you dont have as much noise our issues. I really enjoy living in this apartment complex very nice very quiet its a great place and I recommend it to everyone.

So, I read all the reviews and I was hesitant at first to look at an apartment, let alone sign a lease. But when I arrived,, I met the leasing agent Kaci (sp) and she was very nice and showed me around. I asked a thousand questions since I just relocated here. After looking, I drove around the complex and asked a couple people if they liked it there and they both said yes and that gave me peace. When we went to sign the lease, and going in the apartment there were a few minor issues that needed attention and one other thing was I needed a little more security for my door. After speaking with the manager, she agreed to take care of it. Ill be honest, I said well, theyll get to it when they do it and I wasnt going to be happy about it but I knew I cant force things to be done exactly when I want it so I said, ill see what happens.Well to my surprise, they got right on it! Everything I asked them to do , they did by the next day. I mean EVERYTHING. There was no attitude, no back talk, no acting like I bothered them. In fact she said were going to make sure you love it here. From that statement I had peace of mind knowing that they have already did what they said they would do.I believe its all in how you talk to people, how you act and treat people. with loving kindness have I drawn thee. I treat them with respect and its given back. I love my new place. I know I made a good decision and my family will be safe. I appreciate the entire team. Cheri, Kaci, Patrick and Kevin because they did what they had to do to make me happy. If you are looking for a reasonable place thats safe and has good amenities, then this is your home. If you are looking for something to complain about, im sure you can find it, but as picky as we are, if it was bad I wouldnt live there no matter what kind of deals they had.

I would just like to say that while walking this apartment complex i noticed that the property was well taken care of the lawn is really beautiful there’s no poop on the grass or trash it is so clean and I expected no less from the apartment I went to look at also well taken care of clean no roaches or any type of bugs they have a really good updated apartment with appliances and everything I totally recommend these apartments ask for Yamil in the office
