    I moved in the end of May 2024, so I have lived here for about 8 months now and I can say that it has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. In the past, I have had horror stories about complexes not responding to maintenance or keeping my packages from me but here at the Crosley is not that case at all.I am so glad that we decided to move here. The office staff, Vanessa and Stephanie are always so courteous and polite with any needs. The maintenance staff always responds within a day to my requests and does a 5 star repair. They are attentive to detail and so quick to respond.I like how much privacy I have here in the apartment. My packages are delivered right to my door with fetch, which I have had no problems with. The apartment I am in right now is so spacious, with high ceilings and a loft, definitely worth every penny, with services above and beyond. Also, they put on monthly community events. If you are new to the area and want to know your neighbors better then this is the way to go, it is a very cool idea. If you are thinking of moving here, I would highly recommend.

    I have lived here going on 4 years and honestly its the best decision we have made. Vanessa and Stephanie are AMAZING. They are on top of their things,very approachable, friendly and understanding of any issues. The maintenance team Nicolas and Marcello are so also respectful ,knowledgeable and fix things asap. The apartments are very spacious ,upgraded and the community is well kept and feels safe to live here. Rent is very high now compared to when I moved in but other than its all great

    Lived here for 3+ years at this point with the same people in the front office: Stephanie and Vanessa. Theyre always super sweet and helpful, making sure the apartment events look and feel as nice as possible. Theyre incredibly responsive when it comes to any types of complaints and it has been great living here overall.Note: there are some times when the apartments do renovations (lighting upgrades, pool upgrades, etc.) where it can get a bit messy but it gets cleaned up afterwards.

    So I lived here for three and half years, leaving to buy a house. This place was great! Vanessa and Stephanie were always a pleasure to interact with and was always helpful in whatever I needed. The maintenance crew with Nicholas and Marcelo were Great too and very professional. Great community events year round. Really felt like I was part of a community.

    Been living in the community for almost 3 years and can’t emphasize how happy we are to have found this place. Stephanie and Vanessa were true gems from the first visit. Our furry child cannot go past the office without greeting them.Nico and Marcelo always go above and beyond and they handle all maintenance issues super fast.They do so many fun community activities and most importantly keep the community safe and clean.

    Have been living here for one year and by far this is the best community weve lived in in the 40 years weve resided in Houston. The complex itself is immaculate, well-maintained, and the security is second to none. Nicolas and Marcelo have always been overaccommodating checking up on the status of work orders and completing.them quickly and efficiently. Vanessa and Stephanie are super friendly and always working to anticipate our needs. Perfect location in the heart of the Galleria with everything you could need close-by. I will not be looking to move any time soon.

    Leasing process: Vanessa and Stephanie are true gems; they did a phenomenal job taking care of us and went above and beyond our expectations. All questions were answered throughout the process and they were incredibly patient and understanding. Even with Hurricane Berryl being out of their control, they were stoic in their accommodations and flexibility. Great job to this team.Post move-in: As always, there are going to be maintenance items here and there at move-in; what matters is responsiveness and care. The operations crew were attentive and took care of everything fairly quickly. I’m impressed with their speed and service. Thank you Nicholas and Marcelo.Community and building:Building is well maintained and garage is secure. I like the dry cleaner drop off amenity; if you’re a working professional this is helpful. Pool, gym, and common area are nice and clean. Community is very quiet and small. You can get around quickly!Being a long-time renter, I’ve learned that small communities like Crosley Tanglewood combined with a stellar team have a higher chance of succeeding with taking care of residents: less to manage and better quality. I highly recommend this team and apartment building.

    I had the pleasure of touring Crosley Tanglewood and meeting with Stephanie. She was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable. She emphasized the community aspect of the property and on our tour she demonstrated as much by interacting with the residents we came across and knowing them and their dog’s names. The property itself was very nice and well maintained and the neighborhood is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend!

    Love this place! My husband and I have lived here for four years and we have always been super happy with our loft unit - the loft space makes for an excellent office. We also enjoy how quiet the complex is in general - I have never heard the neighbors through my walls, nor has it been unreasonably noisy in the time we’ve lived here.The location is so convenient - there’s an H-E-B right down the street and it’s a relatively short drive to anywhere else we would need to go.Shout-out to the amazing maintenance and office staff - they’re the absolute best! Vanessa and Stephanie are on point - they’re always helpful and always kind. We are definitely not planning to relocate in the immediate future!

    I have lived at at Crosley for years and have only had great experiences. Management is extremely attentive to any issues that have come up during my stay. I have also noticed that Crosley is regularly taking measures to improve security and the look of the facility.The price of rent has not increased drastically and has been extremely fair. I was dreading having to move after the first year expecting the price of rent to be increased, but Ive been so glad to experience that rent has remained within an affordable range.My neighbors have been great. Ive never had any run-ins with anyone.To increase security, both the entrance and exit gate require a prompt to be opened. My biggest issue while living at Crosley has been individuals waiting at the gates to be let in or out. Its very annoying and frustrating as I dont want to let anyone in who isnt meant to be there. I would appreciate if all residents had a sticker on their car so you could tell who its okay to let it. (If management reads this, the sticker definitely shouldnt say where we live for safety. Perhaps it could just be a symbol that we all recognize.)Overall, I would give Crosley a 4.5/5 stars. I greatly enjoy living here and would recommend it to others.

    Was apartment shopping in Houston and toured here. The grounds were stunning and well-maintained, but the office staff there really shined. Vanessa was welcoming and passed me along to Stephanie for a tour. Any questions I had about the property, surrounding area, schools, etc, were promptly answered by Stephanie as she showed me a spacious model unit. The units were much more modern than I was expecting, which was a nice plus! Ultimately, my transfer was delayed by months -- but Ill check them out again when the opportunity arises.

    This place is wonderful. European hotel style apartment complex with a great gym and a four season outdoor pool which renovated recently. Great location and wonderful quiet neighbors. Vanessa and Stephanie are so professional. They are the best management team ever. Follow up on every matters and take care of them asap. Very high standards and perfectionism. maintenance team is even better. Fill a maintenance request and they are just there right away! So many free parking spaces are available all the time. We have had few security issues like breaking cars in the past like everywhere else around Galleria area and it’s been resolved with their smart new security system and cameras. I’ve renewed my contract 3 times so far and will 30 more times as far as they keep this management team.

    I have truly enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The office staff is very attentive and quick with resolving any issues that arise. Great sense of community here and I have always felt very safe due to having a security officer available even after hours. Highly recommend living at Crosley Tanglewood, great location and unique floor plans.

    I just moved here a couple of months ago and could not be happier with my new home. The floor plan is just right for my doggo Bella and I. There is plenty of spaceespecially in the kitchen and all hard wood floors. The layout is very well done. The dog parks have plenty of space and the dog wash station is so convenient. The whole complex is maintained beautifully. If you are a dog parent move here ASAP! Stephanie and Vanessa are amazing and I am so happy I found this place. I did initially look at other complexes in the area but none of them had the same vibe this one does. The location is fantastic as well. I look forward to living here for a long time!

    We lived here for one year, and overall it was a great experience.The price:size ratio truly won out over other places we reviewed. Yes, the logistics of moving in and out of the building might be a tad tricky, but +10 for on-level parking. Nearly all the residents we encountered were friendly. The demeanor of the whole place makes it almost feel like youre on vacation, while still feeling like home. The maintenance crew were super fast to respond to requests and super friendly. If certain opportunities hadnt required us to move out of state, wed probably still be there.The front office peeps were what really made our whole time so memorable, Stephanie in particular. From our first viewing of the apartment all the way through the time we moved out, we felt like we had someone who truly cared for us, someone who was genuinely looking out for us. She was always patient with all our questions and concerns, and just made the whole business of living there truly pleasant and hassle free on a whole new level. She felt more like a sweet neighbor who knew everything and could reliably get things done, as opposed to just the office lady.

    Truly enjoyed my stay in this apartment complex. From first viewing during a tour to my moving day, the leasing office staff were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My unit was in a pretty good location, and was quite spacious. Parking was pretty generous as well. The area in general was very nice to stay in (save the forever construction on Fountain View). If I ever had a problem, maintenance was always quick to fix anything. All in all (and I can only speak for my own experience), Marquis At Tanglewood, now Crosley Tanglewood, was a wonderful place to stay.

    I lived here for almost 4 years and appreciated the community feel and friendliness of the office folks and maintenance staff. My unit has a fabulous floor plan with a loft and balcony, almost 1,500 sq ft for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Maintenance requests and any concerns were handled timely and thoughtfully. I recommend living here if you want to feel like part of a community of friendly people. The only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is due to poor security and outdated security systems.

    From the beginning, Stephanie was super beyond helpful when it came to just touring the grounds, to gathering what I needed to apply, and then the move in process. I did have to end up moving from the 2nd floor to 4th floor because of some noisy upstairs neighbors and mgmt made that transition easy as well. Nicolas and Marcelo have always been pretty reliable. First apt complex experience and im hoping to stay here for some time 🙌🏼

    I leased here for 15 months, and it was my very first apartment. I just moved out of the property because of life changes. I recommend living here if youre a first timer because the property itself is nice, the area is close to everything, and the staffs are really helpful, especially Vanessa and Stephanie. The leasing office is very communicative about everything, and the maintenance team is on top of it.

    Ive been a resident for the past few years and I love it. All three of the on-site staff members are highly professional, warm and friendly. I can honestly say, that I believe theyve done their best to ensure that the resident services are exceptional. The maintenance staff is also excellent in every way and they each go above and beyond the job duty, for residents to provide an excellent level of customer service. Also, there are resident appreciation events hosted monthly by the management staff, which provide a great sense of community. The events are also I great way to meet your neighbors. All in all, I feel very much at home and I highly recommend the Marquis at Tanglewood for you to call home too.

    Lived at Marquis at Tanglewood for two years, and Ive been really happy with the apartment complex and the management team! I really like having the corridors inside the building, giving it almost a hotel feeling. The location is top notch, pet friendly, with walking distance to HEB and many other stores. The complex is fairly quiet, and feels safe! It was always nice talking a walk down in the common area/coffee bar and see people hanging around. Only thing I feel worth mentioning is that they should get larger AC units for the top floor apartments. Mine often struggled to keep my set temperature during summer, and the bedroom was always above 75f. The AC did go out three times, but maintenance team was quickly there to repair it.I can recommend this place!

    Great apartment complex with very friendly staff. Helpful and prompt service from the leasing office - Vanessa and Stephanie do a wonderful job managing the community. Large, spacious apartments with lots of storage space and beautiful designs (inbuilt bookshelves, crown moulding, etc).Great location, very close to HEB and good restaurants.I recommend Marquis to anyone interested in the Uptown area.

    We leased for over a year and we loved it. It was safe and quiet. Parking was great, maintenance was the best. Very prompt and job well done by Marcelo and Jose. Coffee machine was a plus and the gym and the grills and the pools were always very well kept. Staff was incredibly friendly. Cookies and juice at the entrance made you feel home, they value your pets, and most importantly the residents were great. They also held lots of events that made you feel appreciated. I would come back and live here for sure. 😊

    My spouse and I have lived here for nearly 3 years. The Marquis is a wonderful place to call home. The office staff is A-1. Vanessa and Christopher go above and beyond to provide a level of service that is hard to find these days. The maintenance staff is unmatched in the professional way they conduct their work. The exterior premises is immaculate and the residences are spacious and beautifully maintained. The gated parking garage and electronic door access provides a layer of security that is much appreciated. Other amenities such as the coffee lounge and gas grills add to the joy of living at the Marquis. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to make their home.

    I lived here for 2 years.Nothing bad to say. The complex is very quite, and relaxed.Maintenance is good, and never had something take over 2 days. The front office staff was always nice, and super helpful. Vanessa is literally probably the nicest person you will meet, ever.

    I looked at a number of the Marquis properties before choosing Tanglewood . Ive lived here for ~18 months and Ive been comfortable throughout.Vanessa, Cynthia, and KaTrisa (Management) are kind, professional, and responsive to my needs as a tenant. Im always impressed with how cheery and positive Archie (Maintenance) is and he always makes a point to say hi - that makes a difference.I love the location; downtown is 20 minutes away and I-10, WestPark Toll Way, 610, and 59 are all within 5 minutes. And the best HEB in Texas is at the end of the street as well.The property itself, though not the newest apartment complex, is always clean and operational. I love the pool and spa area, and the fitness center mentioned below by another resident is quite adequate.I have a 1-BR with vaulted ceilings. I love my kitchen and I have a big bathroom. For a single person this apartment is plenty of room. I have a west facing (opposite side of Fountain View) balcony, so my apartment is bright and well lit and I can see the sun set each day (Im on the 4th floor). The A/C will freeze you out and is quite comfortable in the dead of the summer, though the electricity bill may hit $100+. I would have preferred hardwood floors in the living space, being on the top floor, I understand why theres carpet for the residents below me. Lastly, theres not a lot of storage in the unit itself (1 closet, 1 utility room with W/D, and a kitchen pantry), but Ive managed.Parking is secure and Ive never had, nor heard of issues with security or damage to vehicles.Overall Ive really enjoyed my experience with Marquis at Tanglewood and I would recommend.

    Pros:The maintenance men might be the best thing about this place. Very friendly and for the most part unless theres a replacement they need to order then maintenance are taken care of in a very timely fashion (roughly 24 hours or so).Parking was secure dont remember too many times where the gate was broken and my car was never broken into. Cant remember if I ever heard of it happening to anyone elses either.Gym is decent if youre not trying to do anything very weight intensive. When I moved out there were two treadmills, elliptical, and a stationary bike. Dumbells up to 45 lbs, flat bench, lat pulldown/row machine, and a shoulder/chest press machine.Cons:Dog park was usually gross because people dont pick up after their pets, but I suppose that isnt managements fault. Also people here seem to not understand the concept of a dog park is to let your dog run off the leash. Youll get dirty looks for doing so if your dog weighs anything over 30 lbs.Had a first floor apartment facing Fountain View. Not sure how many panes in the windows, but took several months to not continually wake up at different intervals before my alarm because of all the traffic in the morning. Opt for an interior facing apartment or one facing north/south.Some neighbors are rude, some neighbors are awesome. Depends on who you are and how they perceive you I guess, but thats to be expected living in an apartment building and not your own home.

    Ive only been here for about a month. I love it. Valet garbage service. Parking garage, so if youre on the 2nd or 3rd floor you dont have to walk up stairs; you just park on that level! Theres a complimentary coffee/espresso bar in the residents lounge. Tall ceilings in all the apartments (9 feet, I think). Gorgeous moldings and trim. Balconies that look out over a pretty courtyard and pool. It has a very French/New Orleans style. VERY friendly and helpful staff. I must admit, my employer pays the rent, so I cant vouch for value per se, but the quality is top notch. The building also is also gated and has security doors on each level, so I feel very safe. The neighborhood also feels very nice, very safe.

    This is a great place to live! The property is well maintained, has great facilities and located within walking distance to restaurants & groceries outlets. The property management staff are super friendly, always helpful and responsive. Love the community socials too – wine tasting, game nights etc. are fun events!

    We have been living here for a year now. Love this community so much! Very quiet, friendly neighbors and most importantly limited to no noise can heard from the side or upstairs neighbors. We have 2 young boys amd they love it as well, the pool/spa area is where we spend most of our days in the summer. The clubhouse is great since its 24/7 with a starbucks coffee & hot chocolate machine! Staff and maintence are great and very professional! Couldnt recommend this place more!!!

Half a block from grocery stores (HEB, Rice), great restaurants in the area (Houstons, Chama Gaucha, Mayuri, Pappas Steakhouse, Fogo De Chao - a 10 min drive).The maintenance staff is really good. MQT has an online system to report issues. They get taken care of immediately with a report of work done left on the counter when you get back. The front office staff is awesome, always happy to help you. I dont use the fitness center very often but when I do, its like my private gym.Great place overall! Definitely recommended for professionals and families looking for a safe, quiet, place to stay. Price point is comparable to neighborhood locations.

    Came and toured this place a few days ago... Kozetta is AMAZING, she is very knowledgeable about the property and you can tell she loves and cares for her tenants. I would rent an apartment here solely for her, dont get me wrong the apartments are really nice but she was the selling point for me.

    Id been searching for apartments all weekend. Id probably seen at least 10 properties. The whole weekend I experienced so many little annoying things across these properties from the quality of the property to the quality of the staff. Marquis at Tanglewood is the last property that Id visited over the last 4 days. The property that Id gone to before that, the day before, I for sure thought I was sold on. I came back the next day to fill out an application only to be told Oh yeah, we just found out we cant accept your application because you work for another management company. You can imagine my disappointment and how livid I was. ANYWAYS...I get in my car and decide to make one more stop. Marquis at Tanglewood. Keep in mind, it was already around 5:30 at this point, they close at 6. Vanessa Zuniga greeted us upon entering and immediately sat down with us and cut straight to the chase. How are you doing? What are we looking for? When are we moving? What do we need to have? What is our preferred price range? After going over the basics for probably 10 minutes. We went on the tours. The property is so well kept and maintained. Models readily available and beautiful. Everything looked great. Vanessa was super informative, super attentive. Knew exactly what she was talking about. When the tour was finished she sat down and took her time answering all my questions even though it was past their closing time already. Had no issues with spending the extra time with us. It had to have been the most seamless, fuss-free, informative, honest, comfortable experience Id had in comparison to every other visit with each other property that Id visited that weekend. Id visited other properties where the models available for viewing were dirty and unfinished..the agent got us lost on the property..another agent brought the wrong keys...one agent told us that the office was closed even though their sign said they closed an hour later..I had that property that turned me down because of my place of employment, other properties didnt have units for us to view..it was immediately noticeable how much more pleasant the Marquis at Tanglewood experience was compared to the rest. No, I do not work for their managing company.. in case you were thinking that. So kudos to CWS and the team at Marquis at Tanglewood! So if youre searching, its worth a tour here to know where the bar should be set.

    This property has a lot to offer in the upscale area of Briargrove. They offer many floor plans to accommodate multiple lifestyles. Another big plus, is the pet friendly environment. My family and I call this our home.
