    Been living here going on 5 years it started out as a nightmare till Myra took over as manager. She had the parking lot redone, improved maintenance big time, listens and understands her residents. Myra and her team are great with the residents and make sure everyone is happy. The only reason I’m giving in 4 stars is because there are sometimes people break the gates to the complex and it takes a long time for them to be fixed. But overall VERY HAPPY TO BE LIVING HERE!

    From application to moving in, my experience with Cricket Hollow has been nothing short of fantastic. My meeting with Mayra and Mario made me feel very welcomed to the community. The location is prime with everyday necessities close by, trees and greenery surround the complex giving a tropical/ peaceful feel. Theres laundry, pools and a gym on site with a park close by. What more do you need? Hossein, a property technician, has been helpful and kind. I feel blessed to call this place home. Thank you Cricket Hollow and staff.

    I’ve been living in CH for a year now, and I love it. Affordable and spacious apartments. The main office team and the maintenance team always take care of my needs and concerns. They are closely located to all the major highways which is an easy commute to where you need to be. I would recommend CH to anyone looking for a new home.

    I rented here for a little over a year. Left for personal reasons, otherwise I would have stayed. They’re affordable, maintenance was always quick to respond to issues, and the office staff was always friendly and helpful. Obviously it’s not a great area of Austin, (I like to call it the corner of the ghetto) but that is something that the complex can’t control and you get what you pay for. I’d definitely recommend moving here if you’re on a budget or a young college student.

    I have livef here almost 4 years.Overall I have had a great experience.Management works hard to keep the grounds clean and groomed.Any issues that I have had are ways addressed in a timely manner.Everyone in the office has always been fair and accommodating within their means.Thanks Cricket Hollow for all if your hard work, I appreciate it.

    So far everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. Every issue weve had has been addressed as immediately as possible, though weve only had two very minor issues to begin with. The apartment is very nice and though its small, theres just enough room for what we need.

    Had no problems during my time here, two years I believe. Worst thing about it was that the apartment smelled like smoke and several outlets were loose. After a few smoke odor eating candles it was fine. I told the management(new company) about the outlets during the walk through when moving out, they sounded very interested in getting them fixed. Apparently it was a common problem they were finding about. In general I enjoyed living there. Lots of trees outside, never felt unsafe out at night.

    I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem, maintance is quick...the girls in the office are quick to respond..I do recommend cricket hollow!

    Ive lived here 23 mos. I recently changed apt bldgs within the complex. I never had any problems until after moving into my new bldg. My car has been put on flat twice within a weeks time. Overall the apts are nice & affordable. I plan on staying here until I buy my home.

    I am an apartment locator and Rachel is part of the leasing team here. She goes above and beyond for all the clients who walk through the door. Because of what I do for a living I get to see the best and the worst this industry has to provide. She is one of the good ones!     I love living here. They dont mind spending money for repairs. Every issue Ive ever had has been taken care of. Office staff nice and friendly and due to covid they anrt doing any towing but even when they were u could have a 3 days pass for visitors placed on your door. I have no complaints other than I wish I was on the first floor!

    I have been a Resident at Cricket Hollow for 6 years now , a few of the great things about living here is that across the street there is a park. If you have pets, they wil love it and they also have a jogging track for people that love to do running in the morning at the park, other than the gym inside cricket hollow which is awesome too, The maintenance crew is very helpfull and very friendly and the office. Gina, kim and AJ who are the office staff doesnt just treat you like a regular resident but they actually treat you as a friend, and they even at times start up a friendly conversation which makes you feel right at home. And the maintenance crew are very friendly and professional especially Russel hes a one in a million character :)

    I just moved in around January but so far the staff has been amazing and so helpful. I had a few issues once I moved in and they fixed everything and in a timely manner. Worst thing I could say is parking sometimes is hard to find around my apartment but never had to park too far away.

    I have had nothing but a good experience here...The desk can be a little better, but they also dont have much help. The gym is decent enough. People in the area vary, but overall for the money you are paying...it is a great spot.
