Really nice apartments walking distance from the train station. There’s several grocery stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. It’s very quiet for how busy the streets nearby are and the staff here is very nice.My only complaint is the lack of upkeep with our amenities.I’ve never seen any sanitary wipes at the gym (I’ve started taking my own) I don’t think they put enough in there.It takes them a while to clean stuff (glass in the parking garage, trash around the building, etc) so maybe they should hire more cleaning staff or change whoever they currently use to clean things here.

I have loved living at Crestview Commons. Im moving out of state, otherwise I would for sure be signing again. Like everyone said, its a great location with all of the following within walking distance: 99 Ranch, Sazan Ramen, 85 degrees Bakery, Black Star Co-op, Vigilante Games, Little Deli Pizza, Barretts Coffee, Violet Crown Coffee, Dias Market. The staff is very responsive and professional with all concerns Ive brought. Maintenance is knocking on your door within hours of submitting requests. The walls are thick and I dont often hear my neighbors, if I do, its only faintly.NOTE: The building does have some kind of plumbing issues that crop of up on a semi-regular basis. For repairs they need to shut off hot water from 9-5 and water entirely for the last couple of hours while plumbers fixes the leak. Ive never had a leak in my unit and they do seem to have lessened over time but this is something to be aware of. Management is always very communicative in advance of repairs.

I lived here for a couple of years, moving out in 2024. The complex is located in a good spot. You have Lamar out front with 99 Ranch nearby. The train and bus station are also a short walk away. The neighborhood in the back is peaceful and great for walking, running, and biking. The amenities are well-maintained. The office staff and maintenance staff are great and do the best they can to help you, communicate important building events, and stay on top of building up-keep. I did not experience any pests, and the one significant time the building lost water or heat (can’t remember which), the staff worked diligently and quickly to restore it.The main downside is the traffic on Lamar around this area can get congested. The Lamar/Airport intersection is notorious during rush hour. And the parking on your floor of the garage might be limited such that you either park at the very top or on the street.

Ive moved here 2 months ago and its been amazing compared to my last place. Theres been a hiccup here and there but just typical stuff from living in an apartment but nevertheless management and maintenance have been on top of things as best they can. Just wanted to give Katie a shout out for being great at what she does within the means of possibilities. Shes taken good care of everything Ive brought to her attention, very sweet and professional. Im very happy I made the right choice of moving here, the location is perfectly close to everything important ei work, airport, music venues etc within 10-15 minutes at most. Lastly we have a nice community here as well, the neighbors are amazing and we have good communication as well which makes for a safe and happy living!

I stayed at Crestview for one year and it was an awesome experience. The gym is incredible compared to most other apartment complexes. The hallways and outside look of the apartments is very clean and new. Anytime I had an issue in my apartment, the maintenance staff was quick to help fix and respond to my problems.The leasing office staff had some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Katie, Victoria, and Ashley were all amazing and had a warm smile when greeting me and any other tenant. They always threw diverse monthly events that got people to meet up, drink, relax, and have fun. I highly recommend for anyone to live at Crestview Commons. If I ever move back to Austin, I will definitely come back and live there again.

Ive lived here since Feb and I have to say it has been the best apartment living experience Ive had so far in Austin. Although rent is a bit on the higher end, I generally feel safe here, the building is well maintained, maintenance also addresses issues quickly, the amenities are great and the insulation is so good Ive never heard my neighbors. I also love how walkable the area is! Overall very happy with my decision to move here.

This place might be the best spot I have seen in my years of renting. The staff has been so helpful and amazing. Specifically, Katie, one of the apartment leasers, has been so helpful in us making our decision. Initially, we ended up going with a different complex. At the last minute, with the other spot at the Domain, my roommate and I realized our mistake and decided to cancel that apartment and go with Crestview. The community here feels solid and fun. This was one of the driving factors for our apartment decision since we both are looking to make a community of friends here in Austin. I am so excited to be moving in here, and again, thank you, Katie, for being so wonderful and a delight to work with!

We moved in about a month back and so far, it’s been great staying here. The leasing process was smooth thanks to Camille and Katie. Camille was prompt in assisting and provided recommendations for dining and activities in the neighbourhood.The apartment is well located with easy road access to super markets, pharmacies and freeways. The rooftop and the pool lounge are nice and cozy for spending time with guests -friends or family. The pool is nice. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained.

Really love my 1b1ba apt here. Location is great for transit and highway access, but not too loud even right next to Lamar. Pool and gym are very nice, and the halls are spacious and clean thanks to the active maintenance folks. The office is extremely professional and friendly. Touring, leasing, and move-in were all efficient and smooth thanks to Victoria. They’ve even got affordable on-site storage units which is cool, and setup was easy thx Katie. I look forward to enjoying life here for awhile.

Ive lived in different apartment complexes here in Austin over the past 5 years. I can confidently say this is the best place I have lived in. The complex is very modern and kept clean. Easy garage access for residents and guests. Great pet community with enclosed dog park right behind the complex. Lastly, one of the best parts about living here at Crestview has to be the office staff. Katie, Victoria, Camille, and Ashley go out of their way to help with any issues residents have and take care of it immediately. Theyre professional and genuinely make you feel like youre at home.

Leasing office was always helpful, and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.Only con is that a lot of new apartment complexes are being built in the area that have much more competitive pricing, which was our reason for leaving.

Crestview Commons is a freaking epic place to live. They have great amenities that you can use year round like the pool, gym, cyber lounge/conference room, and the sky lounge. Not to mention if you have any questions or concerns, you can just walk down to the front office any day besides Sunday (its their one day off) and they will happily help you. The front office leasing staff are not only overall great people to interact with, but they sometimes throw together events which gives you the chance to have a good time and meet/hang out with your neighbors. Its very close to the city, so if you like Austin Texas, this is the place to live ^-^

Living here has been a smooth experience so far. The touring agent Camille was super patient and let me tour the place twice while also proactively searching for units that fit my needs. The front office (Victoria, Kate, Camille) are very attentive and understanding of resident requests as well and do their best to fix problems quickly. In Austin, good hassle free management is a rarity but Crestview certainly hits it out of the park. As for the units themselves, they have great finishes and the communal building areas are generally clean and quiet.

Victoria, Katie, and Camille consistently go above and beyond, making my experience exceptional. It was truly amazing witnessing Ashleys journey from a leasing agent to the property manager. We’re pretty new to the complex, but so far it’s been amazing! Maintenance is friendly and quick, the apartment is beautiful, location is great and Sarah from the front office has been SO helpful. We were in contact almost daily for a month before moving in because we had some issues, we had a lot of questions, etc. and even now that we’re moved in I can text her any time and she helps me out (even on her off days)! Great place to live :)

At my old place, I was disappointed, to say the least - I knew I had to leave ASAP. I toured twenty places before I found Crestview Commons - from the moment I did, I knew it was my forever home, and trust me, it did not disappoint. What makes this place the best are not the surface level things - obviously, the complex is nice, beautiful views, great dog park, quaint suburban vibes, spacious apartments, modern look, high quality materials, and reasonably priced (you honestly won’t find too much, if anything, for the price with this much upside - I saw apartments for $300+ more/mo that didn’t offer half of what this place does). It’s the little things that you don’t easily see that keep me happy - Katie, Ashley, and the rest of the staff really care about the residents, their happiness, and the property as a whole, and it shows every single day with how hard they work! I never have to worry about maintenance (the property has submitted more tickets on my behalf than I have…which is two, compared to the one I submitted in six months’ time living here for a routine maintenance check), safety (I feel safe leaving my door unlocked or leaving packages out), getting overcharged (I always know exactly what I’m paying for and being charged for, and am never surprised - I can even pay up to two weeks early), and cleanliness of the grounds (this speaks for itself).The only minute gripe I have or hear about is parking (and even then, you can get a reserved spot for about $40/mo, which I’m considering for myself, but even then, there are always spots available, especially right outside my apartment door).Overall, the value is unbeaten, and I will definitely be renewing my lease for at least another year!!Some added bonuses: The community is welcoming and friendly, the neighborhood is close by to the train station (for easy transportation to downtown or the Domain - I take it all of the time for work), there are plenty of options for restaurants/bars that embody the Austin lifestyle/vibes to a T, and there’s even a few grocery stores nearby! On top of that, the complex hosts fun and creative events all of the time. I absolutely love it here!!

I am brand new to Austin and had to do my entire apartment hunt virtual. I had spoken with several leasing agents on the phone and completed virtual tours from other complexes but I just couldn’t get a good feel for any. That was until I came across Crestview Commons and spoke with Katie over the phone. She displayed actual care/interest for me and walked me through several processes and floor plans. Even before really looking at the place, I felt a good connection with this complex. I have been here for a week and it’s a great apartment so far!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Crestview Commons Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. The staff host monthly events for their tenants, which are always fun and make for an easy way to connect with your neighbors. I strongly recommend Crestview Commons to anyone looking for housing. I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience here so far and love my apartment. The amenities and apartment fixtures are beautiful and I’ve found my neighbors in the building to be friendly and genuine people. I haven’t had persistent noise issues, mainly only if a nearby apartment is getting repaired but that is temporary and during daytime hours. The building is very well insulated so I don’t need to use heat or AC nearly as often as in older buildings so that’s fantastic. I toured a LOT of comparable buildings and this one in the top two of most beautiful/impressive both with the apartments themselves and the building amenities, and the monthly fees are very reasonable.Contrary to other recent reviews I haven’t had any issues in the parking garage fortunately. Not sure how often break ins have happened but I hadn’t heard of anything. I saw that complaint often in comparable apartment building reviews when I was looking for a place so it’s something that could happen anywhere. Personally I would not base a decision on that alone. The gates had been broken for a while and that was frustrating but the management team was waiting on a replacement part to come in which was taking longer due to supply chain issues, which are obviously out of their control, so that was understandable. It is hard to get a parking spot on your floor in the Evening if you don’t have a reserved spot but there is always parking on the top floors and I could use the extra steps anyway so it’s really not a big deal.I have had great experiences with the Fetch package delivery but I’ve seen a TON of people complain about Fetch and a couple complaints about package theft. All the complaints about Fetch made me hesitant when I was choosing a place, so I wanted to add an opposing view. Once you get the hang of Fetch and use it right I think it would be very hard to experience package theft. I find it’s easiest to set it so Fetch can leave the package at your door without you signing for it (I Don’t always hear them knocking so it’s easy to miss Fetch if you need to sign for the package) and set the delivery window for a time you know you’ll be home. They send a text when the package has been dropped off and you can pick it up immediately after it’s been dropped at your door. Very easy, and I’ve never had any issues with the service or theft. When I had heard of a package being stolen, it’s because it was left out for a while when the person receiving it wasn’t home - don’t do that.Overall I’ve found management to be great to work with and very responsive and helpful. Sometimes I’ve had to follow up about something but they have always been reasonable and ready to help or resolve anything that comes up, and they’re definitely more responsible and reliable than other offices I’ve worked with.There have been frequent water pipe repairs but honestly they haven’t bothered me at all. Usually they’ll just need to shut off hot water for a few hours and they always give advanced notice. I’ve barely noticed it myself.

I’ve lived at Crestview for almost two years now after being referred to this complex by mutual friends. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had ZERO issues - which is kind of unheard of. The units themselves as well as the complex are beautiful and well maintained. Before moving into Crestview, I looked at a lot of complexes downtown and in South Austin and can truly say that Crestview tops majority of the ones I looked at. The real super stars here are the property manager, Ashley and the grounds keepers. I’ve submitted two work orders in the almost two years I’ve been at the complex and both have been completed within a few hours. I also recently asked Ashley if I could have her help cleaning my parking spot and before I even left my unit, the entire fourth floor parking garage area was cleaned and dusted.Something new that I really love and hoped Crestview would start doing is the events and resident get togethers. Our Cinco de Mayo event was so much fun and apparently popular because it got brought up to me from a few friends who live downtown. Last but not least, I really love the location of Crestview. Nothing is better than feeling safe walking my dog around the condos and homes at night. I truly enjoy living here and it’s because of Ashley and the Crestview staff that make it so much better.

I just wanted to write a quick thank you to Sarah Nissen. She was a wonderful help. Ive just started to look for a place in Austin and havent decided on my move date, but I do know I want to be close to some of the activities the city has to offer. Sarah was great! She knew a lot about the city, and she pointed out all the amenities the complex had to offer.The complex seems very safe and clean. She answered all my questions and even offered things to consider when moving. She really made Crestview my only option because I dont think there is any other complex, I could go to without comparing it to yours. Thanks Sarah. Hope to see you soon as a resident.

Erica showed me around this beautiful community and I was impressed with her professionalism and bubbly personality. Ive been looking at tons of homes and apartments the past month to move to and she was the best leasing agent ive worked with by far!! The apartment homes themselves are beautiful, modern, new and spacious and there is so much walkability. Not to mention the amenities like the pool and clubhouse, the gym, (I have never seen such a nice apartment gym!) and the sky lounge are so nice!

I dont usually take the time to write out reviews, but no one deserves recognition more than the staff at crestview commons. I would like to specifically give recognition to Ashley, the manager, and to Victoria, the assistant property manager for their knowledge, professionalism, welcoming presence, and clear communication. I felt as if they had my best interest at heart throughout the whole process and they made a process that would otherwise feel stressful feel very seamless. additionally, the apartments are kept very clean, the pool and other amenities are amazing, and the events that the apartments planned were always so much fun to attend. staying here allowed me to feel as if I was a part of a community and provided me with some of the best memories I will ever have. If life wasnt forcing me to move on, I would never leave

Ive been pretty happy here for 2 years. The apartments are nice because the place was new when I moved in. Office and maintenance staff are super friendly and responsive. Common areas are well maintained. Maybe not their fault, but I had a locked bike stolen out of a locked bike room just after moving in. Later I had the catalytic converter stolen from my truck in the garage. I think thats more a problem with the area than with management.

The staff is friendly, professional, and the overall community is well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond, and this location is the perfect spot. Update: the rent has increased by $75 for a one bedroom after a year. I just think you should consider the factor of the rate of increasing rent per year before you choose to move in.Update: Everything is fixed now. The manager and staff are helpful after my original comment.The leasing office and maintenance staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the maintenance staff, they are really trying to help us. However, the reason I am giving this apartment 2 stars is that this apartment is built with so many flaws. Maybe because it is a new apartment, there are so many issues with the unit.We have lived here for almost one and half month, but we haven’t had ONE relaxing shower!! because the water always turn scorching hot after 5 minutes...no matter how many times they came trying to fix it. We can’t have the ceiling fan on all the time, cause it will start making noise after a while...even though it is brand new and got replaced once after another issue...and the list goes on.I have to say this is a nice apartment if it doesn’t have any the issues we are having. Maybe this is not a good time to move in, maybe wait a year or so after they have figure everything out. We just really want to have a nice shower...oh man. I have never hated hot water this much in my entire life.

I was fortunate enough to live here for a year and am so happy to say that this was the best rental experience I ever had!The leasing office was ALWAYS available, answered all my questions, and helped in every way they possibly could; I’ve never met a group so friendly and professional! If I called them 30 times, there were only about 3 times my calls went to the message, and I always received a call back when I did leave a message.The apartments themselves were awesome! Definitely high-end with new appliances and amenities. I appreciated that they opened up the pool, gym, and cyber lounge with extra precautions so that the residents could still have access to being fit, having some leisure time, and get things done. Very spacious floorplans with generous space for your closets and storage.Maintenance always came within 1-2 days business days to fix things, and they work around your schedule. They were also very professional and hard working.I loved that they had cleaners come every week to maintain the halls, and during COVID, they even hired someone to disinfect the common areas and hallways too.Parcel lockers often filled up, but I rarely had missing packages (towards the end, I feel we had some parcel swipers because the office couldn’t hold packages for us due to safety reasons)..Parking spots were very wide and not cramped, something I really liked because lots of accidents can happen in the garage, but there was always ample space.All in all, I wish I could have stayed at this complex longer, but I had to relocate elsewhere. No other rental experience compares to how happy I was here!

Ive been here a few months now. I enjoy the modern layout of the complex. My apartment doesnt face the Main Street so its quieter except it faces the dog park so I can hear the dogs barking in the mornings when I want to sleep in. Not a big deal and not a bad payoff since I like seeing the dogs and their owners in the afternoons as I read on my balcony. My neighbors seem nice and considerate of quiet hours. theres plenty of parking in the secure garage. I typically end up on the 5th floor parking level because I dont want to pay extra for a designated space that would allow me to be closer to my apartment. but this complex doesnt charge for additional things like your FOB or require a parking fee. It would benefit me to take the stairs anyways. The gym is a great amenity for me. I cant wait to use the pool when its warmer. Its really nice but due to COVID we have to sign up for slots so plan ahead. If I have issues with anything, the leasing office so pretty responsive. They also try to be inclusive with a holiday door decorating contest. The app also allows you to get immediate updates on random things that happen in the complex. I have used the cleaning service a couple of times and am happy with that added benefit. The only thing is the mail system, I never know if my packages are going to be in the mail room, the locker room or delivered to my door, so plan for your packages accordingly. this is probably something I should work out with the vendor. I used Smart City to help me coordinate the viewing appointment and they were so helpful with the whole application process. Katie was great with helping me understand which leasing plan to go for based on my finances. They also provided concierge services such as setting up internet and utilities. Overall great experience and consider myself lucky to be here with a great space to work from home.

Love this place! I’ve lived here for about 2 months. The office and maintenance staff staff are very helpful and quick to respond. The property is very well maintained with several great public spaces and a great pool! The location is also great with easy access to I-35, 183, Airport and Lamar. The domain is 10 mins away and downtown is 15 mins away.

Ok, this place is amazing! We’ve been here for almost 2 years now and have nothing negative to say about this place. Not only is the entire staff(Leasing and Maintenance) extremely helpful, but they’re also super responsive! Something breaks or some other issue? It’s usually fixed that day or the day after. This is a TRUE luxury apartment with the amenities it provides. Gym? They got that! Pool? Um, it’s fully enclosed by the building so talk about privacy and peacefulness! Package lockers? Yeah! Goodbye porch thief’s. We couldn’t be more happy here!

The location of these apartments is the USP. You are not far from any place in Austin. Plus there are several bars, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores at a walking distance. The apartments are newly constructed and very well maintained. Maintenance work orders are always addressed timely. The staff is the best I have ever seen at an apartment complex. I go at least twice a week to the leasing office just to chat with Bethany and Stephanie and of course to get the free coffee there. They are more like friends to me now. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a place.

Lived here for a year and have little to no complaints. Its quiet, I dont think Ive ever heard noise from my neighbors. Management and maintenance are very quick and responsive. I would recommend to a friend.

I do not have a negative thing to say about the Crestview Commons. The staff is very attentive and responsive; even in the event they do not have an answer, they get back promptly with a response and follow up with a confirmed reply. The halls are always clean, and I can see the initiative the staff takes to keep the property in good shape, clean and accommodating.I can come home and relax, which is refreshing and what I desired of place to live.

Ive been living at Crestview Commons for a little under a year and it continues to meet and exceed my expectations. First and foremost, the management team is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Your requests do NOT fall on deaf ears here, unlike many complexes in Austin. Ive had both standard/everyday maintenance requests within my apartment to building design flaws with rain drain pipes (that initially produced an unreasonable amount of noise for sleeping but no longer do) that have ALL been addressed with fixes/solutions. Im extremely grateful for the genuine care the management team has to right anything thats wrong. Theyre also fun, positive and personable. They put time and energy into hosting different types of events to build community and relationships, which are some additional perks to living here and that make it such a warm and enjoyable place to live. :)Management aside, the amenities are fabulous. Your journey starts (and/or ends) with a Starbucks Tazo tea, coffee, cappuccino or flavored latte from the self serve coffee machine and tea counter thats accessible (and free) during leasing office hours. After work, youll need to move your body thats been sitting all day and get your workout on. The gym alone was a huge selling point for me because Ive never seen an apartment facility with so much hiit style training equipment. PRO TIP: Save your money on a gym membership and subscribe to a cheaper online program if you need programming. Standard dumbbells and weight/cardio machines...check. Now the wow factor....theres a Smiths machine, Landmine setup, box jump equipment, KBs, an agility ladder, a C2 concept rower (sold yet?), battle ropes (yes, ropes), TRX trainers (!!!) large med balls (dynamax style), Lebert Fitness bars, on-site (free) yoga classes to stretch it all out and keep your mobility top notch....its a dream for any fitness enthusiast and validates your monthly rent when you think about how much youll spend (or save in this case) on an annual gym membership (cha-ching!). The remaining amenities include the rooftop lounge with DT views and drink/food accommodations for entertaining; the infinity pool thats party and relaxation ready with grills and a fire pit; the pool lounge equipped with a kitchen, tvs and pool table; and an indoor lounge with shuffleboard and mini kitchen setup. Finally, the location is pretty dreamy. Within a mile, youre walking distance to a chili parlor bar called Long Play, black star co-op, a fantastic skincare spa for the ladies (give Skin by Kayleigh some love), a mini-market, a gaming bar/restaurant (Vigilante), Fat Cats for tea and coffee, Little Deli pizza, tacos, bbq, an entire Asian shopping center across the street with restaurants and a Korean skincare shop, karaoke for the closet singers, etc. Brentwood Park is just under a mile away with volleyball and tennis courts. The train and the rapid bus are a short walk away for weekend festivities (go green and take public transport!), and ride share options are really affordable for going out DT. Theres also a nice sized dog park for your furry friend or for you to pet/instagram everyone elses furry friends (make sure you @crestviewcommons). They build led the apt last year in 2018, very new and looks great!We submitted our application on Monday afternoon, screening company took 3 days to complete the background check. We got approved on Friday morning, and we move in on the same day.
