    I don’t always give reviews. But I got to say it’s been a great experience & a great decision to move into Crestbrook. My whole experience with the team has been awesome (100% satisfied). I’ve lived here for a year now and maintenance have been nothing the BEST(Angel, Danny & Oniel) are quick on 2 work orders I’ve put in a year. Am very happy with Madison & Taylor as the managers. they are quick at responding to any property issues, the whole team has a very good attitude and great vibe to be around. I love it here… Keep up the great work guys 🫶100% Satisfied

    After living here for almost 2 full years, I can truly say that I am happy with my decision to move here, the staff have always been so welcoming, helpful and patient. If I ever had a question they were quick to help! Beautiful apartments, well maintained and the complex is consistently being upgraded for more comfortable living! Im grateful for my time here especially with it being my first apartment! Cant say enough about this wonderful community! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home in this area!

    I just started leasing an apartment here and the staff, specifically Taylor (since that’s who I’ve mostly talked to), has been phenomenal. She is very professional but also so personable. She has such a positive attitude and listens to your needs and has top tier communication. My neighbors are incredibly nice as well. I’ve been very happy with everything so far, from beginning to move in and any concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly and with care. Highly recommend this community!

    I don’t usually leave comments but the customer service was phenomenal. I’m currently in another state and will be transferring jobs soon. I reached out to this apartment to get a little bit of info and spoke with Ms. Taylor. She answered all of my questions and seemed happy assisting. It was truly a pleasant conversation. I value customer service, so I will definitely be considering this apartment complex as a new home. Thanks for your assistance!

    I moved in to Crestbrook a few months ago and want to report an event that occurred a few days ago.Recently a leak was reported by a downstairs tenant. I was the tenant right above the leak and management needed access to inspect things. it was the weekend (of course), but the manager, Madison, and the on-call technician, Danny, jumped right on it. Both kept me informed about timing and what was happening while the likely sources of the leak were inspected.The issue ended up being a leaky water heater, and Madison told me it would be replaced first thing Monday morning. Again, she and Danny were very informative and sure enough, Danny and his crew installed the new heater Monday and everything got back to normal pretty quickly. Beginning to end, less than an hour. It was especially nice to have both check in on me later on to make sure things were in order.If you are looking for a place to call home, a place where the staff treats you like family and are available for emergencies even when the office is closed... if you are looking for a community with a gym, a pool, and locked gates with codes keeping everyone safe, then look no further, Crestbrook has all that, and more.

    This is the first apartment I have ever leased so didnt know what to expect. Taylor was so so sweet and accommodating from working around work schedule for deposit, showing me the complex with great conversation and welcoming attitude, to keeping in mind my moms breathing problems when making the apartment ready for move in. Taylor went above and beyond in EVERY step of getting in our apartment. She made this whole experience welcoming, informative, comfortable and calm. I barely moved in and already referring people here. Taylor cares about the residents here. I hope nothing but the best for her.

    I can honestly say for any first time renter this is the place to come. Madison and Taylor made it the best experience! They are the best at getting you a great place to call home and are very good with accommodating to your needs. There is no judgement here!     I recently moved in back in April and couldnt be happier! The complex is quiet, and everyone is friendly! If there is an issue for maintenance, they also come as soon as possible even after hours. The office staff is friendly, understanding and great atmosphere all around!

    Moved in about a month ago and I love it! It’s super quiet, all of my neighbors are nice and the management team is amazing! My dog loves the dog park :). I submitted a maintenance request and in about 2 hours they came in a fixed my issue!

    Crestbrook is a nice place to live . It’s quiet. Everyone is very nice, maintenance staff is very quick at what they do on orders & fixing things and the guys are very nice !!! Madison the landlord manager is very welcoming ! She understands people, what they want , what they need. She is very sweet & if needing to work with rent payment she is very understanding with communication on time ! Mirianda her assistant is very kind & understanding as well ! Since day one of living at Crestbrook I don’t regret moving there and helping with credit they were able to refer me to another company!! Love this place . Everyone who works here is AMAZING!!

    There is soo much I can say about these apartments. There isnt words to express or describe how amazing the manager is and the leasing agent is super helpful and ever sooo thoughtful. They are very informative and knowledgeable about where they are working. This apartment community is absolutely beautiful and its actually more affordable than anything I looked at around the D/FWArea. The apartment maintenance team is excellent as well. They are all suburb!!! The apartment manager is outstanding and she cares soo much about you and your family. The entire experience about finding your place to live and you want everything just right and Crestbrook Apartments is the entire package. Thanks Crestbrook Apartments for making my home sooo beautiful and even more then words could ever describe!!! You wont be disappointed at all making this your home. . Its definitely cozy and sooo very peaceful. The entire community is!!!

    I have been here for a while now. I’ve seen managers come and go. The people they have running it now are amazing. Madison is spectacular. She actually cares and has made some great changes. As long as she is there I will be there. Great place to call home

    Ive been living at these apartments for 2 years and have loved living here! Its very peaceful and everyone is extremely friendly. Madison did an amazing job helping me today. She was incredibly friendly and very efficient in assisting me with any questions or concerns I had in regards to moving out. Ray has also been an amazing Maintenance guy. He did some really great work when we first moved in and has always been someone we could rely on when we needed him.

Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Well managed apartments at a reasonable rate, in a location that makes access both Dallas and Fort Worth a breeze.

    I absolutely adore Madison and Miranda! They are so sweet and fun to be around. This is the best little community. Neighbors are very helpful and kind.     Very pleased with my move in experience here! Applied and got approved very quickly, staff communicated everything needed of me quickly and efficiently after I submitted my application. Moving in was easy as well and Madison helped ensure everything was going as I hoped. Beautiful apartment complex, so happy to call this place home now! I’m also excited to swim in the pool!

    Very quiet and clean place, admins are awesome...and beautiful 🤗, clean pool, nice gym 20 steps away from my door including the BBQ spot!!! tourist friendly as Im from Canada. The apartments were all equipped with brand new apparels and very well positioned near all the needed shops. Thanks for all the team, glad to be here!

    I went in on a Thursday to look and signed the same day received keys the next day! Miranda made the whole process, super easy and was so sweet! I have been in the apartments for a couple days now and have zero complaints! The grounds up keep is great! The neighbors all seem very nice! The gym is also a big plus it’s kept very clean.. highly recommend Crestbrook!

    The leasing and management is very respectful and nice. They are always listening to residents and how they can help. The maintenance is fast responding and very respectful. Danny catalan the assistant maintenance technician is the best they have here. He does his job very well. He’s also quick and efficient with his work. He fixed our AC we had others look at it and would still break but he came in and fixed it on a Saturday, on his time off and it’s working better than ever. I would highly recommend this property to any one of my friends and family.

    Just want to say the staff here is amazing, so friendly, professional, cheerful, positive, informative. When I first started looking for my apartment Ms. Rachel and her staff were on top of things on getting in what I needed when I needed it. They answered every question I asked In person and through email, not once there was never any lack of communication. I have spoken to a lot of apartment staff before and none of them have ever been like this. I recommend Racheland her Staff at Crestbrook. Thank you again for a great experience.

    Update: We have lived here almost a year and we are still as happy now with everything about the property as when we first moved in. I very excitedly renewed by lease for another year!From the moment we first interacted with the property staff, maintenance and residents, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Having not lived here a month yet, we are so happy we chose this property. The landscaping is so pretty and kept up, the neighbors are nice and its peaceful at night. Highly recommend this property for anyone.

    I had an apartment tour last week with Miranda. She was amazing. I have had a lot of anxiety with moving, I’m doing it solo and I want to find the perfect place for me and my kids. Miranda treated me like she’d known me for years and eased so many of my worries by answering all my questions. She is so knowledgeable. By the time I was done with my tour, I felt like she was a best friend. That’s how amazing and friendly she is. So grateful to her and excited to work with her in the future. Thanks again, Miranda.     Well I’ve been almost a year….. and ever since we got new management, Racheal has made incredible things happen here! Things that needed to be fixed, she made it a priority! She kept in great communication with me! Nice pool, we have trash can where we set out trash out and people pick up….. although I still take my own out, but it nice that they do that! Both ladies in the office are kind, friendly and handle difficult situations well! Great place!

    I have lived here going on three years now. I have never had any issues, they worked with me during the pandemic. If I need anything they don’t hesitate to help. For instance I requested my carpet be changed as it was coming up in some areas and all around wasn’t safe for my daughter to be crawling on and Terrie the property manager made sure to get some people out here to change it within the next two weeks. The landscape is always kept up, the pool is always clean and ready to use for the summer which is great if you have kids. They allow pets and not only that they have a little dog park for your dog if interested. It’s quiet on top of everything else. It’s all around a great place to live.

While Ive had a couple minor problems with the apartment, management has been very quick to respond to these problems and have always been nice to me even though I feel like Im being a bit annoying about how often Ive been going up there.     Great place to live. Maintenance crew is awesome especially 😎 Ray. Always fix whatever needs fixing within hours. Trees are so relaxing and very friendly people live here. Sharon is very nice and and always helpful. Joe the manager is useless. I can always get whatever I need taken care of by Ms. Sharon. Rate this apartment complex a 5 star. I have lived here one year and just resigned my lease. I lived here for 9 years on and off about 30 years ago. I loved ♥ the apartments then too. Glad Ray and Sharon are still here.

    I have lived at Crestbrook Apartments for over 20 years. It is not the most modern apartment complex in the area, however, they upgrade and keep the apartments in good working order.Ray, the individual in charge of maintenance (not only in this complex, but various others) is one of the most helpful, considerate, honest and compassionate people I know.Sharon Cherry, in the office, could not be any more helpful, thoughtful, considerate or compassionate when it comes to keeping the tenants happy with Crestbrook - whenever it is within her power to do so.I have not had contact with the latest Complex Manager because I seldom have complaints. This complex, like any other apartment complex, has had some less than perfect managers, but I do know that I have always felt safe at this complex and the landscaping is extremely well kept and the response to any need has always been timely. The staff is friendly and caring and it is particularly Ray and Sharon that have been a big influence in my lengthy stay at Crestbrook.

    I love it here. The trees are so pretty and it is very quiet and peaceful. I listen to the birds and watch the squirrels while drinking coffee on my balcony. The neighbors are friendly and the maintenance her is Awesome. I think RAY is the best maintenance person I have ever seen of all the apartments I have lived in. Ray is Johnny on the spot anytime I need something done. Also Sharon is very friendly and professional. She is always there to help me if I need anything. I just signed a renewal lease and also lived here when my kids were young 30 years ago. Ray and Sharon were both here then and I am so glad they still are. The only issue I see with the apartments is that they dont get a Manager who will walk the property and keep the porches maintained as they should be. Sorry but Joe is not a good manager I have never seen him on the property anywhere except in his office. He is somewhat Lazy. Not many people who I have talked to like him. So if you get new Management make sure they are not afraid to take authority and walk the property to keep it well maintained. Lots of porches are in need of a clean up

    Living in this complex has been nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a convenient location with nice units in a good price range with pets allowed this is for you! Allison in the office and the maintenance crew, also amazing. The closets are HUGE. We Definitely feel safe here and have had zero problems. They were great and I would recommend this to anyone.

    I have lived here for several years and this place feels like home. It’s a quiet and safe apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly and there are special events and a pool area that are great for gatherings. When I need something done for the apartment they never fail to get to the problem quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff are friendly and respect privacy when they are in your home. I would and have suggested Crestbrook to others.

    I have lived here for almost a year now and have enjoyed it immensely. Yes, the apartments are older, so there are some nicer apartments out there. But for the price, they are a great deal to me. My part of the complex is quiet and does not have a lot of traffic. The grounds are well maintained and while it sometimes may take a day or two for maintenance to get around to non serious requests, they have always been very prompt when I have had any issues that required quick attention. The office staff is always very welcoming and helpful. You get the feeling that they care about you as renters and youre not just a number for a big corporation. I dont plan on moving any time soon at all! Biggest drawback to me is living next to that damn traffic light with the red light cameras on it. So I just avoid that street whenever possible! 😀

    I got off a lovely call with whoever was at the counter of this apartment. Unfortunately no 1 bedroom apartments were available to show but they quickly offered to show me a 2 bedroom (and said they would point out the differences between the two). One thing i can say is the apartment management is great, and the customer service is even better.

She took me step-by-step and always made herself available to help me when I had questions.     My experience of Crestbrook Apartments has been a positive one. I really enjoy talking to the staff at the office. They are reasonable and understanding. When ever I have gone to them with an issue with my apartment they have responded fast and have resolved the problem. The staff are very professional and capable people. This is my first time living in an apartment. I have heard that in other apartment building where there is a lot of drama and noise. I was pleasantly surprised that there is no drama or noise or problems among the other tenants. Its very quiet and peaceful.Craig Sims

    Ive lived here for two years, maintenance is great, they always get back to me within a day or two. My only complaints would be that upon moving in two years ago, some parts of the apartment were in bad shape, caved in/broken cabinets on pretty much all the bottom cabinets, and ants, the ants they sent out someone to lay traps and seal up any possible entrances, they were gone within two weeks. The cabinets are unfortunately still caved in and damaged. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a safe and mostly quiet apartment to live in. Its small space wise but enough for 1-2 people.Overall I like it here despite minor inconveniences.

    I have called Crestbrook home for about 20 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintainence team have always addressed any issues the same day and often within the hour. Being a gated community which is well lit at night has always made me feel safe inside or out at all times. I might very well stay here another 20 years.

    We have lived in two different units and have been please with both experiences. We lived in a studio for a couple years, moved out of state, and came back now in a 2 bedroom. The complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly, units are well taken care of. Tenants aren’t great about picking up after their dogs. The pool is very nice! Management is helpful and nice.Overall we’ve had a great experience and plan to stay until we find a more permanent home.

    Madison is a great person. She was tons of help and very respectful. She answered any question I asked without getting annoyed even though I asked a lot. She also was great at touring and showing me the apartment complex.

    I know there have been a lot of negative reviews lately but that was because of the old manager who is no longer there. I had been living there for five years and would have stayed, but my job status changed. Sharon who has worked in the office for over 20 years and Ray who is in charge of the maintenance have kept me at the complex for that long. It’s under new management and she’s way better than the last one. I promise. They have a small gym, a dog park, and a pool and you get all this at a decent price. So if you are looking for a place to live, please reconsider crestbrook. I hope to come back in a year.Emily 232

    We’ve lived here for the last four years just about and we love it. We loved the maintenance crew, and the staff... my son especially adores Sharon. My one and only complaint is that this place NEEDS camera, at LEAST one at the entry way of the apartments. My car has gotten things stolen out of it before, an apartment around the corner got hit by a car, people are writing the gate code RIGHT ON THE KEYPAD, all these things could be known of and taken care of had there been cameras to record all of the cars coming in and out. I hope the owners can be made aware of this idea, even just one camera would make such a good difference in this area. Maybe one at the pool too if you’re feeling generous. We plan to live here for a while and we have a child so feeling safe is extremely important to me and since the gate isn’t always working, a camera at the entrance would really make a difference.

    I have been in the complex for about 3 years, and I have never experienced this kind of respect love and support like this beautiful community, and when I say they are willing and just wanting to help in any way they do so with everything they got, and when I needed help because I lost my job at one point they introduced me to a relief program, and even when I found a great new job I was working hours and still am, then to find out I was approved by non other than Mrs. Allison who is in charge of everything in the complex, and let’s not forget Sharon who does so much as well for this community and has for years. People sometimes don’t realize that these dedicated ladies don’t just sit at a desk, they dedicate themselves to keep this place safe and fun especially on movie night one a year in the summer time. Another fact I want to point out is that people think and say sometimes that maintenance isn’t there all the time or it takes them a while to get to their door, yet here’s the thing because I lived in another apartment with the same maintenance and same company for both apartments, so please respect what they do, from the heat to cold to rain and hail they will eventually be there, so when you see one of them please say thank you even if you weren’t patient. Love everyone and have a good rest of 2021 that God has given us!

    I have lived here for almost 5 years and the maintenance people have always been efficient, friendly and just outstanding!However, on Sunday, March 13th, service was simply unbelievable!!! My thermostat went out Saturday night — I called the emergency number. For a service call on Sunday, the temperature had to go to 35 — the lowest it would reach before Monday was 36. Okay.But Sunday morning, Beto was here to replace the thermostat! It only took 10 minutes for that, but I found out he lived 20 minutes away. What a thoughtful and great guy! 👍❤️ Thank you Beto! 🙏
