Sheena was super pleasant to work with. Not only did she make the application process smooth and stress free, but she also went out her way just to make sure I got moved in comfortably and was okay with everything and that just made my day! I’m very thankful for all her help!

Crescent Village is a great place to live. Anytime I have maintenance issues they have been handled very promptly. I enjoy the contests and activities the staff plans, and they are always very helpful. Sheena has made every step of my move in and living process easier. I believe she has our best interest in mind. Well I can start by say that Sheena is very polite and respectful towards her tenants she always have a smile and warm welcoming when you come into the office she will not let you leave until she has met your needs and anything you have a problem with. I can honestly say that I feel good and satisfied when when I leave her office.

So I love when I call and speak to Sheena! Sheena has always made sure to help me when I call her. I have not met her in person yet, but I would rather talk to Sheena instead of Dolores. Just the other day I was having problems with the new resident site and she stayed on the phone and fixed the problem, thank you Sheena!

The 5 stars are for Shenna Salome!!She is very helpful. She will nicely try and solve your problem. She is respectful and does not make me feel like I am lying when I have a problem and try to explainmy problems. She smiles and makes you feel comfortable!!

I was looking for a apartment within the area and found this place. The apartments are well taken care of from just walking through and looking around it. Went to the office and applied through Kendra she walked me through everything and helped me look for something that would best suite me. Within 2 weeks I was approved for my apartment, I had no issue with the apartment I have moved into either. All the staff here are very well mannered and respectful.

Great place to live! Had some issues with the air conditioning and dishwasher when I first moved in. Both problems were resolved within 24 hrs! Maintenance and office staff are very helpful.

The property is as amazing as you allow it to be, new staff is doing so much but residents needs be more mindful of their children and respect others . Keep up the Great work ladies, finally people who care . And love the informational Emails! People complain not being informed and now complain because the are informing . Get it together folks.

This community is so cute, I went and toured coming from Dallas, TX and it was a great community all 1 story buildings it was perfect Delores was great and very Informative. Looking forward to moving next week.

This apartment complex is reasonably priced and the staff is helpful. The new company is working hard to fix everything to tip top shape and everyone is pretty attentive to needs of tenents
