    I had such a great experience at Creekwood Place. Ms. Nicki is so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I needed a place to stay quickly, and she made the whole process super easy. Just last week, I needed my password updated in the system, and Ms. Veronica took care of it right away when I came in the office. She was really nice and even asked how my day was going. I can’t forget the maintenance team either – every time I put in a request, they come by quickly and fix things right away. Overall, I am very satisfied.

    I’ve been a resident for a little over a year now and I must it’s been very pleasant living here. It’s quiet all during the day and nights, even on weekends. I haven’t had any major issues other than a water heater leaking and my oven and they were both replaced in a timely manner.

    I’ve been living here for almost a year and my time and experience here has been great. The management team has been awesome throughout all the questions and minor incident that happened. They handled everything really well and the maintenance team has been awesome too. I would recommend living here and the property is well kept too.

    I came along for my sons move in day here recently. Its his first apartment and the manager Ms. Veronica was so informative during the process, going out of her way to show us how the gate cards work and how to register vehicles online. My sons apartment is so spacious and the remodel they did is gorgeous. The washer and dryer were included, too- you hardly find that, great value overall.

    I love my apartments, especially the new upgrades! The Veronica and Nicki, the office managers are very pleasant, helpful, and most importantly PROFESSIONAL. They always try to have events for the apartment community like The back to school bash and different raffles for different items. Mr. Joe and the maintenance team keep the grounds maintained beautifully, and they are very timely with service requests. There was a fire a couple of months ago due to lightening striking the building and the staff did their best to assist those whom were displaced which shows their caring nature.This is a great place to live! I’ve been here three years and I’m not moving until I find my forever home!

    Ive lived here for the past two years and I just renewed my lease for another year because this property is safe and the landscape is very well kept. The maintenance crew is awesome. (Shout out to Mr. Joe). New Manager, Veronica is extremely courteous and helpful

    I moved in almost a month ago and can honestly say I love my new home. The apartment staff is the best. Maintenance shows up same day to help when requested. Nikki, in the office went above and beyond for helping me move in when we ran into issues.

    Gated community in Lancaster, Texas. Many different restaurants movie theaters grocery stores great location. Front office is wonderful maintenance comes one or two days after putting in a maintenance request.

    First off I want to Shoutout the Assistant Manger Nicky! I was in a time sensitive situation to move and she made the process easy and hassle free. Nicky really is like a breath of fresh air this lady is very helpful and always greets you with a smile which is rare now- a-days. Nicky was very upfront about the unit I was moving into and let me know that it had not been renovated but that the unit was just as nice as the others. I did get a chance to take a look at a renovated unit and I agree the units arent much different other than the appliances and fixtures. I love my unit but the white appliances are a NO for me again I was made aware of this upfront so it wasnt a deal breaker for me. My unit is very spacious for the rent that I pay. Since I have moved in I have noticed my side of the complex is very quiet and my neighbors are all respectful to one another. Next I would like to address the maintenance crew. I must say Mr. Johnny has promptly addressed any issue that I have raised since moving here so as of now I have no complaints about the maintenance staff. Now the reason I gave a 4 star rating is due to the following: I have an issue with cockroaches and spiders inside of my unit despite my efforts to get rid of them but to be fair I havent put in a pest control request so once I do that maybe that will cure that issue. Due to being near the creek I do deal with alot of flying insects (mainly bee and wasps nests everywhere) so be prepared for that. Lastly, I would like to see something done about the dumpsters because they are constantly overfilled or trash is being left outside of the trash can resulting in the trash can being infested with kittens and racoons. I would highly suggest not taking out your trash at night!. Overall I would recommend living here and I plan on being a long time resident here.

    This has been my home for five years. And I really appreciate all the support and assistance I have received through the years from the office complex family and Veronica. Any questions or concerns I had, she would take time and explain and walk me through any issues so I can have the best outcome and understanding. Now she’s the new Property Manager and great things will be happening at CreekWood.Thank you Veronica and I wish you well❣️

    Creekwood Apts are really nice, the new updates are beautiful. My only issue is the complex needs a painting redo on outside. The office staff Veronica and Nicky are very sweet and takes care of my needs. The maintenance dept definately gets the job done in good timing. I been here 4 years, I love it here. ❤️❤️

    I am in Apartment 907 we have been affected by the fire on 6/7/2023. This natural disaster that no one could prevent. I has been overwhelming and devastating for my family and I. But grateful no one was hurt. We have lost everything. Charra Bryant and staff have been very professional, supportive, and assisting with everything we ask. The staff have always been professional, polite, and patience. Charra goes over and beyond to make sure the residents needs are met. Since this incident Charra and upper management have communicated with us when they know something. I would recommend new residents to live here the staff always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. I have lived here briefly no problems and the residents that living here respectful and quiet. I have not experienced any problems.

    I’ve been here at Creekwood Place Apartments for 4 years!! This year has been by far the greatest!! Ms. Chara and Anthony are alway consistent and available as needed! Our upkeep of our community is awesome! Our maintenance staff here always get the task done in a timely fashion! These are by far the greatest apartments in the city of Lancaster! Our gates are secured, the City of Lancaster Police are always patrolling and we have great pool service and hours! The elementary school is within walking distance, the bus stop is close by as well for those who lack transportation. All your local Walmarts, dollar stores, movies, restaurants are within a 3 minute drive literally!! How convenient?! I strongly encourage Creekwood Place apartments to raise your family!!! Thanks Anthony and Chara for turning Creekwood around!!!

    I have lived at Creekwoof for the last 9yrs and have not had any issues that havent been taken care of. Granted there have been some office workers that have been over the years hard to get alone with but they dont last long. Management and maintenance are the best. All of my appliances r new and if u communicate with the front office in a professional manner you will be handled the same way. 😊

    If you are looking for a place to stay Creekwood Place is the place to come. I have been here since June of this year and the process was easy to go through. The staff makes sure whatever concerns you have they address them in a timely manner.
