    I have lived here going on four years and I can say it’s been stress free! Beautiful area to live in. Positive place to raise children. Beautiful pool area. Quiet area. Clean apartment. I haven’t had any issues with bugs like previous apartments in my past. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Washer & dryer hook ups. Sergio, one of the office managers is one of a kind!!!! Rosa, who works the front desk has been very helpful lately if I call and need help with anything she’s on it. I have never had an issue with the maintenance staff here. Anytime you put in a work order they work efficiently. They are very kind and helpful!

    I have been living at Creekview apartments for about two years now. I can sincerely say that the staff is one of the best I’ve ever worked with; from the maintenance people like Marcus to the office staff like Rosa and Sergio they are understandable and caring towards the residents. Anytime I’ve had an issue being maintenance or anything to do with rent they have all been extremely supportive and helpful. They have made sure their residents are not only comfortable but supported. With this I can say that Creekview apartments are one of the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

    I cant say enough wonderful things about Creekview Apartments! From the moment I moved in, Roxana in the leasing office made everything smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring a seamless transition.Whenever Ive had a minor maintenance request, its been addressed promptly and professionally.     Creekview Apartments: Exceeded All Expectations (Even Mine)As someone whos never quite satisfied with anything, I rarely leave reviews. But Creekview Apartments, under the fantastic management of Roxana, has forced my hand. Let me start by saying Im a tough nut to crack. Noisy neighbors? Forget about it. Subpar maintenance? Im out. Unresponsive management? Big red flag.Heres the shocker: Creekview delivered on all fronts. The complex itself is surprisingly quiet, even with families around. The apartments are well-maintained, and any minor issues Ive had were addressed promptly and professionally by the maintenance crew. But the true star of the show is Roxana. She runs a tight ship, but in the best possible way. Shes professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about the residents experience. Any questions or concerns are handled swiftly and thoroughly.Now, I wouldnt say Creekview is luxury living, but for the price, its unbeatable. The location is convenient, the units are comfortable, and most importantly, theres a sense of peace and respect here. That, for me, is the ultimate mark of a great apartment complex.So, if youre like me – someone who expects quality and professionalism – then look no further than Creekview Apartments.     I’ve lived here for 4 years and I absolutely love it! It is always clean (Ive seen maintenance dust the door frames, and windows of my building several times, which shows the amount of detail and care they put in). Maintenance is so fast, they get stuff done literally the same day, or the latest the next day. It is so so so quiet no matter what time of the day I get home, whether it is 3 pm or 3 am, which always makes me feel safe. Ive never had issues with parking, and neither my car or guest’s car have ever been towed, you literally just have to register your guests car, it’s very simple LOL. Ive never had any issues with vehicle vandalism, but I’m honestly not worried about it since it can happen anywhere (have u watched the news?), and it’s def not directed to one single apartment complex. Overall, I have genuinely enjoyed my stay here, they surpassed my expectations in cleanliness and tranquility. I honestly cannot say enough good things about management or my time here. Everyone in the office is so friendly and quick to respond all the time, along with the maintenance crew. Oh, and did I mention the location? *chefs kiss*

    I lived at Creekview for almost a year and I cant say enough good things. The property is quiet, clean, well-maintained and in a great location. It will be my first choice, again, if I ever move back to Dallas. The staff is incredible! And I mean every single person, from the maintenance crew to the office staff. They bent over backwards to make sure I was a happy resident. Special thanks to Roxanne, Rosa and Sergio for their help with all my questions and concerns. If you are looking to live in a place where they make you feel like family, this is it!

    So I was looking for an apartment in Dallas and this lady was full at another complex but referred me over to this apartment saying that it’s family owned and they are really great people! So I went in and the lady at the front office was super nice and helpful and made the entire application process easy! I move in in a few days and hope for the best but I love the impression I got from this place! To add it’s also a great location near all sorts of restaurants and shopping centers as well as movie theaters! Great Great Apartment Complex!

    I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love this complex! Emily and Jesse are great, plus all the awesome maintenance crew! If I have any issues they are very on top of it and responsive. I didn’t have to wait to get my ac fixed in the dead heat of summer! The back side of my building was very dark and I asked them to install a light fixture so when I walk my dog at night, I feel safe! I understand like most complex’s there are good and bad, but they strive to make it a great living space and have very open communication. I appreciate the new parking guidelines and how they provide breakfast occasionally in the mornings. They really make you feel taking care of and appreciated!Thanks Creekview!

    I moved in here back in November of 2021 after separating from my husband. Rosa in the office made me feel welcome and at home from the first time I met her. The entire staff is warm and inviting and when I moved in there was a reusable grocery bag filled with take out menus, snacks and bottled water so I would be able to have a little something while getting settled. Any time there has been an issue, they fix it right away and make me safe. I hope you love this place as much I do!

    Moved in here at the beginning of June and I have not had any complain so far! Sydney made my transition here smooth. I haven’t dealt much with the other girls in the office but I’m sure they are just as nice and accommodating as Sydney! My building has people that keep to themselves and I love that. Casuals hellos but that’s about it. Maintenance crew is very helpful and always so polite! Edgar has gone above and beyond for me when I first moved in. I had a sink problem - he came back that same day with another issue I discussed with him just as small talk (I wasn’t bothered by it) he literally came back to fix that for me. My husband and I love truly love living here.

    I am currently in search for an apartment. I was recommended by a close friend to visit Creekview Apartments. I was welcomed by Sergio the Assistant Manager. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable of the community. He made me fill so welcomed, I am definitely going to put this community on the top of my list.

    I renewed my lease last June and I am still happy with my apartment with the price. They offer the decent price in this area which I like the most. Although it is a pretty old apartment, I dont see any bugs in my apartment which is great. The new staffs are very helpful and nice. The neighbors are very nice and quiet.

    I lived here for a few months before having to cut my lease short due to my workplace moving. I only ever had an issue with parking, but everything else was wonderful. Really affordable for the sq ft, things were kept up and clean, office staff was always really nice and helpful (especially Emely, the real MVP) and explained things very clearly when I had questions about things. Having to cut my lease was unfortunate of course, but the process was made very simple and stress-free. 10/10 would move back if the opportunity arises.

    I recently moved here and love the property. The office staff is AMAZING (ESP Emely)!! She made my application process smooth and she communicated with me throughout the whole process. The only downside I would say is there is only one community trash area which makes it difficult to take trash out. It would be nice if they offered valet trash pickup since there’s 3 floors to a unit. I know I would pay extra for it. Other than that, I love it!!! The neighbors are nice and the area is great!

    I loved this complex! I lived here from 2018-2019, and it was awesome. There were always little resident events, I never saw a roach in my apartment, and the management was always great. Great price, I had a washer and dryer in my unit, and it was exactly what I needed at the time. I moved out because I moved cities, but had I not, I would have happily stayed.

    I have lived here for two years now and it has been a very good experience! The rent is one of the lowest in the areas but it is definitely one of the older complexes in the area as well. The maintenance guys are amazing and come in a very timely manner. My only complaint is they will try and repair something multiple times even though it clearly just needs to be replaced, but eventually, it will get fixed. If you are looking for a lower rent but good apartment, this is definitely the place.

    So I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I don’t have an upgraded unit but really.. I don’t need one. I’m not a needy person and I’ve only had 2 issue with my AC. (I work at an apartment complex so only 2 issues with an AC after 3 years in Texas.. is pretty great)Not only is it the equipment well kept up, but the staff is always respectful and professional. Emily is always on top of things and Jesse (the property manager) is literally everywhere, you’ll always be take care of. The maintenance team even communicates with you instead of just doing a job quickly and leaving without an explanation.During this pandemic, we all need this.. they take the safety of others very seriously!I’ve never stayed at one apartment this long and I’m sure I’ll be staying even longer.

    We only stayed here for a year and were fairly satisfied with our apartment. Until right before we started a new lease our apartment got broken into the day after there was a routine check on apartments to make sure everything was up to code. I later found out from a records report another apartment had been broken into a month prior but no one in the complex was notified about it. Amenities in these apartments are good but communication with residents is severly lacking.

    My husband literally looked at over 30 apartments before finally moving in. Creekview Apartments were a big exception, because we had no issues filling out paper work, everything was set to go, and for the price of the apartment was not bad because it was one of the biggest ones. Weve been here for about 5 days now, and I love it. Its very cozy, yet elegant. The only thing is parking. There are not enough parking, if you want a parking spot you need to get home early, if not youll have to park outside in the street. Yesterday I saw a little spider on the corner wall of the kitchen. Im just a bit concerned of that, so pest control will definitely do. Other than that, I have no complaints. Everything is dandy.

    I have been in these apartments for almost 3 years and ever since new management has come in, things are absolutely amazing! The staff is always so kind and maintence is completed in a timely manner. The property is clean and the prices are decent for the area as well. Great property!

    Decent apartment for the pricing. Nice staff and nice neighbors. Calm and quiet apartment complex. Biggest and only complaint really is the parking or lack thereof! And they ALWAYS tow so be careful.

    I have been here more than a year and i call this place my home. very good neighbours. it would be nice if we get covered parking and a charging station for electric cars. overall this place is good for the price.

    Went to look at this property, with the hopes of leasing an apartment. The leasing agent was busy that day with others waiting, but was extremely personable. When it was our turn, she took care of us as if no one else was waiting, even though they were. She offered bottled water, and did not give us the feeling of being rushed.

    I moved out of Creekview about a year ago. I had to leave my lease eary but they where understanding and helpful. I still paid my monthly rent until the unit leased. I received a refund in a few month. I lived ther 18 months and really liked it! When I lived there, it was a very quiet place. Youd hear the occasional dog barking and kids playing but thats a given anywhere. When I lived there, Shawna worked there and she was great. Management changed when I moved out. The apartments they have are very homey with great layouts. Id recommend a 3rd floor unit. Maintenance people were great and fast in fixing things. Staff was overall very friendly. Resisdents for the most part are quiet and friendly too. There are a few weeds here and there in any place you live ;-)The only con with Creekview is parking. If you get home after 7pm there usualy isnt any parking. After a few months I ended up renting a covered parking spot for $30/month. Was worth it! If I had to move back to Creekview I would!

    I have rented with price brothers for four years now. I recently just moved into Creekview Apartments and I love it. The area is great! So many stores & restaurants around. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and most importantly maintenance is so fast and also very friendly .

    Rating this based on seeing someone elses 1 BR apartment who lives here. It was very cozy and well spaced. Kitchen is definitely a bit tight but fireplace is a nice addition. Deck is open and of good size as well. The parking lot can seem confusing to navigate as a new visitor, it doesnt really flow well. Some spots have carports. Rent is a wee bit high but to be expected from a gated complex. Right on Preston road which means major stores and attractions are close by in either direction.

    Not bad apts.. units could use some make overs like new appliances, the 1bedrooms are pricey for the sizes, otherwise caring mngmt and even if theyre busy, they will get to your request or questions..

    Ive been here for a little less than a month and it seems like a wonderful place, everything is clean... the office staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Marcos, the maintenance guy, is always looking out for everything to work as it should in my unit. In short... very satisfied with the apartment complex.
