If you are looking for an apartment this is the perfect place for you. I am a single woman who was in search of an apartment desperately. I can not thank leasing agent Melanie enough for helping me get approved and into my apartment. Update: I will update my rating from one star to four, because I had a follow up call with property manager Doris who was extremely professional and agreed to return my deposit. Pending further updates when I receive my deposit in two weeks. Thank you Doris for being open minded and professional!Worst company ever. Spoke to James over two weeks ago about an apartment. I called multiple times to get in contact with him with no returns of my calls. He never sent me and official approval notice. Never returned my calls to tell me what was going on with the apartment. I was able to secure another apartment within 24 hours of applying. Now that I am requesting my deposit back he’s telling me that I don’t not get my deposit back. Do not go to this place it’s run down, the apartments and old and dirty.

Hello to any and all possible applicants to this complex. I must tell you I have had such a hard financial year. I guess Im not in that situation alone, however, twice in 2023 and now today March 2024 I have to pay my rent late. The manager and assistant manager I call her Ms.Karen have blessed me everytime their understanding and patience. They have worked with me and guides me. I also want to mention that Mr. Jaime or affectionately known as Papi J and Ms. MeMe they always greet me happily and remind me everything is going to be fine. God Bless the staff here. I just wanted the public to know that their are still good people or Angels working on our behalf Blessings to anyone that reads this. Thank you for your time.

My husband and I came in on a whim to check the apartments out with our 3 year old son. Shalini was fantastic throughout the entire process! She was was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Any concerns we brought up were addressed with reassurance, empathy, and understanding. We came in again today and she greeted us with a smile and a wave and we had another excellent experience. All around wonderful service and looking forward to moving in soon.

He was very fussy. No lie office was full, but I am in maintain everybody calm, offering drinks telling everybody to sit down and relax. You’ll be right with him for one man to do this. Hi All,I just wanted to swing by to share my review with Creekside Village Apts. From the beginning, the service has been wonderful. The response from the office staff (Victoria, who is amazing) has been on point. When reaching out, Victoria has been friendly, personable and very professional. She has been attentive to all of my needs, and she provides service with a smile.The complex in itself is an older model, however, they do a good job with the upkeep. I have a two bed/two bathroom (the largest Unit) and its very nice. The layout of the apartment is cute. The community is family friendly, there are tons of kids (who actually play outside, w/out cell phones). In a nutshell, I have no complaints. I look forward to carrying out my one-year lease.

Living here at Creekside Village, has been absolutely delightful since the very beginning. The ladies at the front office are incredibly kind and accommodating. Have lived here for almost a year now and by far the best part of this complex is the quick and responsive management and maintenance team. Whenever weve needed something, we put in a request via their web app and we get a response the very next day. This is also one of the most affordable apartment options in the area and it is not too run down or anything. They definitely take care of the complex. The biggest cons would be that these are older apartments, so even though they are well kept, the appliances and design are a little outdated, but everything works for the price you are paying and it is worth it. The biggest grievance I have is the neighbors. A lot of people at this complex are very loud, especially at night. Some people will Rev their engines loudly at night, constant honking of horns, or people blasting their music. But it has not stopped us from enjoying staying here. Pest control is also very responsive. Its an apartment complex, so naturally every once in a while we will get a few roaches or ants (literally maybe one roach every few months) pest control responds with an email next day and they come in and spray within a few days. Definitely a good place to live if you want a more affordable Plano apartment that isnt a total dump.

I moved in at the end of April 2021 after being at the same apartment complex for 14 years and Yuliana made my transition so smooth! She was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions. So far I love it here and the maintenance get things completed ASAP. Communication is on point with the ladies at the office and the email confirmations of payments and work orders are a nice touch as well.

I moved here beginning of march and I love it! Michael in the office is amazing very energetic and personable!!! Answered all my questions and showed me how to get take advantage of the specials they offer.Once I moved in I had a few issues in the apartment and they came within 24 hours to fix it! The complex is huge with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet. The location is perfect with everything within a few miles. I love it!!! I recommend Creekside Village to anyone!!!:)

A very good place to live in. A calm and spacious society. Nice creek the look and feel of this society is very good. A big pro here is the amenities not open yet and laundry machines are very close. Leasing office is helpful and they definitely give you good tips for you problems. Overall this society is much better than near by societies.

Love my apartment! Let’s just say this will be a long 12 months if i have to deal with the attitude of one particular leasing agent. She is the rudest person I have ever met when living in a community. I have built relationships with all of my leasing staff at all my previous apartments, and I see I will already be renewing my lease next year unless this property gets new office staff. I really feel like I made a mistake from the time I put my app fee in smh

Lived here through old and new management it was a rough start for the new company because they were fixing up the place and thats understandable. Now that its settled down I really enjoy living here its clean and safe and maintenance has been pretty quick for service request. The management has gotten a lot better about notifying ahead of time any major repairs like hot water being shut off. They are very kind people and they have residential events which is nice! The only thing I dont care for is the buildings themselves not very insulated I am able to hear people around me sometimes and below me along with the AC/heater if someone is cooking below me or smoking when the unit runs my place will smell like it. (I think its an old building) However for the price its a decent starter apartment. Happy to live here. 🙂

I have been living in this complex for four years, and I am really satisfied with my experience; also, my apartment is clean, and I haven’t seen any insect or cockroach in my building. My neighbors are respectful, and I feel this complex is a safe place. Every time that we called the office, they were responsive. Many things were repaired after the new maneger’s team started to work. Thank you for providing us such a good place for living.

Creekside Village Apartments are ALRIGHT apartments to think about living in, but the best part about living. Here is the ladies in the front office and I mean the receptionist in the office. BUT EVON IS DA BEST and she makes da whole total experience of living here all worth it. So if you come in to apply or want to know about the apartments, ask for Evon because she’s the best.
