    I have lived here for 3 years and have loved it since the new management took over. Mrs. Jennifer has been very helpful even with her leg injury. She always answers my questions patiently and with a smile! Speaking of great people here I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Alex and Caleb who man the front desk. They have put up with me coming in for maintenance request even though I could be doing the service request online. Both are friendly and always willing to help. Speaking of maintenance Creekside has excellent workers here as well. They are both speedy and effect in helping me with all issues. Javier in particular is always friendly. Every time he drives by me in the golf cart he smiles and waves. I have lived at Creekside since I started my bachelors at Tarleton, I’m now working on my masters.

    The maintenance team here has been amazing I am seriously grateful for their quick response and kindness. They have been so helpful the few times I have needed their help and that is a huge deal for me. Thank you Creekside maintenance and to the manager Jennifer who has been incredible as wellHappy to be here

    This is the first apartment complex I have stayed at that has given a birthday card to its residence. It made me feel extra special. I can not say one bad thing about creekside. The maintenance team is fast to answer maintenance calls and is always honest and helpful. The office staff is some of the nicest people I have dealt with. They go above and beyond for their residents.

    Im moving soon after a 3 year stay with creekside and overall my experience has been pleasant. Theres been multiple changes in office staff and management and some have been better than others. The grounds are usually kept nice but lots of college kids dont take great care of their belongings and make the place a mess but thats how it is everywhere in Stephenville. Quiet comfortable area, nice amenities and maintainence is very good. Only major complaint is thin walls and the office staff dont seem to know what theyre doing sometimes, no communication between them.

    Went in to view the townhomes and OH My! The property itself was beautiful and the townhomes did not disappoint 🙌 the Property Manager Jennifer was pleasant and wonderful to communicate with, she makes you feel right at home.

    I’ve lived here for a year, just renewed my lease. Incredible service and amenities, very attentive staff, clean, quite, friendly environment! Any issues are immediately responded to and resolved. Also, the apartments are so lovely and well equipped. Not a single bad thing to say about any aspect. 10/10 would recommend.

    Most amazing staff! Felt like I was talking to friends. They explained everything to me and helped me to understand every possibility available. Took their time and never made me feel rushed like other places and If I didn’t understand a question they immediately worded it in a way I immediately understood! I am extremely happy to call this my soon to be home as a single mother and a 1 year old son. The look of the complex and how well it’s taken care of definitely shows me how much they care, not only for their business but for their residents! I am ecstatic about becoming a part of this amazing community and wonderful staff. I have never been this impressed to this point of just ready to move in Monday! Thank you to all that helped both me and my son. I will never forget the incredible treatment and pure care for their Job! Thanks so much! I can’t even begin to explain how much this will change my life and a give the son the life he deserves.! ❤️

    Love Creekside! The staff is always professional and friendly. I needed an apartment on short notice during Thanksgiving break and they were able to accommodate my request. I love that they have a package delivery service at the front desk so that I do not need to be home to sign for a package. The laundry facilities are open 24/7 and you have a choice of using cash or card, which is a plus. Each unit has a private back yard. Any maintenance request I have had has always been fulfilled either the same or next day. Definitely recommend this apartment complex!I have lived at Creekside for 16 months before writing this review.

    Ive lived here for close to 2 years and I think its a good place to live. I know people complain about the laundromats, but if you dont overload the washers, they tend to work fine for a long time. I dont mind going to the laundromat down the street if needed. Its hard for staff to constantly monitor what tenants are doing in the laundromats. I dont plan on living here forever, but its a great place for me now.

    The place is really beatiful and comfortable, the people are very friendly and the administration are so kind and quickly solves any problem in the apartment. My family and I really enjoy living here!It only lacks a small playground for the children, it would be 100% perfect with that!

    We made the decision to rent from Creekside almost a year ago and it has been nothing but pleasant. All of the staff (office, maintenance, etc) are super friendly and accommodating. They always make the residents feel welcome and part of a community, something lacking in most apartment/townhome settings. Any time I have had to call about a maintenance issue, it has been dealt with promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend checking into this property if you are looking. The various amenities are amazing and well used and liked. The residents here are also pretty awesome! Check them out!

    I moved from Iowa to Stephenville and chose Creekside and have been here since June 2021. Management made this such an easy transition for me and have been so welcoming. I switched from a 1 bedroom to a 2, and that was accommodated smoothly as well. Maintenance is very responsive and gets done when requested. I’ve enjoyed living here and recommend living here

    I have lived here for about 5 months now, I downgraded from a 3 bed 2 bath house and am very happy with my move. The maintenance staff is very quick to handle anything from a battery in a smoke detector to helping put up Christmas lights! The office staff are very quick to respond to emails or phone calls and are very helpful. There isn’t much storage space for things, but that’s why Pinterest was made to get on your creative side! I love all the brand new appliances and the beautiful warm colors that make up the interior of the unit. I love being part of this community and having access to the pool and club house. I can’t wait until the doggie park is finished! It’s far enough out of town, but close enough to campus, and the train goes right by the complex, yet I never hear it. A great place to live!

    EDIT- After getting in contact with AMBO properties they took this issue very seriously. Legally I cannot include many details but I’ll just say that the issue regarding the property manager has been resolved. Thank you AMBO for working to resolve this issue so quickly! I will be changing my 1 star review to a 5 star!Since Creekside is offering “gifts” for 5 star google reviews in an attempt to fix their ratings I thought I’d come on here with an honest review.I’ve lived at Creekside for 18 months & have had zero issues, I’ve always paid my rent on time & have never had a single complaint against me. I was recently told (3 days before Christmas) that I need to find a new place to live due to an issue regarding “excessive packages” in the office. The new manager is a HORRIBLE person, I’ve never met someone with such poor customer service. If Emma Walker is still the manager my advice would be to stay as far away from this complex as possible.

    I’ve really loved living here! The place has really gotten cleaned up since things were kind of rough during the ownership change earlier this year, and it’s looking great! It feels very safe & all of the neighbors I’ve had have been courteous and quiet. Would recommend!

    Bri, Nichole, and jonathon were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well as welcoming and humble. Honestly they answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask, fully covering everything I needed to know. The amount of people who came in and were treated with generosity and respect was impressive to me. After a welcoming visit like I had today along with the beautiful layout plans they have and the friendly neighbors this has to be the first choice! You won’t regret the affordable easy and beautiful design of creekside appartments in stephenville!Edit: after reading other reviews stating they were giving gift cards for reviews, I wanna clarify I’m just tryna let my people know this is the way to go. Don’t take my word for it, go walk in and see for yourself. Ask for Bri Jonathan or Nichole they were sweat and genuine and I’m a heavily tattooed man from east Oakland ,CA.

    I had a strange smell coming from my refrigerator, called the Office and within a Few hours Bri got my fridge replaced with a brand new one. Amazing Service! Love management so much they rock!!

    My son lives here and he’s happy and I know safe but not worth the money only because he pays for water and I was surprised! I’m so happy for him to be happy with his home away from home and he is so peaceful with life that it shows. I appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment complex and I will be happy to visit him daily for review updates. Jk

    I love Creekside!! This is hands down the best townhome I have ever lived in. Love the dog park for my pup, and the pool in the summer time is amazing! The office staff is always willing to help me out with whatever I need, they practically treat you like family. I highly recommend Creekside for anyone!

    Chris is AMAZING! The day of move in they actually originally had us in the wrong unit. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our unit and to give us the whole picture of pros and cons between two options. We ended up being extremely happy with the unit we got and he made sure to clearly explain the differences of each one and show us to make sure we clearly understood the differences. He made something that honestly was super annoying into such a smooth transition and totally turned the day around. So grateful to him!

    I’ve been living at creekside for almost 2 years now. I love the set up of the townhomes, they’re very modern and a good size for the price! It’s nice having all the amenities and now a new amazon hub for packages! The staff is always so nice & helpful!

    Honestly a great place to rent. Office management are always super helpful and I’ve never felt ignored. Beth and Kris especially are always friendly and have made my experience so much better. Management is reliable and responsive to any questions or problems I have.

    Creekside is the nicest place in Stephenville. if you are looking at renting. I have two Australian shepherds, so the backyard is amazing. I also like to grill, so It is accommodating. It takes me about 5 minutes to get to the center of town, and It feels like a house, not an apartment being two stories with covered parking. HIGHLY recommend for anyone in the area!

    Creekside is easily the nicest, most upscale, apartments in Stephenville, TX. The customer service in the front office is unmatched, the office staff goes out of their way to help with any problem I have. I would highly recommend living here.
