Was looking for a suitable and affordable place to live when I came across Creekside Apartments. After looking through the many beautiful photos and informative YouTube videos they have available, I was completely sold and immediately made this my new home. The application process was quick, easy and smooth and I was able to submit the paperwork and get approved THE SAME DAY. Property manager and leasing agents were really helpful and were there to help me through the whole process.

The leasing agent at your complex is the best Ive ever encountered. Theyre kind, courteous, and go above and beyond to help you find the perfect apartment. The cleanliness of the complex is impressive, and its clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a beautiful environment. Overall, Id highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

It was a rough start but I’m finally moving into my new apartment and I honestly can’t wait! Jessica has been nothing but nice to me especially with my situation. Maintenance is really good about fixing things in a timely matter.

I have lived at this apartment complex for about three years now, and I can say honestly that the staff is courteous and professional, the maintenance department is prompt and thorough, and there is usually security patrolling at night. As for the residents around me, the only complaint I have is that either my neighbors or their friends/family just throw their trash on the ground. Not everyone, but there are a few and they make the maintenance department have to work extra hard to keep the property looking good. The complex has gotten a facelift since Ive lived here, and my apartment is updated and competitive for the price. I dont usually give reviews but felt they deserved one. As for the pool, it is seasonally pristine! There are always nice flowers to come home to, and overall just about everybody Ive come into contact with is friendly.

It will be a year Feb of 2022 living here. So far so good. When I move into an apartment, 3 things I look for: the area, the staff, the residence. All 3 are found to be great...to me. However, its the staff for me. Since day one, they have been amazing and on top of things that have been of a concern for me. I love the crew they have now. Rome wasnt built in a day, however, they continue to improve on making this place a great place to live. So I give it 5 stars cuz I have no complaints.

Good Morning, Just a few comments,I enjoy my community but the office seams very cold non inviting. I don’t think they do enough to make the residents feel welcomed. Not mean not very engaging I wish we could have a weekend person on the regular for certain question to be answered.I suggestion when the pool re open canWe have an adult only day to enjoy the pool, we love the kids just would like to have a couple of relaxing evenings

I had a hard time in the beginning when I first moved to creekside apartment but Jessica and her team made the rest of my stay worth it. I have leaved at Creekside for a while and have seen them go through many changes I must say the staff here now has been nothing but amazing kind and helpful the New Community Manager Tamikia has made us here feel very welcomed and has made many changes for the good very understanding and helpful. The leasing agent Abby is sweet and helpful as well. recommend anyone to this community. Good job team

I went in to view the apartments because my current lease is ending. The office staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The young lady at the front made sure to answer any questions I had about what was needed to rent, qualifications and even provided other options to their sister properties for other areas I was interested in. Simply because of my interaction with the office I decided I will go ahead and rent when my current lease is up.

I love it here ! Genese is amazing such a kind hearted and understanding women! Also, ROBERT & ALFONZO the maintenance man were great ! I had a slow leak in my bathroom ceiling not only were they kind and efficient and determined to fix the problem but they fixed other small issues I had in my home. I did not even have to ask ! I highly recommend moving here !

Loved living here! Apartment managers are very understanding! Doug, Diana, and maintenance team are absolutely amazing! Maintenance works quickly to fix any issue in apartments and I moved in shortly after covid scare and the apartments were attentive to tenants. I will say however neighbors are extremely loud especially during 4th of July and I would see huge groups of people in the parking lot late at night. For that reason I have to give it 4 stars but still loved living there.

We moved in back in may 20 and we really like this community Jessica the property manager goes beyond and above to help everyone out our leasing process was smooth and stress free give them a chance we haven’t experience this level of high customer service in along time the community is always clean the maintenance team is great I have both but good things to say about the property and management.

Robert and Alfonzo the maintenance men are literally amazing. Never complains about coming to fix anything. I requested my smoke alarms to be replaced today and Robert came in like 30 minutes literally. Best maintenance men ever💯

I enjoy living here. It is a nice and well kept property. Mr. Robert in maintenance is fast and adequate, also nice and respectful. My maintenance reports are usually answered in a timely manner. Mr. Roberts quickness and expert knowledge has been a part of my reasoning to stay with CREEKSIDE. I recommend CREEKSIDE to my friends and family.

I was looking for an apartment with an easy commute to Fort Worth and came across this property. As I was driving up to the property there were some areas that I felt a little sketchy about, but it was not on site.The manager, Neci, was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and showed me around the property. I called a week later to check the status of my application and Neci was just as kind at that moment as she was before. I am looking forward to a great year here!
