This apartment complex has gone through 7 property managers in less than 2 years. However, they finally got it right. The current manager Jesse is amazing. He takes the time to listen to the problem and does his best to resolve it. Hes very respectful and knows what his doing. I hope he stays as a manager because I personally cant handle another incompetent manager.Jesse continue doing the amazing work youre doing. 😁

I’ve lived here for almost 7 years. It’s a pretty decent place to live. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed. The management team here is awesome, and that’s one of the things that makes a complex great in my opinion.Sandy is asst. manager and Jessie is the manager, both of them will take care of you as if you were their family. What I like about both Jessie and Sandy is they listen actively, ask questions, and help you come to a fair solution.

Jessie and Sandy have been very helpful and understanding. We havent had any serious pest problems. Ive been here for a year and seen just a few little bugs here and there. less than 5 times. We do need our dishwasher replaced (never got to use it) but didnt make a huge deal, I prefer to hand wash anyways

Over the past 4 years I found cranbrook forest to be my home not just an apartment cranbrook sits in a great location from great restaurants hwy 45. Also 2 miles from the belt way. The office is ran by a staff of reliable and helpful professionals. Hopefully I see many more years in my home.

So happy I have hot water back! Water heater went out this weekend and resolved today thank you Santos you were fast and got it fixed. He also tightened the handles of kitchen sink and a loose door handle … thank you! going on to be a year here and haven’t had that many issues and when we do we just do a work order in the portal and always quick in resolving the problem.

We have been here for a couple of months and so far so good. Awkwardly quiet community. Nice folks. No security issues so far. Had some minor maintenance issues when we moved in but Santos fixed them quickly. Really nice man. Office staff has been consistently professional and prompt with communication and everything before and after our move here. Aniyah helped us with a smooth transition into the unit. She made things easy to be here as we moved. We love it so far. If anything changes i will amend or update this review, but we love it.

I’ve had a difficult time finding a place to call home here in Houston because of personal reasons. She just really reassured me and helped me feel comfortable enough to apply that same day. This property is pretty quiet and well maintained. Santos, the maintenance guy , has taken care of any issue in a quick and timely manner. The office staff has been friendly and they made the move in process easy and quick.

The community is really quiet. There’s no ruckus happened throughout the apartments. They really try to stay on point with getting work orders done. Front office staff is always changing, but everyone that comes in is always nice & helpful! Sherrell does a great job a managing the property and getting things done to the best of her abilities!

Leasing office staff Anaiya and Sherrell are amazing! They are always very friendly, prompt, and professional when I need their assistance. I moved from out of state and they made sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed in the moving process.The community is very quiet and neighbors are friendly when I encounter them. Community activities and contests are very exciting to have and I can’t wait to participate.

Anaiya is always smiling when I come in . The gym is a very nice suitable place for Cranbrook forest apartment people to train or workout for anything with friends or visitors. In my experience, it is a cool place to build muscle with their weights and treadmill so I can say that its very recommended to come here!

I called this apartment complex and got one of the most amazing people on the line. Sherrell Wilson, the assistant manager, was a breath of fresh air. She was so transparent about everything and just as helpful. To be honest, It felt like I was talking to a friend that Ive known for years. I’ve lived here for a few months now and I would like to say that I’m very happy here the team here has met all my service requests and got my apartment to where I want it. They are making improvements to the grounds and I really feel like they want to make this apartment complex a home for its residents. One month I was late on rent and the kind ladies helped me when I was panicking and gave me a few days till I could afford the rent. I highly recommend this apartment.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for assistant manager Sherrell Wilson. She is the only reason why I allowed my daughter to sign a 6 month lease. She is the only member of the management. Team that appeared to care about the property and get new residents coming in! She did not lie she was upfront and she did the things she said she was going to get done. Now why she has not been promoted to property manager is just mind boggling to me! That could it be racism? Well that’s a question I want Hazel Management to answer! That Puerto Rican man you had as a manager was a liar and very inappropriate with female tenants! Now you have a white temp but the only one who has remained consistent is the black female assistant manager Sherrell so again I ask what could the issue be? She knows her business, she is thorough, she understands but she is firm and follows the rules and gets things done she says she will get done?

My mom and I stopped by today to get information on a 2bedroom. The ladies in the office were quite busy, so a gentleman came out of a back office to assist us, he said his name was Charlie. He quickly caught on that my mom mainly speaks Spanish as I was translating everything to her, when he quickly changes the entire conversation in Spanish so that way we both understood, together. My mom was very appreciative of that. He mentioned that he was part of the construction side of the management, but no matter what title they wear, they are all there to help and assist where needed. He even took us on tour and explained in detail of all the changes they have done and plan to do to the property, he mentioned their management company recently took over. He reassured my mom with all the questions she had and even insisted on helping us fill out the application in case we had more questions. Needless to say, after everywhere we toured for the day, we filled out an application on the stop and look forward to moving in!!

My daughter lives here and every time I come to visit I come to the computer center Ms. Anaiya is so sweet and very welcoming even tho I don’t live on the property she is so welcoming to the office and such a beautiful smile I wish I could take her to my dental office to work I hope she gets a manager position at the apartment complex she so well deserves it I tell my front office staff all the time the first face you see in the office that is always welcoming sets the tone for the office and Ms Anaiya sets such a welcoming tone for this apartment complex for me keep up the Great work love hopefully you can teach your Manager some of your skills she is like a light switch one minute she sweet the next she doesn’t speak just look at you and gives a dry wave trying to get a conversation out of her is impossible it should not be that hard it’s your job and the fact I work in management myself I’d Never make my patients feel uncomfortable and unwelcome just a smile or friendly gesture is all it takes.

I loved this apartments during my short stay. They got me moved in quick, and never were they disrespectful during my stay. I had to move due to my loss of job and having a hard time finding assistance to help and being able to keep up with the balance. Even with this in play Myleeka and Jessica were the best. They never hassled me and was always understanding and straight to the point. My AC unit went out and even then i was going through the payment process and Myleeka still seen fit to send someone out to make sure my babies werent without air the same day. If everything was still going good i would for sure stay in my apartment, which even came with a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with my neighbors and so forth. If you looking for a decent place to stay in the Ella area, this is an apartment i would definitely recommend! Its kid friendly as well!

Ms. Cynthia in the office is incredibly helpful. We moved from out of town and information seemed to be crossed between the office and ourselves causing a long delay at move in. Due to time constraints and the current state of things with this pandemic we were insanely stressed and Ms. Cynthia was able to work with us and resolve all of our concerns. She was kind and on our side every step of the way. I have never worked with apartment staff and had such a positive experience even though everything that could go wrong did. Every concern we had was addressed and we were put at ease that we were wanted here. I would recommend cranbrook forest as its quiet and they have proven that they can resolve things quickly and to a comfortable level for all involved. Peace of mind is worth the world and we thank you Ms Cynthia for your calming ways and kind spirit.

Hi I am James Gallashaw II, The proud and new tenant of the beautiful and wonderful community living a Cranbrook Forest apartments a very beautiful community with some beautiful people like starting off with the manager and miss Sherrell Wilson outstanding they went above and beyond to accommodate me and truly they show a lot of compassion and empathy and they do their job very well I find no fault I would like to say that the folks at Cranbrook Forest apartments and the maintenance people those folks are outstanding outstanding Lee good in the upcoming in the Maintenance keeping up the beautiful structural building that they have in the facility that facilitate the tenant they are just simply the best by far the best simply the best with a wonderful place with some wonderful people everybody got a job don’t wanna do it; But these people at Cranbrook Forest apartments they do the job well I’m very pleased I’m a happy camper I’m a proud tenant to be a part of Cranbrook Forest ‘s apartments good community living I would hope that everybody get a hold of us please cause they are going places in the place to be of find good upstanding and outstanding good community living for real for sure and they are up 💯%😃👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿😃

Aww I enjoy being here at this complex, I recommend this place. I choose a town home apt. It so nice inside n outside. Aunjel help me since day one back in 2015. Ur behind on rent, they take there time and work with you. No need to worry u be kick out as long u make ur payment promise to pay. 27 of each mth ur be fine. maintenance fix ur problem fast too! Thanks you so much, also make me feel like home.
