    I highly recommend the housing complex, which is beautifully kept. The location is ideal, with convenient access to stores and it’s really close to work, and other amenities within walking distance. The most notable feature is the professional office personnel, particularly Vanessa. She is excellent at her job.     I just renew my contract for one more year with the wonderful leasing agent Vanessa. Any time I have questions or concerns she is always there to assist me. The community is peaceful and close to the Westpark tollway that is so convenient for me as I work in downtown area. I have recommended family and friends to the property, and they love it here as well. Thank you Vanessa, for all you do for us the residents we really appreciate you being here!!!!

    I have been here for a few months, new management has been stepping up to the plate. When I have a question or concern the leasing representative Vanessa is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always in a good mood and welcoming. It is close to several groceries store and two main highways, it definitely makes my work drive short. I recommend this complex if you are looking for a new home.

    Very peaceful place to stay, pools are always available and maintenance staff is friendly. Bhaniini and Vanessa always work very hard trying to solve issues and get you approved during the application process. They mind their business and let you enjoy your experience of living at the apartments. I love that the most.

    Ive lived here for about 1 1/2 year and I like it. The office doesnt mess with you. Ive been going through some hard times lately and they are understanding. Really good everytime I call maintenance they come. Yes it could definitely use some improvement with the parking spaces. But other than that Im okay. I like it. I hope to get back on my feet soon. I just love that they are understanding.

    This is a gorgeous complex with all the amenities and a friendly, knowledgeable staff! Their leasing Agent vanessa rauda is one of the best, especially helpful. Large kitchens and closets, well maintained grounds, and great views. I definitely recommend it!

    This complex is well kept and seems to have a relaxing atmosphere. The manager and staff were awesome! They were very friendly and gave an awesome tour of the place. Neighbors look out for one another, and management is very understanding and helpful. The maintenance crew stay on top of their work orders, anything that I have ever needed fix from a light bulb to a leaking faucet, they are on it.

    Moved in 5 months ago. They apparently kicked all the rif raf out before I got here and this place is quiet. Nothing happens here its calm quiet and the neighbors are good. A mix of Whites, Africans, Hispanics and Middle Eastern people which walk around the complex all night which I am sure adds to the fact that nothing happens here. Calm quiet and affordable. I am enjoying staying here. I do wish they would upgrade the apartments though they still have older fixtures and what not but otherwise a good little place to live.

    I actually Cant Believe all of these Negative Reviews!!! I Lived In these Apartments a Few Years Ago< and I Lived in a 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bathroom on the Second Floor, And Yes After a While there were some Roaches from Nasty Neighbors, But I Kept My Apartment very Clean and I Personally Purchased Roach Tabs THEY WERE GONE!! I havent Had any other Problems or Issues, In Fact I actually Came On This Website Today, Because I am actually Thinking to Move Back here, Because the Office Staff that was there were so Wonderful and its Very Peaceful there as well. Kids Play very Well and I would Recommend These Wonderful Apartments to Anyone, In Fact Most People Who Actually Move away, I have Seen Return to Move Back!!! These Apartments are Very Nice and Spacious as Well, And The Washer and Dryer Connections are On the Balconys, Which Actually Keeps the Heat Outside!! I LOVE IT!!!
