I give the staff at Covington Creek Apts. A two thumbs up. The office staff are polite and courteous, very good Customer service and always trying to help out and expedite maintenance request pretty fast. Maintenance is good, especially Antonio. He did 4 work orders in 1 day in about 30mins. That is why I give 5 stars, if there were 6 stars I give that too. I been here 6yrs and happy!

Ive lived here almost 5 years and things are pleasant. The ladies in the front office are helpful and maintenance is attentive and timely. Its convenient and close to the interstate as well as several stores.

Jeannete is the best! She has helped me get settled in super quick. She takes care of putting in the maintenance request and they came to fix it within hours that same day. She has been extremely helpful & has had a lot of patience with me since day 1.

We have lived here for over 7 years. Over all the community is a good one. Sure there are issues, the usual Dallas area bugs etc, maintenance will address the issue upon request, as well as, there are 1/4 ly sprays. Maintenance is responsive in a timely manner. The amenities of stainless steel, dark woods arent apart of this community. I have and will recommend this community to others.

I came by over the weekend to look at a one bedroom apartment and was blown away by the customer service I received from Sandy!!! Not sure if this is my future apartment but the way she took care of me and helped with every little concern made me add this to my list of maybes! I am absolutely a customer service fanatic so I had to take the time out and let it be known how great she is and how friendly.

My wife and I lived here for over a year and half. We really enjoyed the community, it was pretty quiet, and everyone was friendly. We never had any issues with our neighbors. The rent was decently priced, same with the associated utilities. Spectrum and Frontier Fios are both available at the complex, which is great for working from home/gaming. They also started offering reserved parking, so we were able to park our cars right in front of our apartment. One other thing id like to point out, we like to go on evening walks, and we always felt safe taking a nightly stroll around the complex. Im relieved we decided to move into Covington Creek apartments, vs. another complex that we had seen prior. No bugs and maintenance was quick to respond to the 1 call we had to make out of the whole time we lived there. If you cant decide on where to move in Irving, Covington Creek is a safe and reasonable bet.

I was given trouble over a pet bird I wanted to have live with us (parakeet) 😒 and a few of my emails have gone ignored. Other than that, I love our 2 bedroom/2 bath. Peaceful, 80% of the time. Of course theres those people tho blast their music or talk loudly outside, but not a big deal, even with a toddler. I recommend.

Maintenance has been beyond helpful with an air conditioning problem. They tried recharging the unit first but when that didnt work they were more than willing to replace both the indoor unit and outside as well. They worked hard all day in the summer heat and Luis is a man of his word. Ive been here 5 months and nothing but good things to say especially for the price as well. Thank you management as well for okaying the replacement. Started off with 6 months but already renewed. If theres a problem; theyre willing to listen. I could keep going on with this positive review. A+++++ Thanks, Patrick
