    My family has lived here for almost 5 years, we haven’t left cause it’s a great community! You get what you pay for, it’s not overpriced and the staff is awesome! Our office staff is kind and respectful! Maintenance is quick when fixing work orders! The location is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to live in Beaumont but not be to far!

    I love this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and so is the maintenance team. They actually care about their tenants and treat everyone like family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live. If I could give 10 stars I would! The negative reviews you see on here are typical people who can’t pay rent and are negative when they get evicted.

    My wife and i have lived here for the past 2ish years and it’s been a phenomenal experience. It’s safe and quiet neighborhood and there is a lot to do outside! There’s a duck pond and a basketball court. Great place for kids as well! The staff even has at least one event a month where they invite the tenants to go and have a snack or do something fun at the office!The matience crew is awesome too! Every time we’ve had an issue they fix it in less than 24 hours!!

    The country Village apartments are the absolute best.The staff are absolutely on top of their game and 100% respectful and honest. Plus, they have free donuts for residents in the main office on Thursday mornings. They treat you just like family and if you have little kids, they treat them with respect and love, and I couldn’t ask for anything else.

    We have lived here going on two years and we love it. Its quiet and very affordable. April and Teri in the front offices are the best. They are on their game in there, and are quick to get any issues resolved. Maintenance is also very quick about fixing any issues you may encounter.

    Me and my roommate have been living here for about 6 months. The office staff are very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly too. The scenery is great. Its full of dog lovers and I have yet to meet a mean dog. Sometimes the maintenance people take a while but they do a good job. The appartment looked great on the inside when we moved in and we recieved a gift basket. Overall I highly recommend moving here.

    Ive been here a year. Its perfect for me and my dog. The staff is always helpful and quickly fix whatever you need AND follow up with phone calls to make sure youre satisfied. Nice neighbors. Beautiful grounds. Budget-wise its a great deal and there a real sense of community. The new sign has been a real help since were located off a busy highway. I feel safe and everyone is super nice!

    I have been living here since Nov. 2012 and the new owners took over shortly afterwards. New amenities and several improvements have been made since. A gym, game room, kids play area with a jungle gym, dog park, new tennis/basketball courts and paved parking are a few examples of what has been added and they have plans for more! I appreciate that the owners are trying hard to get really good tenants into the complex to keep the place nice for everyone. The previous owners did not manage the tenants personal upkeep very well and it effected the surrounding neighbors.What I enjoy most about Country Village is the open space, nice views and the convenient location. I grew up just outside of Beaumont and the surroundings makes it feel close to home. The staff has been very friendly, accommodating, communicative and quick to respond to any issues. They also have family events around the holidays for the tenants. I will be renewing my contract soon and I look forward to seeing this complex continue to bloom. =)

    I love this place. It has everything I need. Recreation areas, laundry facility, lots of outdoor space, Its great! Its a quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities. I love the swimming pools, basket ball court and the BBQ pits spread out throughout the property. Theres even a doggy park thats lit up at night. I love the fact that all utilities are included in the rent, so you dont have to worry about separate bills. The only issue I have with this place is that their small gym is missing some essential equipment. Like free weights and a bench press. Another issue is the mailbox. Somehow when it rains my mailbox gets water in it and my mail is wet when I pull it out. A big plus is the amazing staff. They genuinely care for the tenants and will go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. I recommend this place to anyone.

    I personally love living here. Friendly neighbors, quiet, spacious, family oriented. Love the pond just wish I could fish in it. Convenient workout and game area. I really enjoy living here. I can see the stars at night. Nice and country enough for me. Friendly staff and maintenance. Best of all, everyone loves my little Nevaeh. She is in a very good healthy environment. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family. :)

    Country Village is an awesome place to live! From the first phone call I made to inquire about the apartments, the staff has been extremely helpful. Taylor and Erica are very organized and they answered all of my questions. They are honest people who work very hard. Our apartment complex feels so safe because of their hard work. They are so friendly and their service is personal, they remember your name and get to know you. This is my first apartment and Taylor made it simple and exciting for me to move in. I could not be happier with the choice I made to live at Country Village!

    I have lived her for over a year and wont move out until I buy a house. The staff is super nice and healpfull! They do amazing things not only for their tenants but for their community! Right now we have a drive going on for Louisiana flood victims! They yearly part is always a blast! I have never felt at home in an apartment like I do in this one. Anytime something is broke or messed up its fixed within a day or two! The best part is the no dog restriction as long as your pup is friendly they are welcomed! The 2 laundry mats and 2 pools are awesome and well kept! If your looking for a friendly quite place to live here is your answer!

    I have been living here since Dec 2014 and love this place...feels like home to me! I also lived here in 2009 for 2 years so thats why I made the same choice to come back. My experience here has always been very good. Price is right on, the staff is very courteous, personable and helpful always. I love the country setting which encourages being outdoors and feeling safe! Thanks to Country Village for all that you do to make this the best place to live!

    Being a Ga girl I love the country feel, quiet setting, & spaciousness within the complex. I feel safe in my home, with my 3 children, when my husband has to work away. Which is kinda a huge deal!! It is a family oriented enviroment with plenty of amenities & activities that take place for the entire family to enjoy. The office staff are phenomenal! They are understanding, personable, & go above & beyond with helping out with your required needs in house or out house. Country Village is also VERY pet friendly with no breed restrictions (as long as your fur baby is well mannered) & I have learned that the majority of places in Beaumont are not. Weve been here for almost 2 years now & plan on staying until we can find a house of our own.

    I currently live here and love it! I love the fact that it is away from town and next to the dirtbike track I grew up at. The gym and pool room are so convenient because when my friends come over we always have something to do! I love running, so the fact that there is 60+ acres here is awesome! I definitely recommend living and raising kids here since it is out in the country and there is plenty of room for your kids to play.

    The ladies in the front office are friendly and will talk to you like a person not a customer. Everything is included with no fees for parking or trash removal. You will incur fees if you use more than the allotted amount of electricity so cut off your devices (this happened to me once with I first moved in). No smoking inside. No one has stolen anything from me (unlike at that other apartment where someone stole my bike). They have a childrens playground with swings as well as basketball and tennis courts. Theres a fenced in dog park. I dont own and animals because the pet fee is high but they will accept all dogs because they know dogs are sweet when well taken care of by people; all dogs must be leashed when outside the dwelling. There arent any fees for reptiles/fish. You can go sit outside next to a lake with ducks; its super peaceful on nice days and they have apartment events for major holidays. The complex has two pools so theres no overcrowding. Surrounding the entire complex is a main road that transitions into rock for road/trail running. I would say its almost a mile because it takes about 12-15 minutes at a relaxed pace. They have a storage lot for boats and RVs. Quarterly bug spraying with 24 hours minimum notice. Your neighbors will help you if you ask. When it flooded for Imelda everyone upstairs brought the people from the lower deck up to keep them safe. It did flood up to 3 ft in the lower apartments, but the crews came in and took everything out as soon as the water receded and began repairs. Make sure you have renters insurance and youll be fine. In case of flood, move vehicles to the roadside on 124. Prohibits illegal drugs. No running businesses from your apartment.EDIT: They no longer accept packages in the front office. So, look for items on your front porch or make a deal with a neighbor to pick up mail when one of you is out of town. If something goes missing you should still check with the front office since this is a new policy change. Theyll give you solid advice on how to file a missing report claim with the delivery company.

    A very quiet and relaxing place to live. Amenities for families and pets, plenty of open space, and reasonable rates. New office staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Property owners are making chances everywhere to improve amenities and appearance. Definitely a place I would recommend to others.

    They have been very accomodating and nice to work with. The staff were more than willing to make a few adjustments to the apartment in order to allow wheel chair access which was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was prepped well for the move in. The grounds are kept neat and maintained. All in all a very pleasant moving experience. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful.

    Ive lived here for over 2 years. Lets just say if it wasnt quiet, the staff that lives in the community didnt take care of the community, they didnt have a gym, 2 pools, rec room, basketball/tennis court, dog park, free internet and didnt throw community events then I would not live here. You would be surprised at the amount of tenants that have lived here for 2+ years with no plans of moving anywhere else. If you like a nice, quiet, friendly community then I would definitely suggest moving out here. And no not only because you can get a $100 referral bonus :P

    My girlfriend and I and her pets just moved in a month ago and so far we love the place!! Very peaceful, lots of space, very pet friendly(love that cause it was hard finding a place that accepts pets)! If we have a problem they work pretty fast to fix it and check up on it. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of our living here is. 😄

    I wanted to say that after Harvey devasted my home and my neighborhood, I was at wits end. I lost all my furniture, clothes and 40 years worth of memories. I had two small grandchildren in tow who were displaced with me. Country Village amazingly had a place for us. We have been here seven months and have seen it go through some very beneficial changes. I couldnt ask for a prettier setting in which to live. No bare concrete parking lot to stare at, no there are amazing grounds, a duck pond which is very scenic and peaceful, a dog yard and a play set. They even have goats nearby! If you truly want a quiet, safe place to raise your children---this would be perfect for you.

    This place is great and so is the staff! It is really quiet here and family friendly! We are really enjoying our stay! There are plenty of amenities that keep us comfortable! The staff is really nice and helped us get the short term lease we needed while we stay in Beaumont! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

    I have not moved in YET i plan on moving in with in the next 2 months. I like the fact that there is a month to month leasing option. I work in the refineries and this is perfect for me .I have been on property and its really cool for an apartment complex has a very country feel to it. I rent out a bay area where I keep my 4-wheeler and camper on property!! Im very excited to be moving in soon!

    Great place to live. Staff is very courteous and will work with you and your needs. The rent may seem high, but when you factor in that it is all bills included it works out to be one of the cheapest yet safest places to live.

    Saturday will be a week since we have moved in and I absolutely love it here! Everyone is super friendly in the office and very helpful! We have two dogs 50+ pounds and they have no breed or size restrictions which is GREAT. I would definitely recommend this place!

    So far Ive been here six months and Ive had an amazing experience to this point. Recently my a/c went out. I called in a maintenance request on Monday at 5:30 and a technician was on site in less than 15 minutes. He worked for two hours and found that a part would have to be ordered. In the mean time, I was given a window unit. My ac was fixed within a week. After installing the new part, Erica called me to let me know everything was fixed and working. Always prompt and friendly service with Country Village. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

    My family & I moved into CVA in April 2017 and we luv it here!! The staff is awesome & responds to your requests in a timely manner. I recommend CVA to those looking for a great community, in an area not in town, yet close enough to both Beaumont & Mid Cty!I am very grateful to CVA for all they have done to improve the units after the storm, and make sure those who were loyal, were taken care of!I know a lot of people complained & were very upset with CVA after the storm, because they had to pay rent, even though they couldnt live in their unit. Yes, it was difficult, but Id rather continue paying rent, to guarantee my family had a home, than to pitch a fit & argue over something that was uncontrollable!Thank you to all the staff, maintenance, staff from other apt complex, and the owner, Tomer (not sure of correct spelling), for putting up with people through these tough months of recovery! You guys are the greatest!!

    This complex and the space they provided me was perfect for the stage of life I was in. The larger 1BR was set up so that I could live and study in peace. No crazy neighbors. Staff and maintenance are unintrusive and responsive to my needs.
