The management team at Cottages on Edmonds is responsive and professional, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring residents needs are met. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently. I love this place with very quiet environment, great neigbours. With door to door trash pickup service allows me not to walk in cold or hot weather. Love the car care center and pet spa!!!

The apartment complex is super homey, and all my neighbors have been great. This used to be a retirement home & it’s been converted to apartments. It’s mostly families, not noisy college kids, and I love that everyone that’s been here for awhile knows one another. I feel safe walking my dog, and the people here have made me feel welcome. If I didn’t have to move for other reasons, I’d be staying here. If you have any maintenance issues, he lives on site and is super friendly, so he’s always happy to give a visit to help out. He even came and helped me when I needed help getting rid of some boxes that I couldn’t lift on my own. My only issue has been that I miss the old property manager Olivia, as the new one is much more business-y, and not nearly as warm and caring.

Thanks, Priscilla for fast action getting air ducts cleaned next day. Its been 85 in here most of the summer. The thermostat moved only 1 degree up all day. From 70 to 71. It smells wonderful, clean, cool. The difference was immediate. Thanks again, Priscilla!

I have lived at the Cottages on Edmonds for over a year now and it is by far the best experience I have ever had in apartment living. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, paying rent is easy online or in person, the apartments are well maintained by the attentive and thorough maintenance staff. I love the open concept layout! Updated appliances are beautiful and reliable. The complex is quiet and tucked away. Ive never felt safer and more comfortable at any apartment. I love that it is a small complex with a sense of community. I cannot speak highly enough of the Cottages on Edmonds. Oh and its also conveniently located within 5 miles of just about anything you could ever need.

I like the Cottages because its more like a home and not an apartment. The Units are not all stalked up on three floors with 4/5 hundred units. These Units are separated evenly by no more than 6/7 per building, all on one floor. So you get to know your 5/6 neighbors in your little community. The Cottages is nice and quiet and not all congested. Thats what got me to this place. I was looking for a one bedroom, but since only a two bedroom was available, I still took it cause I didnt want to lose out on the opportunity to live at THE COTTAGESONEDMONDS!!!!! KAILEY. Property Mgr, is the Greatest!!!! Very Helpful, Nice and Friendly!!!! replies to all my emails in a very timely manner. I met Miguel, Maintenance, once and hopefully I dont need his services, but he seems very nice, easygoing and ready to help!! The only negative I have is the TRASH CONTAINERS.......We either need more, bigger ones or for them to be picked up more often, cause they are always FULL!!!!

3/21/24 if you are looking for a place to rent, dont look any further. Come to the cottages on Edmonds. If you want quietness and a place to walk your furry, then this is the place you want to be.1-8-24 its been a rough start but I have to say everything turned great. Thank you Kiara for all you do.8-22-22 Update: I sent an email and called the corporate office only to have my issues ignored. Once again, someone from the office is playing unprofessional games by playing with the wifi switch. I had to call Spectrum to repair my services AGAIN. I will have no choice but to proceed with legal actions. You are playing with my work, meaning playing with my money. If I can speak to someone about this issue, please let me know who I can speak to. I dont want to handle any of these situations with Kiara. She is the person responsible for all this chaos.We have new managers on site:I am about to reach out to the Texas Rental Association. I have been paying my total monthly rent without a problem. Now, Valiant comes in and increases my rent without any validation. Since the last two weeks of July, I have been requesting to see the ledger from the beginning of March 2022, up until now. I have been getting the runaround from Kiara that they can not access that side of the system to obtain the reports. In addition, I have been having Spectrum since I moved to the cottages. Please help me understand why I just pay my August Spectrum bill and noticed a charge on the apt portal for $89. I didnt even sign up for this service with the apartments. This new service came right after my lease was renewed. This is causing me emotional distress seeing these charges that who knows how they were calculated. Kiara the manager dared to suspend the wifi but failed to email Spectrum to remove my unit from the bulk. According to an employee from Spectrum, what Kiara has done was illegal because the community service is effective on September 1st, not August. Thank God, my services were paid for that spectrum repair my wifi. She needs to be professional when it comes to dealing with the tenants. We are paying for our services not asking for second handouts. I have spoken to an attorney, who mentioned that if any new services were added this should not affect the current resident until the renewal. This has become very stressful and it is not good for me since I just had surgery.

I have lived in Apts for a long time and I’ve had neighbors over my head for years. I finally found an apt complex that meets my needs. One Story. Small complex that has good neighbors. Management and maintenance are great. The location is excellent for myself, convenient to I35E/ 121/ and DFW. Convenient to Shopping/ Food/Churches/Schools/Parks. Quiet, tranquil, park like and pets are welcome. It’s the best kept secret in Lewisville.

I have been here almost a year now. I am absolutely in love with the property and my apartment. They treat not only my family wonderful but also my pets. This place is so quiet and off the grid you feel like you are living in the country or a small town. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Very clean and beautifully landscaped. Very quiet .. cannot year sounds from neighbor’s apartment. I feel very safe there!! Staff puts extra effort to making sure we are happy and safe!! I’ll be here a long time!!

This is THE BEST apartment I have ever lived in. And Im very, very picky!!! I demand a quiet, clean, well kept place to live as well as maintenance responding in a timely manner. Ive been here 6 months and can already tell I will be here a long time (unless I can afford a house with a garage and backyard lol). But Ive lived in a bunch of apartments and was just sick of apartment bs like parties being thrown, things not being fixed, gates never working, etc. But I lucked out finding The Cottages on Edmonds. They dont have entrance gates but Im ok with that bc I never lived anywhere they worked anyway!! Haha. No one lives above me so no noisy people stomping around and I dont have to listen to their life going on above me (if you know what I mean!).And maintenance is top notch. My AC went out one night and it was cool enough that I could wait until morning (but they WILL come 24/7 if needed) but I left a message around 7am asking that they fix it first thing in the morning before it got too hot. My air was up and running by 10am!!!👍👍👍. Theyve also helped me figure out some strange things. Like the inside AC unit was constantly dripping which they said was normal but it drove me crazy listening to it. Somehow the maintenance guy rigged something up to where I dont hear it dripping!!They really do care about you here! Not like most places where you sign your lease and then suddenly youre a burden. You will not regret coming to live here!! I know I dont and I was skeptical bc everywhere Ive moved (apartment) have been awful. I really wanted to rent a house but just cant afford it. This is definitely the next best thing.

We are very happy here, we recently moved in December and thanks to the help of Yesenia from the administrative area, everything was wonderful, fast, hopeful and orderly, we had been scammed out of 400 dollars in another subdivision and thanks to her we were able to regain confidence that renting In a beautiful, spacious, comfortable and affordable apartment it is possible... thank you for your support.
