    Weve been here 2.5 yrs and havent had an issues, until the 2 newest sets of neighbors moved in. The ones underneath us are very loud and noisy, always yelling and police been downstairs 3x so far, the little boy bang and kick the wall, slam the doors, there is no contorl over his grandson and the mother jusy ftops him off there, she sits in da car throwing trash in the parking lot, and yell and blow the horn all night. Thr nextvdoor neighbors are noisy when they have company but as loud. I have to say over all it has really been very relaxing and havent not any issues with the apartment so far.

    I’ve been here for over 2 years now and they have been amazing. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors they have all been wonderful.

    The office is HIGHLY UNDERSTANDING and open arms to ALL! Hospitality is priority at Costa Azul, very quiet, clean and friendly environment. LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT so that says A lot about the comments we post! KUDOS TO MARIA/IVY/OFFICE/MAINTENANCE for every family event OCCURRED FOR FAMILIES with little or nothing TO LOVE on holidays THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.

    Good management, maintenance is quick to fix things when requested, the leasing agents are very professional. They are quick to tow non-resident cars which tells me they are constantly watching over the property. Only thing is the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms could be a little better, the material they use to cover them feels very cheap but other than that pretty good conditions.

    The apartments are not in good shape by any means lmao but as far as management I always hear bad things about them and it’s just not true. They are people that want respect too. Because the apartments are so messed up I’m sure ppl call up mad and angry but they take it out on ppl at the office and they are human. You can’t expect for people to not be human. If you treat them with respect and give them understanding, they do the same for you.

    We love our apartment! Very nice & clean. Office staff very kind. Would recommend this property to others!! Wish pool was open more - especially weekends. Excellent maintenance staff- usually come same day. Y’all are very appreciated!!

    Me and my family have lived here for over a year now and it has been great. The office staff is very nice and understanding in every situation. The area where we live is always clean and quiet at least on my side. Great neighbors and everything is very convenient.

    The interior of the apartments are really nice, especially considering the price. Stay away from the back area though, I swear the residents there throw a party almost every night, a bit hard to sleep when you have work the next day. Overall, close to everything you need to be close to and the staff is kind and friendly.

    QUIET & PEACEFUL, THIS IS! Costa Azul is VERY LOYAL when it comes to maintenance and WELCOMING NEW COMERS! A.C. was fixed before dinner time. I came from Rock bottom STRUGGLING WITH MY KIDS like the average & ALL the young ladies in the OFFICE came open arms to my family with NO QUESTIONS. If I followed the NEGATIVE REVIEWS then we would’ve STILL BEEN STRUGGLING. Thank you to EVERYONE that gave my family A SECOND CHANCE!!

    The office workers are super sweet, patient, and very helpful. It only took 2 days to be approved with applications. Easiest move in process I have done.

    I was so impressed how nice the Apt looked nice inside and how quiet It is in the area. The office workers were so courteous and help walked us through everything making my mom move in pleasant.. This is what you call professional. Thanks for everything office Costal Azul Employees

    This is a perfect place to stay if you want your vehicles broken into and stolen as well as different prices depending on who you are they charged me 1.3k a month but my friend $900 but the same exact apartment, the maintenance people will try to break into your apartment while they think your are not home with the keys the office gives them, they will go into your Apartment and get them self lunch, as well if you don’t get a AC that works properly you might as well replace it yourself because they don’t care, they only care if you stop paying your rent because they won’t fix your AC, and then mostly if your AC is broke your heater is also broke so pack a lot of blankets for the winter, in these apartments you get all four seasons. PSA Mrs. Patty is the only person there that cares about you, she needs to be running the whole apartments and she deserves a raise the other ladies running that place are jokes
