    My husband and I moved up here from Garland a year ago and since the first day we stepped into this 2 bedroom apt, we knew we were at home. We love the luxury of the apt. Very spacious, and you get a washer and dryer included. The garage is a HUGE plus, since we do have severe weather and our vehicles are safe. We moved in when it was Cortland Windsong ranch, but even with the new management and the new ownership, the staff are beyond welcoming, understanding and the ladies up in the office are beyond exceptional . This complex is the best you can get and the value is absolutely worth it. We have renewed our lease for another 15 months and will resign again when the time comes because we have found our home and we are beyond happy.

    My partner and I moved here a year ago when it was still Cortland Windsong Ranch, and were immediately sold on the spacious floor plans, attached garages, and the convenience of literally everything we need within a short drive. Theres a Kroger, HEB, and Home Depot, and soon to be a WalMart and Costco, as well as numerous other shops and eating options, which makes this a perfect location. Since the Connor Group took over, they have made many improvements with more on the way. The front office and maintenance staff are caring and super attentive to our needs and requests. We re-signed a new lease, and as long as the management keeps things top-notch, we will stay here as long as we can. Windsong Estates is the BEST!!!

    After a change in ownership and change from Windsong Ranch to Windsong Estates at Prosper the new staff are actively painting all buildings, re-doing the dog park, tending the plants and cheerfully greeting us, the tenants. I even got a lesson on how to clean my dishwasher. In addition Ive always found the tenants friendly and relatively quiet. All ages: from toddlers to much older (Im 83 but dont feel old as I play billiards, next to a nice gym.)

    If you’re looking for classy and stunning apartment complex here in the DFW area Prosper is growing and is a beautiful place to find a spot. Windsong Ranch Estates is the nicest apartment and the staff is wonderful. The amenities are amazing. They have the new gym and pool tables. The kitchens all have granite tops and spacious floor plans. All apartments have an attached garage which I must have for safety reasons.It’s conveniently located at 423/380 right behind Homedepot. I definitely recommend and certainly plan to renew my lease.

    I love living at Cortland Windsong Ranch. The facilities are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My apartment is spacious and I love that I have an attached garage! Although its apartment, it truly feels like a mini home. The amenities like the pool and gym are excellent. Its a great place to call home!

    I have lived here for about 5 years. I started in 2 bedroom then transferred to 1 bedroom. The entire staff is top notch here! The property is beautiful! There are plenty of areas to walk inside and outside of property. Love my attached garage, the pool area and dog park. I strongly recommend living here!

    It’s been a long time since I’ve had to move to an apartment. This was the easiest process I have ever had to go through. The maintenance crew is top notch and is very easy to speak to. The staff at this location is so helpful they almost feel more like a friend of mine than they are staff of the facility. The apartments themselves blew me away with the space they have and the look as well. The garages are very spacious as well even for the one I have being a one car garage. Dog friendly as well and the curtesy bags they provide are always there.

    Talia and Gyema are great with excellent service. Whenever I come in the office, they always make sure I’m taken care of as a resident.Service team is always on top of all our requests. I had a list of small things to get done like lightbulbs and water pressure. Aldo and Nino came right way and handled each issue with priority.

    Very clean quiet neighborhood, I moved from Chicago 3 years ago and have lived at 2 other apartment complex, this one is the BEST one! I feel safe here.Had a great move in experience, Lauren is super helpful and answers all my emails super quick. We never did a walk through by the way before moving in, & we were very pleased with how clean it was when it was time to move in.

    Love living here we are into our 4/5 years as a residence. Love the office staff; the service and maintenance team are amazing too! Landscaping and pool are always immaculate. The no smoking environment was the most important thing on our list so we got what we wanted.. Oh and did I mention the FREE coffee/latte/cappuccino machine? A great place to live.

    I have really enjoyed my time living here at Cortland Windsong. The staff has all been amazing and super helpful with any questions and the whole move in process was super easy. The maintenance team has also been super quick to get things done and very friendly. Specifically the service tech Ricky came after first moving in and was very well spoken and knowledgeable. He fixed everything that was needed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this property.

Cant say enough about how great Leasing Consultant Lauren has been.     Aldo and Kanyon visited to take care of the service requests and a did a great job. Extremely friendly and professional team members and was able to fix all the requests in a timely manner.Especially Aldo has been here few times over the past for addressing the service requests and extremely patient in fixing all the issues.     I lived here a couple years ago and my fiance did two years before me well we are back, we absolutely LOVE this place and Ryan in the front office is amazing all the girls are but Ryan was super relatable not pushy and very responsive! We have already referred our friends to move in after us the community is in a great location very clean and maintenance always took care of us excited to move in again and be in the best place to live!!

    I lived at Adara for a year and it was a blessing. My place was beautiful and bug, spider and insect free all year long. The maintenance staff is EXCELLENT. They are always serving with a smile no matter how early you call them. Left my stove on once and I worked in Downtown Dallas. Called the emergency line and one of the guys went in and turned it off for me. Such a great and respectful group of guys. I bought him candy the next day as a thank you. 😊 The office staff is consistently great as well. Sam (my favorite), Jenny and Kirsten really go the extra mile to make sure all needs are met. And they greet everyone instantly upon entrance no matter how busy they are. Jenny and Kirsten would often come out of their office to see if I needed help. Just a wonderful TEAM. Pleasant, clean and quiet. Enjoyed my stay!

    We loved living here. The community was manicured and spotless at all times which was refreshing. We had a few maintenance requests during our time there and they were handled quickly and thoroughly each time. I loved the option of the town home with attached garage. We moved from a large house and the townhome accommodated all of our things. My favorite part was the friendly staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and wave whether walking or driving in the community or entering the leasing office. The communication was SO prompt and detailed as well. I loved getting an email that I had a package and then was able to go to a package locker to get it rather than waiting for the office to open. We were informed of things happening (gate maintenance, etc) before, during, and after it took place so that we never had to wonder or call about what was going on. This was so nice. Just a really great community and staff❤️

    There was an error when I submitted my application for the apartment that mixed up my husbands information with my sons profile. It was confusing to work through because there were fields that needed information that we did not have. Ryan was helping me over the phone and was so calm and friendly and was able to help me with everything. She helped make the process of moving from another state go much smoother and I feel excited about moving to a community that cares so much!

    Love living here! It is so quiet and having the garage entry makes you feel like you are more in a home than an apartment. Maintenance has taken care of all my issues in less than 24 hours. Front office has always been helpful and easy to work with. The inside of the apartment is very modern and updated. Definitely recommend!

    My husband and I lived at Adara Windsong Ranch for approximately 9 months after moving to Texas from the Chicago area. We were incredibly impressed with the amenities and apartment! Going from a 2300 sq ft home to a 1200 sq ft apartment with two kids and a dog was scary! But we never really felt cramped! The apartments are spacious and well kept. In the 9 months we lived there, we did not ever have any noise issues with neighbors and found the area to be very quiet and safe. We loved the numerous dog relief areas and green spaces. The pool is gorgeous and the main club house is beautiful! As a health coach, it was also a major perk to have such a gorgeous gym right nearby!

    We have lived here now for a total of 3 years almost. And I have to say...on top of the amazing leasing staff, the beautiful apartments AND the well maintained facility....the maintenance staff here is 5-STAR. I have had a few service request over the time we have been here, and the longest I had to wait was TWO DAYS...and that’s because it was parts we had to order. Travis has taken amazing care of us, and Krista in the front office is as helpful as can be. It really amazes me that this place doesn’t have people beating down the gate to live here...i recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, safe, and beautiful place to live.

    These apartments are lovely, the grounds are beautiful and the staff is awesome. Our only issue was the near doubling of rent upon renewal. Sadly, many long-term residents were forced to move. I know that the rent increases are not directly related to the company. That being said, prepare for a 50% rent increase upon renewal.

    We moved in last month and I am so happy we chose Windsong Ranch. The Community is so nice and clean. The apartment staff are so helpful they made us feel at home. I’ve always lived in a house so I really did my homework before leasing. I like that my amazon packages show up at a Amazon locker located by the mail center so I don’t have to worry about my packages. I love the car wash area as I have a black truck and it’s was always hard to wash during day light. Granite countertops and a garage was a must .You all have made this a great experience and transition. My apartment was in perfect condition. Thank you! A+++++++++

    In all the apartments I have lived in, Adara has FOR SURE been the best. They are a neat, uniformed, organized property. Management is a 5 stars by itself. Never had management come out and introduce themselves. Kirsten the property manager made sure that everything was 100 percent before I moved in. And what can I say about maintenance. Weather your just walking around the property or hanging out at the pool, place is super clean. The pool is so nice and kept up with, it feels like a resort when you are walking around. All around great staff, nothing negative to say about my stay at Adara. 5 stars all around.

    Cortland WindSong was so easy to work with and always willing to work with us during our house build delays. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever needed something fixed or addressed , the maintenance crew was there same day or early the next morning with a smile on their face .

    We lived here for three months while our home was being built. This was the only apartment zoned for Windsong Ranch Elementary — which was a must for us. The staff was so friendly, maintenance took care of issues same day, and they always proactively communicated anything going on in the community (whether positive or negative). I highly recommend for short term or long term apartment living.

    This place is truly AMAZING! Beautiful, clean, and well kept! The office staff really go out of their way to help make your experience truly enjoyable! The BEST part of living at Cortland/Adara Windsong Ranch is truly the MAINTENANCE STAFF! Out of EVERY apartment I’ve ever lived at, this staff absolutely hits it out of the park! Maintenance Guys: George, Alex, Will, Collin, Jordan..you guys absolutely rock! Office Staff: Kirsten, Krista, Moni, Kim, and anyone I’ve left out..you guys are amazing! They get the maintenance done so quickly it’s really incredible and the office staff get the orders put in equally as efficiently!I had an issue with a tub crack and these guys were right on it and had someone out right away or at least within one business day to take a look at it and get a patch job scheduled! I had some concerns about a few ants and spiders at one time and these guys also yet again got the job taken care of for me very quickly.Most recently I had a very important package stuck in a locker and these guys went out of their way (yet again) to help make sure I got this time sensitive item for a very special occasion! I can’t thank you guys enough🙏While in most cases most maintenance requests are handled same-day, expect at least a one business day turnaround time (if that!)! These guys are respectful, polite and have excellent manners and customer service!I feel like I live at a resort with top notch concierge service! I’ve lived here over a year and the consistency is proven time and time again.While I’ve seen some turnover in the office staff, I’ve always gotten the same consistently great service! I feel like I’m an appreciated member of this community and will be sad to lose this greatness should I ever need to relocate! You guys make living here worth every penny! Keep up the great work🙌

    I absolutely loved my time at this community! Kirsten, the manager, always made it a point to say hello when she saw me and check to see if I needed anything. Maintenance is quick to fix any problem and so friendly. If I weren’t relocated for work I’d still call this community home.

    Just wanted to give special review for one of the best maintenance men on the property. They have all been great however I’ve seen Mauricio go above and beyond. Never once have I not seen this guy working! He even emptied a small trash can that I use for poop clean up which isn’t his job. I enjoy living here knowing he’s on maintenance staff bc I know I could count on him. Will hate once we move but for now I’ll keep enjoying see Mauricio!

    Best apartment complex ever. We are currently building a house and I was tentative about moving back into an apartment in the interim, but this place has far exceeded our expectations. Krista is extremely attentive in the front office and Alex, George, and Collin are amazing for in-servicing the apartments. If we ever have an issue which is rare it is solved immediately. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the Prosper area. Closest thing to living in a house.

    My husband wrote a bad review earlier about Adara Apartments. We did have a couple events occur while we lived there that we were not happy with but the apartments did a great job accommodating us in any way they could. The apartments are the most spacious and well kept I’ve ever been in. We were a little disappointed about the “final account statement”- in every apartment I’ve lived in, I have never had a final account statement. Usually you pay your last month and they take your deposit if they feel they need to. The carpet and walls were the only things that needed repaired and usually they have to repaint and replace carpet anyway for new movers. Our final account statement was just a little outrageous. I spent all day Saturday cleaning that apartment to find a high bill emailed to me the next day.I do definitely recommend living here- it is a great place to live- just keep your apartment in tip top condition- or else you will be presented with a crazy bill after you move out!

    Beautiful from the front by the office..apartments are very new, clean, and spacious. Leasing agents and management are very professional and friendly. Always willing to help residents.     My wife and kids have been at Cortland Windsong Ranch for almost 6 months. We just moved from California. This is the perfect location to live while you are in the process of building a house or like us, waiting for the right house to buy in Windsong. The Cortland Apartments are very nice, the neighborhood is quiet and the management here is great.

    Amazing apartment complex with great staff. We have been enjoying our stay since moving in 4 months ago. It has been lovely. Quiet and friendly neighbors. I have lived in 3 apartments since living in the DFW, and this is by far the best one! They guarantee that any issues you have is serviced in 24 hours. Loving it!Only thing that is a little disappointing is not being able to use another ISP. The internet AT&T provides for the complex is very underwhelming but they are the only ISP that the complex allows.

    Wow what can I say about cortland Windsong ranch besides the fact they are always on their A game!! It’s such a pleasure to live here, maintenance is ALWAYS there to fix any problems I may have had or seen around the property which I’ve never lived somewhere and had so many ppl pay attention to the big details as well as the small. And the front office is lovely they are always present to answer my questions and always communicate what’s going on within the property! They have excellent resident events last week was popcorn and wow it was really fun getting to know others that live on the property, highly recommend anyone to go to any resident event! Lastly the grounds are always perfect, I rarely ever see dog poop and if I do the next day it’s gone!!! Wow is all I can say about that trash is never an issue and the best part about my experience here is that everyone from the property manager to the Porter always smiles and waves and make me feel welcome when I come home. Great place I would recommend to anyone!! Cortland has done amazing w this property!

    I would like to brag about Kimberly Trammel (Leasing Consultant at Cortland Windsong Ranch in Prosper). My husband and I were looking for short term lease apartment, while our new home was being built. Finding the right apartment for a short time can be very stressful.Kimberly was our salesperson, guide and all-around helper from the day we first came looking for an apartment. Her bubbly, and charismatic personality made us feel right at home.For example: The day we moved in, there was a wasp nest above our front door. We let Kimberly know and she came running with a can of wasp spray and took care of the situation. We were impressed that a salesperson would jump to action like she did. In the two weeks we have been here, Kimberly knock on the door several times, to check on our progress. Kimberly has gone way above the call of duty.     I’ve lived at apartments such as south side on Lamar and others in the downtown area. But none compared to the outstanding customer service and treatment I have received here at Courtland. From the moment I walked in Krista Walker has gone above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice. You see our building was struck by the crane that fell in Dallas during a storm. Leaving us basically with no where to call home. This place has really made us feel at home I highly recommend. Thanks again Krista.

    Absolutely love this place. Front office staff are always kind and helpful.Maintenance is superb...shout out to Carlos. The community is great as well. I’ve met several neighbors and everyone has been very kind. Can’t wait for warmer weather again for our Saturday night BBQs at the pool.

    Have to say that I absolutely love it here and Kirsten Chae is the reason behind my love for this place. She knows what it takes to make a resident feel at home. It sucks that I have to move bc I want to bag her up and take her with me! As long as she is running this property, this property will be on top! The minute she is gone, you may as well say Bye Bye to Windsong!

    I have had the best experience at Cortland Windsong. The staff and maintenance teams are incredibly helpful, nice and timely. The community is quiet and peaceful.

    I’ve been a resident of ADARA Windsong Ranch close to a year. I must say its the GEM of properties. I love my 2-bedroom apartment-home. I recommend this gorgeous property to anyone whos looking for something long or short term. The staff here is always accommodating and super helpful. I’ve created some great friendships & and met some pretty terrific dogs lol... Looking forward to the coming year here at ADARA. Keep up the great work #TEAMADARA #YOUROCK
