This property is lovely! 10/10 would recommend! It’s in such a great location. The apartments themselves are very clean and nice. I can’t wait to live here! Timothy Carter showed me and my sister around and we love it! He is very personable and knowledgeable about all things cortland. Definitely schedule a tour with him if you are looking to live here!

Ive been living at Cortland at Seven Meadows for over a year and I have greatly enjoyed my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities are great as well.The maintenance staff here is excellent. When I have a service request, which is not often, they respond promptly and efficiently.Equally impressive is the front desk team. Whether its managing packages, coordinating with the maintenance team, or assisting with any other of our needs, they do it with a high level of care and professionalism.I highly recommend Cortland at Seven Meadows for anyone looking for a place that not only offers great living accommodations but also has a team that genuinely cares about its residents.

Update: 07/19/2022My daughter and I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Well maintained grounds and amenities, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, parking is good, great schools, close to everything, apartment is fairly quiet and the staff is so sweet and helpful!!! Today the printer wasn’t working in the office and Ericka was sweet enough to print what I needed for me!!! I was so grateful!!! Thanks Ericka!Original:On January 29, 2020, my daughter and I visited the Cortland Seven Meadows Apartment complex to view their floor plans, amenities and get the price information. We were greeted by Mrs. Maggie Maybit who had a beautiful smile and a kind and positive vibe. She gave me the information I needed, took us to look at several different apartments and showed us the amenities. She asked if we needed anything to drink while we waited and was super sweet to my daughter, letting her eat as much candy as she wanted. The apartments were very nice and clean. We had such a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place!

After recently moving here I have loved the community and what it has to offer. The staff, particularly Maggie, has been so helpful, understanding, and kind ever since my move. It’s clear how she really cares about the residents. The day I moved in she stayed later than she had to, simply to make sure that we could get into our apartment as soon as possible. Anything less than a five star rating simply would be undeserving and unfair.

Maggie is awesome! Gave a great quick tour of the property. She made the entire process very easy & I really appreciated her follow-ups even when I missed the application deadline the first time. I witnessed first hand how busy she gets in the office but she still managed to respond to me via text in a timely manner. Very welcoming atmosphere. It was nice to see families enjoying the pool, it made it feel more homey & you could tell people enjoy their stay there. Happy to call this place my new home!

I recently moved into my apartment and was having problems printing 2 important documents. After about 2 hours of trying. both staff attempted to assist. Maggi gave me her email and tried to assist but the emails were not going through. Wanda went out of her way to assist me and patiently walked me through the process. I was really becoming agitated with my time going and not getting any results. Her professionalism and patience was remarkable. Wanda also assisted me with ensuring that Gatewise was working after several attempts. She also ensured that Cortland Connect was working after several attempts . Her care and concern was very genuine and I appreciated that she took the time to ensure everything was working and that my transition to Cortland was seamless. Wanda is truly a remarkable resource that represents Cortland very well. I left the office with a good experience! Thanks Wanda!

Cortland Seven Meadows has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. One of the standout features is the range of activities they offer for both kids and adults.For the kids, theres an amazing movie night every three month where they can enjoy popular films with soft drinks and popcorn. Its a great way for them to relax and have fun in a safe environment.For adults, the dance classes are a real highlight every week! Theyre a fantastic way to stay active, meet neighbours , and have a blast. The instructors are top-notch and make every class enjoyable.Overall, the community spirit and the well-thought-out activities make living here a wonderful experience for families and individuals alike. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Ericka got me in for a tour around closing due to my long work hours. She answered all of my questions with ease. She was very transparent about the property. She also went out of her way for assisting me when I couldn’t quite think for myself due to stress. I’m sure she still doesn’t know how much I appreciate her. Our walk through the property was very beautiful. She also responded very quickly with questions and quickly updated me same day of my approval to the property. The cleanliness of the property is what sold me.

Although I did not pursue Courtland Seven Meadows, however I absolutely loved this space! It was quite homey in comparison to other modern apartments. Ericka assisted me in my tour and was amazing! Update: 4/10/2023Before I move in, one package had already got stolen. I have a standing desk delivered on Sunday (with a delivery picture), but nothing was there when the staff went to check it on Monday. Shock by the security issue here.I had the pleasure of working with Ericka from the leasing office, and I have to say that she was absolutely fantastic!Ericka was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the leasing process. She was proactive in communicating with me and made sure that my package was safely secured until I could come and pick it up. Her attention to detail and willingness to help in any way possible really made the leasing experience a great one. Can’t wait to move in!

Just renewed my lease for another year! For the past two years this has been a great place to live with staff that is always quick to help and friendly. Havent had a ton of issues needing maintenance, but the few times I have were handled quickly and completely. No issues with neighbors/bugs/mail- or any of the other things that can make an apartment a nightmare. Highly recommended!

We enjoy living here. It’s conveniently located in a nice area and close to a lot of shops and stores. The property is clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is amazing! Overall the apartments are very nice. The staff is excellent and the pool is great. Nice safe neighborhood. My only complaints are that my apartment was not clean when I moved in and it did take several months to get pest control under control (expected with apartment living I guess). The kids in this apartment complex are often unsupervised, loud, and will damage your property (again, can be expected with apartments). My new car has had some significant damage from bikes and balls being rammed into it. The kids have destroyed my patio decor and the grass in the courtyards so the sidewalks tend to get muddy. Sometimes the parents are even outside watching this happen. Not a bad place to live but be prepared for noisy and destructive kids in the community areas.

We were very appreciative about moving into an apartment complex after selling our family home in Louisiana after living there in our home for 30 years.We had never lived in an apartment. My mother alsoSold her home and has moved into her own apartment here. I can say that we are very happy and satisfied living here. The complex is very quiet, clean and the service from the office staff especially ErickaHas been great. She went above and beyond to make our move here exactly what we wanted. I also have to commend the maintenance staff Raul and Louis. Service requests are done in a timely manner and these guys are super sweet and are very efficient.I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a new place to call home. The last apartments we lived in we hardly seen this and had to do our own cleaning outside our door. It had been a long hard day looking for an apartment in this area. I had an appointment with Cindy, she was great! On the tour she made me feel at home and comfortable. It really turned my day around compared to the other apartment complexes that Id visited.The grounds were clean and the pool was beautiful. If I decide to move here, it will be because of her and the customer service she provided. At least Ill know, if I have to go into the office for any reason, I will be greeted with a smiling face.

I have lived in various cities because of work and I moved to this complex about 9 months ago. Cindi was amazing while helping me find the right apartment. She was patient and courteous even though I am picky. When she was unavailable Maya was fantastic as well. My concern is always, this is how they show up when they are leasing me the apartment but when I am a resident things change. Well that is not the case here. Cindi, Maya and the rest of the staff are friendly and responsive. The Apartment was in excellent condition and any issues I had were addressed immediately. The Maintenance team is friendly and they provide very fast service. The property is extremely clean and safe and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in this area.

Ive stayed here for a little over a year and Im ready to move out. The rooms are spacious, everyone working the front office is polite. Now my problem with this place is the fact Im paying around $1,400 a month and experiencing failure of communication and lack of respect/common decency from my upstairs neighbors. Ive called the office countless times about this issue and they dont do anything about it. First 10 months sounded like construction was being done every-other-day from my upstairs neighbors. I got new upstairs neighbors now, my last 2 months sounds like a bunch of medival neanderthals are running on my ceiling from 7am to midnight. I wouldve renewed but for what? I cant get decent sleep in my own home! They inconveniently never have ink in the business center printers. Had it not been for my upstairs neighbors I would be okay with the small mishaps. Overall a good community.

We leased a brand new unit about 2 1/2 years ago and just recently signed our 3rd lease. We have really enjoyed our time here. The complex is well maintained and family friendly. The maintenance staff has always been great about coming out to make any needed repairs. Last summer our ac stopped working in the middle of the night. We called maintenance at 2am and they came right over to bring us a portable unit so we could sleep comfortably. We have never had that kind of service any where else. The complex is also zoned to great schools.
