This property is in top notch shape. The grounds are very clean,pool area is in immaculate shape. The dog area is always cleaned. The maintenance team seems to really stay on top of its responsibilities. Finding a Maintenance Manager that takes his responsibilities to the next level is one in a million. Ive had a fantastic experience living at Cortland Ridglea! The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to the maintenance team for their quick responses and professionalism—especially Mr. Martinez, who goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. Its rare to find a team that truly cares about residents, but they make living here a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment home!

I love it here, my apartment is very clean and well taken care of. The maintenance crew is incredible and very easy to work with for scheduling. Eddie is usually the guy who assist our needs with our apartment and he has been nothing but a joy to coordinate with for any concerns and maintenance problems.

Moving in was smooth, and Bailey assisted me through the process, and did an amazing job giving information.I’ve been here for just over 6 months, and there are no regrets. Far better than any apartments I’ve lived at, by far. The apartment ladies are EXTREMELY helpful, and go above and beyond to help with questions. Jordan is very kind and professional, and takes care of any community issues that arise promptly. These ladies go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the community an awesome place to beThe maintenance team are also EXTREMELY helpful. They are quick to respond and help with issues whenever I’m in need. My A/C was fixed the following of putting in a work order on a Sunday.This team is phenomenal and make Cortland THE place to be. Thankful to call this community home!

I lived here for 3 years and loved living here. Staff were extremely responsive, maintenance always responded quickly and fixed the problem every time too. The quality of the apartments are excellent, inside and out. The grounds were always kept clean. I always felt that my vehicle was safe within the grounds and never had concerns for safety. Highly recommended tenants to live here. Bailey is extremely helpful with all problems as well. Anytime I had to go to the office for help I was greeted like I mattered. Some issues were outside the control of the complex but she still went to the effort to do everything she could on her end. Bubba did a great job every time we needed something fixed as well. Always felt that we could trust him not only to fix the problem but trusted him in our living space too.

My partner and I recently moved into this complex, and we are absolutely in love with it! We like how quiet it is and how safe we feel compared to our last. We also enjoy all the amenities the complex offers. I would love to shout out Bailey at the leasing office, she was absolutely amazing and took the time to communicate on everything with us before and after moving in!!

I am going on my second year here and I love it. There’s never too much noise, it’s clean, and the apartments are spacious and very up to date. Any time there is an issue maintenance is on top of it and bubba even knows me by name and always makes sure to talk to me any time he sees me. Also, the office staff is VERY nice and helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue that required their help they have gotten back to me fast and always have a positive attitude. I love living here and hope to stay for a while. I just moved to the third floor from the first floor and Jordan and Bailey helped me out tremendously and answered all of my 500 questions and never made me feel like an issue. Truly my best experience in an apartment complex.

There is great communication with the office if you have any problems they try their hardest to make sure everything is done in a timely manner as long as you yourself try to communicate the issues. Jordan, office and maintenance staff try their hardest to maintain the apartments even though they are short staff. We really appreciate everything they do here!

We moved in last year.Jordan helped us through the move in and leasing process. I dont know how to even begin to explain how wonderful it was. She is above and beyond any person Ive ever dealt with when moving into a new place. ( Ive lived in more rentals than I can count working on the road the last 18 years ). She made it her mission to get us an apartment. Im beyond grateful for her.The apartment themselves are wonderful. The maintenance crew is hands down the greatest group of men. Not only are they extremely professional about their jobs. They are extremely pleasant. I rarely go a day without a friendly hello, or one of them asking how everything is going.The guys that do the garbage pick up are phenomenal. They are on it daily. Also very nice guys.The entire staff in the office, amazing. Kind, helpful. They always have time to answer any questions or handle concerns. Any issues that are presented to them are handled, and I mean fast.The complex is spotless. Cleaning crews there weekly. Great pool and fitness centre.Of all the places Ive lived over the years. Nothing has compared to Cortland ridglea. I will be renewing my lease this spring, theres no second thought about it.Thank you everyone for providing such a wonderful place to live.Cheers.

I literally love my apartment complex!! ever since they got new management over a year ago Jordan has been the best manager of them all she is so caring and cares about the community and the residents that live here and the staff are amazing as well. I have lived here for three years now and just renewed my lease again we have so many events available at the community and it is literally the best. One thing I have never had at any other complex is once you put in a work order they stay on top of it and getting things done in a great community for kids as well if I ever have any one day.

Ive lived in a lot of apartments over the years, but Cortland Ridglea is by far my favorite complex. They tick all the boxes for what I look for in apartments:• Maintenance is quick and efficient.• The office staff are always helpful and attentive.• The complex is well maintained.• Ive never had any problems with pests.• They pick up the trash at my door M-F.• The washer and dryer that came with the apartment work perfectly, as do the other appliances.• Ive always felt safe here.• I very rarely hear my neighbors at all. I cant even tell when its raining until I go outside.If I have any complaint, its that I can hear the traffic on Bryant Irvin where my apartment faces it, but that cant really be helped, its a busy street. If I go to bed early, a white noise machine covers it easily enough.

The amazing location is near anything you may need ranging from supermarkets, eating out, fitness, and views. This is a great place to live at. The location is good, the staff is nice, and the service requests are very fast. My only issues living here were the parking and road noise. Until I got a carport it was sometimes tricky finding parking at night. The noise was primarily from the cars driving through Bryant Irvin Road, I work from home so it was a little distracting. But this might not even be an issue depending on your unit & noise sensitivity. I lived here for a year and would definitely recommend people at least take a tour. The location was the selling point for me since groceries, 30, and plenty of food are nearby. Overall I had a good experience living here & I’ll definitely look for Cortland locations to wherever I live next!

Finding a new place last minute with several unexpected difficulties along the way is very stressful and my son and his family had to do just that. The staff at Cortland Ridglea was nothing but superior and helpul, not to mention kind and sympathic which made our experience less stressful. We will always be grateful for this.The senior commuity manager Valerie was professional and understanding and was always available to talk and help. Courtney in the front was also kind and helpful and very willing to answer questions and explain anything we were unsure of. Craig showed us the apartment and was so kind and understanding and was very willing to go out of his way to help.Thank you Cortland Ridglea for making this unexpected move seamless. My husband and I have lived here for just under a year and are so happy! We moved here from out of state and Cortland Ridglea was the only leasing office that was responsive and helpful when trying to rent an apartment sight unseen. Now that we’ve been here, they have exceeded our expectations with a new fitness center, an amazingly convenient mailroom, and wonderful response times for service requests. I also love that they pick up our trash on our doorstep every morning. Just adds a little extra personal touch that I wasn’t expecting. We will be renewing for another year!

Ive been renting apartments for the majority of my life, never owned and Cortland Ridglea is one of the best properties Ive lived at as far as management and maintenance goes.They have been very responsive to any maintenance requests Ive had or any other issues that Ive brought up, which hasnt been many. The maintenance team with Bubba and Wesley get it done and fast. I had a few small issues with my apartment when I moved in and they were fixed same day in every case.I am very happy with my choice to live here so far and recommend this property to anyone looking for good amenities and a great management team.

We are about to move in to our new apartment this coming July. Jasmin was great helping us to feel at home and very professional making sure we got everything we needed.Update: Its been 2 months now and so far really good experience. The only thing is the people with animals they all do not clean up after their pets.Update: Its going on a year and we are very pleased. The only issue is the residents not cleaning up after thier pets. The maintenance guy Bubba is awesome and very pleasant. He always has a smile and always speaks. If my window is open I can hear him laughing and holding a conversation with a resident. We have had no serious maintenance issues living here. We love the neighborhood and the peace. Salute to the office staff for doing a great job.

I’ve NEVER gotten my deposit back at the end of my lease at any of my past 3 apartment complexes because honestly no matter how much you clean and make it look perfect at the end, you can typically expect at most places to not give it back but I got mine back from living here! UPDATE: I’ve loved living here so much!! The safest I’ve ever felt in an apartment complex, maintenance is absolutely amazing & so kind, they truly go above and beyond as well as the grounds keepers, they make you feel so welcome & are so good at their job. Never had any issues with the office, they always helped us out whenever we needed it! I would’ve renewed my lease but they unfortunately had to renovate our unit so we weren’t able to. I recommend this place to women looking for a safe place to live, neighbors are polite, they have a security guard, & cameras on the property as well so at night time walking around outside you can feel extra safe! Truly can’t say enough good things about this place.

I had questions about certain things regarding the property and Jasmin White was always there the help me answer all my questions. They do so much for their tennants and the community, as far as happy hours, food trucks, and celebrations for the holdidays! This place is home and I am happy to have found them!

Cortland Ridglea has been my home since 7-28-18, and I dont see that changing anytime soon. In short, this property is firing on all cylinders. The maintenance team is extremely accommodating, and the property, itself, is both secure and quiet. I have also been tremendously pleased with the property manager, Stephanie Hebel. In addition to being both professional and kind, Stephanie goes above and beyond by making herself available to Cortlands tenants. Anytime that I have been in need of her assistance, she has made it a point to get back to me in a timely fashion. I would give this property a sixth star if I could.

I moved hear about three weeks ago and I’m very satisfied and happy with my experience thus far. I came from New Jersey all the way to Texas and was extremely nervous about such a big move. Kalli helped me from the very beginning getting the process started and in less than a week I was already approved! From the moment I arrived on move in day she was extremely sweet and welcoming. The community is beautiful 🤩 Most importantly the small issues I have come across were resolved within hours! For example the dryer in my unit was not heating up properly and within hours of submitting a ticket through the community app I had a new dryer at my door step. I have no regrets moving here and I look forward to many years being a Courtland resident!

Sooo I did a thing.. While I was running errands I stumbled across this wonderful property named Cortland Ridglea. From the landscape, the building architecture, the quietness of the community, the clean grounds with meticulously cut lawn and hedges, the excellent customer service, the absolutely breathtaking apartment and convenience of multiple businesses and restaurants, this is where I decided to call home.. the process was stress free and Jordan Gilmore made me feel at ease. Every time I arrive home I immediately smile because this community is everything I could’ve imagined and more..

The Management Team is active in providing a variety of resident contests and activities, and the Maintenance Team is second to none! North steams are pleasant and professional. Landscaping is lovely and regularly well maintained. Everything I need is within 5-10 minutes including my job! What’s not to love??

I have been at this complex for over 6 months and I am very happy with my experience thus far! The office ladies are all super kind and friendly as well as all the employees that work for the complex. Every week the complex is always holding some type of resident appreciation events such as pizza night, ice cream parties, or socials to meet your neighbors which I think is pretty awesome. The location is great and close to the highway. Every now and then the gate has some maintenance issues, but it gets fixed very fast. Pet friendly and non smoking is a plus.

I have lived at this property for about 6 months and I enjoyed every minute of it! From my move in date, I received impeccable service here day in and day out. Rosa, Rebecca and Sheena are always super sweet and welcoming. Any time I have to call in or go to the office for something, they are eager to help. James, the security guard was always around and alert day or night, with a friendly smile, which made me feel very safe. The maintenance team is amazing! Ive had two maintenance issues while living here, a malfunctioning washer and mold in my closet. The washer was fixed the same day as my request was submitted. The mold, which came from an unknown leak, was cleaned out and taken care of within a few hours of my request submission (thanks for the speedy service Gabriel). I know removing mold is a lengthy process, when I called to check on the progress the afternoon after I submitted the request, he was already done! I was able to go right back to my place with no inconvenience. Everyone from the property manager (who tried to coax me out a couple of times for resident activities) to the maintenance team was so friendly and contributed greatly to making this place feel like home! I am leaving to be closer to work, but decided to move to another Cortland property because of the amazing service I received here. Thanks guys!

Excellent place, clean, quiet, great amenities. My kids especially love the pool which they maintain very well (cleanings often weekly in the summer). They are responsive to requests for maintenance issues and front office is very kind and know you by first name basis. They were very helpful during my move-in process and have been a great little community to live for the last 8 months. Now going smoke-free which is great. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Good area with plenty of access to 7th and downtown if that is of interest. They usually have a nice social gathering monthly, and special treat on Fridays for residents, last week was fresh ground espresso...

I absolutely LOVE living in this community! Ridglea Village Apartments is truly the best place I have ever lived at to date. The apartment units are beautifully accentuated with stainless steel amenities and studio lights, and the property grounds are always clean and maintained by friendly staff members. On top of that, their Leasing Office team members are always courteous, professional, and welcoming - especially Julie, who worked with me on my first lease. She always addresses me by name when I visit the office to pick up hundreds of packages *wink*. They often host events for residents to get free food, wine, messages, and more - they cater to you. Theyre also situated in a a safe area saturated with stores, restaurants, and more. You will never want to move out! This is not a paid review. This is a genuine testimony for this AWESOME community.

I never leave reviews, but Cortland Ridglea has been amazing since I came for my first visit. Madison helped us through everything and was very attentive and kind, I absolutely love her! We moved in just a few days ago, so our dogs haven’t settled yet, and I guess one of them somehow jumped up on the door and locked the deadbolt while I was at work, so I couldn’t get inside. I called maintenance and they were here within 5-10 minutes and got me in through my back door. I was so surprised that they came here and got me in so quick. Our unit is also such a good size, and has a great layout. It also has a backyard for our dogs! I am loving this place so far!

My family and I have been living here for about 7 months now, and we love it! The community is very well kept and manicured. The office team is ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. We haven’t really had many issues living here, just a couple of minor things... that were fixed! The only issue that we have had (hence the 4 stars) is that the respond time to some of our service requests have not been handled within the 48 hour period, but that is not a major issue, because when Gabriel does show up he is ALWAYS polite, fixes the problem fast, and very efficient!!! Also, parking is very scarce, especially for someone like myself, who doesn’t come in from work until around midnight. Other than that is an awesome Community to live in! Very quiet, amazing amenities, Impeccable Customer Service from all of the employees.... Thank you so much Liz, Sheena, Rebecca, Gabriel, Bubba, and James( I’m sorry, that’s all of the people that I have met so far) for making this Community the best one yet. You guys are amazing at your jobs!!! Yes, I would definitely recommend this Community to anyone searching.

Cortland Ridglea has been my home for almost 3 years and I have really enjoyed living here. A major benefit of living here is its close proximity to everything you need in Fort Worth (grocery stores, church, work, nightlife, etc.). The rates are very reasonable for the space that you get as well. Pool area is great and so are the staff. Its generally quiet here and people keep to themselves. Cons - there arent enough trash cans for people to dispose of their pets poo so its all over the place. Parking is first come first serve so this can be a problem if you get home late. Walls are thin so make sure you get a third floor or make good friends with your upstairs neighbors in case they are noisy! Overall a great place to live for someone who wants to be close to whats happening in Fort Worth.

Lived in Ridglea Village for two years, was a great place to live, scores high in all the categories.1.) Design of apartments is nice, large open two bedroom for good price (about 1250 sq. ft). Makes a good place to live.2.) Apartment leasing staff and maintenance team are super responsive and helpful for any needs you might have.3.) Amenities are great, nice pool and gym available. My son loved that pool. They also host regular events with food and desserts and so on, which was always nice.4.) One of the really nice things about Ridglea Village was the location. Its essentially in the parking lot to Sprouts grocery store, and walking distance to Starbucks (literally just outside the side gate). Additionally, theres a million great dining options within a mile of the apartment complex, and its got easy, convenient access to I-30 for people who work in downtown Fort Worth (or anywhere off I-30 for that matter). Its also super convenient for TCU students and/ or getting to Trinity Park, the Fort Worth Zoo, or the West 7th St. area.I highly recommend this apartment.

Just renewed my lease for my 2nd year. Fantastic apartments. The location is incredibly convenient - literally walking distance to two grocery stores, numerous restaurants, Starbucks etc. Also less than 15 min drive to two Sams Clubs, two Targets, two Walmarts, two malls, downtown Fort Worth, TCU, WholeFoods, several gyms and more. The Front Office staff are always very friendly and helpful and put on nice little events (free breakfast some Fridays, free wrapping paper for Christmas etc.) for the residents fairly frequently. The Maintenance Staff is AWESOME and so quick to respond. Theyve helped me out so many times - from fixing my washer, letting me late at night when I misplaced my key and my wife locked me out and went on a business trip, to bringing me an industrial fan when I accidentally got the floor soaked. I dont have a pet but the apartment complex is very pet friendly. Im a huge fan of the modern stainless steel appliances. Its also really nice that the 2-2 has two master bed/bathrooms. My friend (who also recently renewed their lease) had recommended it to me a year and a half ago and once we visited this apartment complex we didnt even bother looking at the rest on our list. Overall I highly recommend living here!

We have lived at Ridglea Village for 2.5 years and have enjoyed our time here. We are currently moving out and this is our last month on our lease because we bought a house. The price increase of rent was more than the mortgage on our new house which encouraged and pushed us into the next step of our lives.We love the pool at RV and it has a shallow shin deep area that our 5 yr old loved to play with her water toys in around the water fall and of course the large area to swim in. The bbqs are convenient and kept clean which we used many times and had fun pool side bbqs.There is a nice dog run and many dog stations around the complex to keep it clean and easily kept up. Our Aussie loved walking around the complex and playing fetch in the dog run.Maintenance is helpful and friendly and is always working around the complex keeping it up. Bubba, Tony and Tyler are always up to lend a helping hand. The front office ladies are professional and informative. The gym, office area with computers and printer with a coffee machine came into use many times and was very helpful.We had a 2b/2b apartment and it was a great size. We loved the bathrooms with lots of space with big bath tubs and giant closets! The carpet is your usual mid-line carpet that lasts a few years for the tenant and then gets replaced. It was comfortable and the normal tanish color which was good with us and our five year old loved rolling around, playing and sleeping on it.Negatives because every place you live has them:The parking here has been better recently but most of the time it isn’t good. We pay extra for our covered parking spot just so we are guaranteed to have a place to park when we get home. It is a first come type complex with no assigned parking. We work 0700-1900 so home from work after most everyone. I was not happy or comfortable having to park outside the gate far from my apartment to walk in at night. I paid too much in rent for my gated community, which was one of the selling points for me on this place, to have to walk inside the gate from parking on the street. Then having to pay to have an assigned parking spot in the gated complex I live at just was upsetting.We loved our time here and appreciate the staff and the complex is wonderful. There’s no bugs, no loud noises or parties, appropriate family events management holds quarterly or so.. it’s a great place for you and your pets to live if you’re looking for an apartment!

Weve had a wonderful experience relocating to Ridglea Village. From the moment we stepped in to inquire about options available for us and what we were looking for, the staff was so professional and helpful. We initially planned on relocating in December but the sale of our home was delayed and during this time Rebecca and her manager followed up with us several times, which was very impressive and nice of them. When we finally sold our home and came back to look again during our shopping process, Rebecca listened to what we had in mind and showed us several options. Even though the pricing was one of the higher options from several others we looked at, it was also the best and well worth it. We love the community feeling, all our neighbors seem so nice and friendly. We love that it has such a pet friendly environment and everyone we meet walking their dogs is courteous and respectful. We feel so safe which is especially important to us and our family, my daughter loves going on walks around the community and saying hi to everyone. We lived in our previous home for over 15 years and even though we will be here temporarily till our next home purchase, being here at the Ridgle Village feels like being right at home. The convenience of all the restaurants in the area, location and proximity of I30 are just extra perks!

There’s always something going on at the leasing office. They have ice cream, pizza or chik fil a several times a month. First let me make it clear that I love this place! The floor plan is great and the price you can’t beat...especially when you have friends who live 7 minutes away in the heart of downtown paying 3 times as much for half the space! Here, you get the best of both worlds! I’m not far from the downtown festivities and my friends can come here and hang out with me after bar hopping without it being a far Uber drive. However BEWARE: one of my friends who drove here car was broken into when visiting overnight! I know crime has no zip code, however I would feel a lot safer if there were working security cameras in and out of the gate as this is a high traffic area with bars within walking distance and college students leasing here. I would like to be able to walk freely, but since my friends car got broken into, I’m afraid to see who’s really outside the gates at night... idk maybe that’s just paranoia! I have seen the security guard make his rounds a few times, but he is not monitoring outside the gate.. I feel like if your going to advertise that you’re walking distance from all these great places and locations, the least you can do is make us feel safe to fully experience what it really means to be a resident here, right? All in all, I gave 4 stars because the apts are beautiful inside and out, maintenance delivers in a jiffy and they are so nice, I feel like I can ask them to fix my car and they will! Great team! Parking sucks sometimes but eh, we have an option to upgrade to a lot or an expensive garage, which reminds me that it’s really not that bad! Lol. The gym has just what you need to get in a great workout if you’re into that. The ladies in the office are cool too, I just wish they felt a little bit more passionate about our safety as I do... but that’s the world I guess.

Specifically, I would like to recognize Rebeccah and Gabe for their outstanding work.On numerous occasions, I have gone to Rebeccah with problems and watched as they were resolved seemingly instantly. Rebeccah goes above and beyond delivering customer service that I believe is far beyond that of an average apartment complex. She is professional, always smiles, and is dedicated (even on her own time) of making sure residents problems are dealt with promptly.Likewise, Gabe is not only outstanding at responding to issues but is relentless in his desire to make sure the job is done both correctly and to the residents standard. As an anecdote, I reached out to Gabe this past weekend for A/C issue, and within minutes he was fixing the problem on his own time. Gabe goes above and beyond to make sure things around this complex are done right--I appreciate that level of detail.In closing, it is not the complex or fair prices that make Ridgelea Village a place worth living. Instead, it is the quality of people who work here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making our year here as newlyweds easy! :)

I have no complaints the staffs are wonderful and very respectful they answer all my questions Jordan made sure I was approve she didn’t let me down the apartment complex are very quiet and clean I highly recommend this community! Thanks Jordan for everything I love my new place❤️❤️

I was asked where we were headed the other day and without hesitation I said “HOME”, “to see Bubba and big Mike, and hopefully Julie”. Seconds later I realized the true impact of that statement; and the punctuation within that 4 letter word - home! Ridglea and my definition of “home” share the same address (wrap your head around that for a sec!). A place that conjures sentiments of happiness, safety, surrounded by friends; people who truly care and are vested in the well being of its residents, staff, and anyone within earshot. Sure; there is the business transaction of a lease, rent due, a work order, but the care and compassion in Julies eyes (community manager) is un-maskable. Mike’s (maintenance manager) commitment to your units every concern is palpable; even as the heat of the day and 1 million other things weigh on him – somehow he finds a way to change a seemingly insignificant lightbulb if needed. Although the address reads Cortland Ridglea; I call it “HOME”, those aren’t “people at the office”; those are my “FRIENDS”, and there is no other place id rather be. I only gave 5 stars because Google is short on cash and couldnt afford 10 ........

The maintenance guy Bubba is truly a sweet and kind hearted working man.. He makes sure that the entire complex and apartments are fully functioning properly before and after anyone moves.... He’s very punctual when there maybe a work order that has been put in..... I know that he loves what he does....
