    Cortland Preston North is one of the best property management companies one can live in. I have been living here for one years and going on renewing. They conveniently have elevators access, making is easy to transport your belongings. I have not seen any roaches. The staff in the office are super nice and helpful. I was working Cordero. He assisted me on finding my new home. Bria is an amazing leasing consultant, who is extremely nice and kindhearted. I recommend this place.

    I have lived at Cortland Preston North for two months and Im truly impressed with the community. Super family friendly, nice neighbors and a top notch management team! Both Tyler Whitener and Karen Linares have been so nice and diligent throughout my application process and upon move-in. The service team is excellent as well...they take care of any requests right away. I love my apartment and how spacious and updated it is. Plus you cant beat the location! So close to everything and in Prosper ISD. Amenities are great and well kept...gym is open 24/7! I strongly recommend this community!

    These are some of the best apartments we have ever lived in. The grounds are well kept, maintenance is quick to respond with any issues that may arise. Cordero and Tyler made everything seamless when it came to moving and moving out. They were also understanding and communicated very well. Would definitely recommend these apartments!

    The community is vibrant and friendly, and very welcoming to newcomers. Also, the staff is very considerate. I had talked with Tyler at the front office and he was polite and respectful the entire time and made the space comfortable. Definitely a good place to live.

    Cant wait to live here, away from the city noise, gated, friendly, great views and open skies. Staff was very transparent and friendly which is huge to us. The drive up there has such an open small town feel, even felt and looked a little bit like Tennessee where I have lived before.

    Cortland Preston North is a wonderful place to live. Haley, Cordero & Tyler in the front office are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys Ashley, Greg & George are awesome and always take care of any problem we may have. Cortland is really close to shopping and restaurants. There are also two very good hospitals close by. UT Southwestern just off the Dallas North tollway Frisco and Baylor Scott & White off highway 380 in McKinney. The game room and work out room are tops. We have been with Cortland since 2015 and highly recommend them as a place to call home.

    I moved in Corland Preston North for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. Cordero, my incredible leasing consultant went above and beyond to assist me on my new home. He was very knowledgeable about the community and the amenities. I recommend this community due to their professional staff and the many features they provided, like ELEVATORS IN EVERY BUILDINGS! Their landscaping, the structures of the buildings, and hallways are always clean. They have a 24-hour gym, a clubhouse, printer, computer, pool table, and TVs. I am extremely happy with my experience and the decision I made. Stop by to visit Cortland today!

    One of the best apartments I ever lived both from Amenities/Maintenance and Customer Service perspective!!Good location, very neat, clean and well maintained. If we put in any request for maintenance, it is taken care on the same day on almost all cases.I had to sign a short-term lease as our new home is under construction, due to this, I had to reshuffle the move out dates and lease agreement dates quite often . Office staff Karen, Ashley and Manager Tyler are amazing! they always go an extra mile to help the residents. Tyler was so flexible in giving us options to extend our lease and adjusted all our move out dates and also adjusted us into a new apartment without hassle.I highly recommend these apartments, specially considering the maintenance of the place, flexibility and amazing staff!

    I actually have really enjoyed living in these apartments. Itā€™s one of the only apartments in prosper/frisco that you donā€™t need to use Coserv electric and can choose your own company. Itā€™s also a very safe and clean complex I feel safe here and itā€™s quiet and relaxed as majority of the people here are professionals. I did have a mold issue happen from a leaking AC in the summer but they remedied the issue so fast by taking out the sheet rock, giving me a air filter to filter oh the mold in the air, and cleaning all of my vents. They also gave me a $50 dollar gift card for the issue. Yes, 50 dollars isnā€™t much but the gesture was kind from the leasing office and I appreciated it. Haley is great property manager and always listen to any concerns I might have. I do have some issues at time with some of the leasing consultants as they are dismissive but Tyler is one of the best here and always happy to help. I really like living in cortland properties because this is the type of service you get from them. They really are great! If you are looking for a safe, clean, and homey apartment I so recommend living here.

    Karen is the sweetest! She was so helpful with the application process and the move in experience. I loveee my apartment it is so spacious!!! The grounds are nice and the community is as well. I have submitted work orders and maintenance has taken care of them in a reasonable amount of time. I couldnā€™t have found a better place to stay!

    Cortland Preston North is an amazing community with great amenities and spacious living. The other benefits like proximity to shopping/dining and Prospes ISD make this location a no-brainer.     I loved living here. The property is very pretty. The apartment I lived in was really big and I was very happy with it. Maintenance comes very quickly and the leasing team was always pleasant with me and I felt valued. The amenities are great. Pool and grills very clean and NEVER CROWDED. The residents were pretty tame. I appreciate Cortland Preston North giving us such a great home and it was bittersweet moving out. Would recommend.

    I have lived on this property for a little over 2 years and it is wonderful. This community has the best landscaping and is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance team is wonderful and Iā€™ve had personal interactions with Travis- he is a delight! Another huge bonus is how amazing the management staff is. Everyone in the office is so friendly and personable and is always willing to go above and beyond. A special shoutout to Horacio Dominguez! He is the best manager i have ever seen. My wife and i had some personal issues come up and Horacio has done everything in his power to help us out. I am forever grateful for him. I think he should be a community manager soon, heā€™s just overall amazing and wonderful. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without him! Thank you sovereign Preston road and a personal thank you to Horacio!

    I recently visited my friend who lives at Sovereign Preston Apartments, and had a wonderful experience! Iā€™ve lived in apartments practically all my adult life and I know apartments.My friend took me on tour as he bragged about his new place, and I noticed the landscaping, parking lot areas, and breeze ways were very clean. Things were just in order which speaks volumes of how well managed this property is run. When I see this, I know they know their business.Upon entering the main office, it was like a ā€œwowā€ moment, cleanliness, well organized, very nicely decorated, and the list goes on. The staff was just incredible! Super friendly, very professional in their business and they made me feel very welcomed. Thank you so much for the hospitality!This is a place for me to definitely check-out for my next move!

    Iā€™ve lived here since June of 2018 & any issue Iā€™ve had (such as loud neighbors) has been handled professionally and promptly. The complex is clean, quiet & family friendly. The facilities (gym & pool) are always clean as well. All of my neighbors are friendly & The staff is exceptional. Horacio, in the leasing office, always goes above and beyond to assist me with anything I need. Whenever Iā€™ve had questions about policies or something completely random, he has answered them fully & quickly. There has been a couple times Iā€™ve gotten stuck at work late, and he has willing let my dog outside for me *woohoo!!* I always feel safe, even when I take my dog outside early in the mornings. The maintenance team does everything they can to complete maintenance requests within 48 hours & they keep the property clean as well. I definitely recommend living here! Family friendly, quiet, & clean :)

    After waiting a few months after move in to review, our family has been happy with the overall experience of living in this community. We came by multiple times before choosing to live here to check things out and talk with the front office staff. Jason has been great and hes our go to guy for whatever we need. Everything has been handled promptly and professionally. The amenities are really nice especially the salt water pool. We have friends that liked this place so much they are moving here. The location is great to get to shopping, food and the tollway.

    This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and very helpful to your needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday. The gym is open 24/7 and are never crowded. The pool area is stunning and offers grilling stations as well as restrooms. I love the convince of the elevator as I live on the 3rd floor. If youā€™re looking for city living with a country feel this is the place Iā€™d call home!Additionally to say that Autumn is amazing would be an understatement. She is exceptional and very good at her job. No problem to big or small for her.

    So far we have enjoyed living here. There are a lot of good things about these apartments. They are in a good area that close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. There is everything you could possibly want nearby from grocery stores to entertainment. The apartments are very quiet. The gym is pretty nice with cardio equipment, free weights, and a yoga area. The staff has always been nice when Iā€™ve come in contact with them. My family and I have really enjoyed the small community events that they have been having lately.The service requests are answered promptly. The few things that we have noticed,such as the overflowing trash compactors and the pet waste not being picked up by owners, they followed up on immediately and made it much better.The pool is very nice but could use a cleaning!Overall itā€™s been an enjoyable place to live.

    My roommate and I have had such a good experience here so far! All the staff has been super quick to respond to any concerns or questions weā€™ve had throughout moving in and even after as well. Curtis has been especially helpful through our time here - I emailed him the other day about a maintenance request because I forgot how to and he 1) told me how Iā€™d go about doing that but 2) went ahead and told me heā€™d personally fill it out for me anyways. They keep the complex well kept and the amenities are super nice also. Theyā€™re super personable and you can tell they like to go above and beyond for their tenants. Super glad we chose here!

    I really like my apartment and am very happy that I got it. A very friendly community with wide range of demographics, young professionals, families, and retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Christie is an exceptional manager and truly cares about your concerns. She is always prompt and efficient. I had somethings that needed fixing and it was done quickly. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lots of open green space and sidewalks. Great salt water pool and fun media room. The pool table is great but you need better pool sticks. I am very pleased so far and very grateful for prompt service. A great place to live! Every one is so nice. Would recommend it to anyone.     Everyone in the front office as well as the maintenance staff have been fantastic. Jason worked with me, answering every question with personal thought and care. The move in went seamlessly and settling into my new home has been a breeze. The grounds are well kept and eye appealing. The apartments are close to plenty of shopping but tucked away so itā€™s very quiet and an all around pleasant place to live.

    We traveled all over Frisco looking for apartments and chose Sovereign Preston Road. I love everything about them. Our experience started off with Autumn, she has been fantastic. She helped us find an apartment that best fit our needs. She has always been available to answer questions, and we asked a lot. The day we moved in she came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. While Autumn has been our go to person we have spoken to everyone in the office and they have always gone out of their way to help us or answer questions.We have met several neighbors at the pool and on site dog park, everyone as been great and you feel a sense of community. The apartment backs up to a little creek and some open space with a small walking trail. We have on occasion seen the neighborā€™s cow t the apartmentā€™s buck fence, my dog thinks it is another dog to play with and doesnā€™t understand why the cow just stares at him.The apartment complex also puts together some fun gatherings. While we havenā€™t had a chance to use much of the amenities the workout facility looks great and my kids keep begging me to take them to the game room for a game of pool. We have used the pool a lot and it is a good size with enough room for everyone. They offer four grills so bring our food down to cook as you swim in the evening. Our dog enjoys the large dog park with access to fresh water. He frequently finds friends to play and run with in the evening.If you are looking for a nice safe apartment complex that is close to everything, but far enough away from all the traffic look no further.

    Weā€™ve lived here for six months and are very pleased with SPR! The location of the complex is close to DNT and 380 making it easy to get to shopping in Frisco and McKinney. Itā€™s enough off of Preston to have a more residential feel, which we like. The amenities are very nice, with the pool being the nicest Iā€™ve seen! The grounds are well maintained and clean. The whole complex is smoke free!!! That is a nice bonus for us.Lindsey was the property manager who worked with us at move in. She was wonderful, and helped us to secure our dream apartment floor plan and location in the complex. The minor maintenance issues we had in the beginning were handled quickly and were all resolved. The new management company has been great so far as well. Weā€™ve been very impressed with the new property manager, Taylor! She has helped us address an issue quickly and professionally. We really like the friendly and helpful maintenance crew as well. So far weā€™re very happy with our experience here.

    Iā€™ve been at this property since it opened and itā€™s gone through a lot of changes and most importantly improvements. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is great for all thatā€™s new up and coming. Good area with a lot of young professionals. The management team here has always been helpful and accommodating. Anytime Iā€™ve needed maintenance, itā€™s been handled with immediate care and repair. Staff is super friendly. Especially Horacio on the management team... Iā€™m in and out of town a lot and heā€™s gone above and beyond to attend to my needs as a resident in this community to make me feel comfortable and want to always continue my lease here. Itā€™s a great place with great people!

    Let me tell you, this place is perfect! They have elevators in their buildings, amazing fixtures, counter tops and stand up showers. The resort style pool is incredible and almost never crowded. They offer fitness classes and do lots of community events. And the management is truly phenomenal! Iā€™ve never been happier with a complex. Also, itā€™s a short mile drive to all sorts of new shops and restaurants in Prosper!

    We took a 2 bed apt lease for 15months and itā€™s worth the stay longer here. This Community is very neat and maintained very well. Any service request raised will be solved on the same day. The Cortland portal is a user friendly app where all your concerns can be resolved. The management here are very polite and helpful.

    I have lived here for about two weeks now and have enjoyed it so far. The amenities are nice such as valet trash, the pool with grills, and the dog park. There is a nice walking trail in the back that leads to the dog park. It is a huge area for the dogs to run.The walls are somewhat thin, so I can hear my neighbors but it is during dinner time or whenever Im in the kitchen only, so it is not at night. Not that big of a deal.It feels like a neighborhood and I really enjoy the attached garage and how I just walk out the front door to grass for my dog to go potty. Inside the apartment is nice, too. Nice appliances and tons of kitchen storage.Ive seen a handful of people grill outside their front door and Im so jealous. Im off to go buy a grill now so I can join them when they grill breakfast on the weekends!

    I lived in a townhome style apartment with a garage. This was the quietest apartment I have lived in. My neighbors were quiet and considerate. If they ever did make noise, it wasnt loud enough to disturb me as someone who worked from home. Overall a very comfortable experience. I would have signed another lease if I wasnt travelling soon!

    Just moved in a couple if weeks ago, my family and I are so glad we chose Cortland as our new home. Its a beautiful community, the apartment is very nice with large walk in closets. So far no issues at all. The office staff were very helpful with the leasing process, Emily was very attentive and very helpful.

    Awesome community. We had a bit of a hiccup on move in day which delayed our move in by 1 day. The property manager Taylor was able to resolve the issue with no problem. She was one of the kindest persons I have encountered at any property. Awesome job! Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Great place for family and kids.

    Iam very happy with my new apartment & all the amenities that comes with it. The parking lot , hallways & dog park are always clean. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is friendly and does a great job. Very low noise level. Enough parking for everyone. Social parties to get to know your neighbor and close to all the restaurants & shopping area. Autumn was my leasing agent. Shes awesome , answer all my question made sure everthing was taking care of , no last minutes upsets moving to another state. Thanks to the Sovereign Team!!

    With the recent change in management it has streamlined the living experience to be seamless and at ease using our smart devices to pay for rent, submit service request, and receive notification of package delivery. I have only lived here for four months but dont have plans on moving any time soon. With the transition I have had mulitiple questions on service provider and changes to a new system. The staff has been attentive and also listen to my complaints on some drivers. I love the community its quiet no issues with neighbors or noise levels. I love the school district we are located in my daughter loves her school. I love the location its nestled in a new developing area of Frisco/Prosper area. For the amount of money I pay monthly I am getting everything I need and more. Thank you to the front office staff I know its hard at times but we appreciate you hearing us and fixing any issues if they do arise.

    I have been living here since October 2017. Cortland is absolutely a beautiful complex of buildings.The interior of the apartments have spacious floor plans. The kitchens perfect etc. I could go on and on. The office staff is so professional. Horacio is the best. And so are his colleagues. Having been in sales, marketing and especially customer service for many years, I appreciate the professional culture of Cortland. Would love to be a team player for you!

    Iā€™ve been living at this Cortland property for over 2 years. It is undoubtedly the cleanest well managed community Iā€™ve lived in since I moved from home to apartment living in 2006. Everyone in management, leasing, maintenance and grounds keeping are fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Before COVID19 they offered residents themed activities for us to get to know each other better as well as special occasions for the kids. They have been diligent in keeping their residents and staff safe throughout this pandemic and have done an excellent job. If youā€™re looking for a new home be sure to come by Cortland Preston North. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

    Beautiful apartments with amazing amenities. Salt water pool is gorgeous and a state of the art gym and business center . All the staff here is kind and helpful . Autumn in the office is awesome and made moving easy! The location is close to freeways and plenty of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this community. You will love it here !

    I have been a resident at Sovereign for nearly a year and canā€™t say enough about it ! I love it here, everything from the office staff to maintainance have been phenomenal. The grounds are always well manicured and the pool area is wonderful. Sadly šŸ˜¢ due to unforeseen circumstances I will be relocating but not before I rant & rave about this community. I have never lived in a place that was so classy and stylish. The Management team truly cares about your living experience and works very hard to make sure we feel valued and appreciated. Last week they spent the whole weekend celebrating us with a beautiful Cinco De Mayo, with great food and Margaritas, on the house. So if you are looking for a great place to live that you can truly call home, check Sovereign out. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sovereign Management for all you do !

    Revised:very frustrating that they seem to be allowing anyone to move in. Just simply talking unruly residents isnt enough anymore. Those if us who actually follow the rules of the community are having to deal with the consequences of those who dont want to follow the rules. Complex still has some positive aspects to it but definitely sad that its not as great as it used to be.I havent had any major issues since I have been here. Just a small one with my dishwasher and that was replaced with a new one. For the most part it has been pretty quiet and I hope it will stay that way. I like that the grounds even the halls and stairwells are clean and I hope that will stay that way. Its the small things that make a difference and so far so good and the fact that no smoking is allowed here at all makes it even better. This place will not be for everyone, if you like things in order and arent looking to live just anywhere with anyone this is the place for you Taylor and Jasmine have been fantastic.Extra bonus, every store you can imagine is close by!

    Itā€™ll be a year next month I moved into my apartment at Cortland Present North & Iā€™m very happy with it. Itā€™s the best apartment complex Iā€™ve lived in. Plus the office staff are really great. Theyā€™re helpful, understanding & work with me if in need.     First off, id like to start this review by saying i really enjoy living at this complex! Not only is the property clean and put together well, the staff in the leasing office have gone above and beyond to make sure my familys needs and concerns are always met and they sease to amaze us. Also, the entire maintenance team is awesome and everyone is extremely nice and we enjoy running into them from time to time.But most important of all, my parents and i wouldnt enjoy living at sovereign as much as we do if the assistant manager Horacio wasnt around. He is exceptional at his job and is always going out of his way for us and we absolutely love him! He makes sure to stay on top of his game and is always ready to be a part of the action. on behalf of my parents and myself we just wanted to say thank you to the whole team here for being great at what you do and making our experience here the best :)

    This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is PERFECT, nestled on its own space, but just a few minutes away from all of the hustle and bustle.     We just moved in a month ago and we absolutely LOVE Sovereign at Preston Road. Their staff is truly amazing. We were under a ton of stress and having to move pretty quickly which is very hard, but the staff was so understanding and helpful! Autumn is just amazing and the sweetest person. What we love the most about these apartments besides the fact that the apartments themselves are beautiful and dont feel like apartments due to their open spaces and large rooms, the grounds are GORGEOUS. How can you not love living next to an old farm that backs up to the property. We absolutely love taking our dogs on walks and enjoying the scenery which is so incredibly calming. Plus, Propser ISD schools. You just cant get any better than Sovereign at Preston Rd, especially because of the owners, Cortland, who truly care about their residents!

    It is discouraging to see any negative reviews about these apts. Things happen but the staff does all they can do assist and make it right. If you cant appreciate that something is very wrong...I have enjoyed the staff as well as the complex. IF there is ever a concern they will do all they can to make it right. I havent had any major issues that would cause me to want to move anytime soon. The staff stick to their guns when it comes to the rules here...and I love that.
