I’ve been living here for about three months, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The pool is always sparkling clean and beautifully maintained—truly a highlight. The rooftop bar is another gem, open Thursday through Sunday, with stunning views you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas. What’s even better is the staff—Max, Andrea, and Allison—who are incredible. We frequent the rooftop most weekends, whether we’re hanging out with friends or just relaxing on our own, and it’s always a great time. The drink prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the incredible views.The units themselves are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. While there were a few minor issues when I moved in, the team was incredibly responsive. Javier from maintenance was a standout, quickly resolving everything—often within just a few hours of placing a request. Olivia and Tanner in the office were also fantastic during my move-in, ensuring I had everything I needed.The concierge team, especially Sean and Izaiah, truly go above and beyond. They’re attentive, always making sure we’re well taken care of and helping with anything from deliveries to guest access. I feel completely secure, both in my unit and in the parking garage, which is an added bonus.The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, but still close to a lively scene with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Plus, being right on the M-Line trolley makes trips into downtown to places like Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Museum of Art super convenient. Even with being in such a prime location, the soundproofing in the units is fantastic—I rarely hear any outdoor noise or neighbors.I also really appreciate how well the staff enforces community rules, keeping the property safe, clean, and beautiful. Communication is a 10/10—whether it’s event updates or notices about things like fire alarm testing or elevator repairs, we’re always kept in the loop. Some other reviews exaggerated the issue with the elevators. Yes, there was a brief period when one was down, but the staff handled it well, kept us informed, and the wait times weren’t too bad with a little patience.Overall, I couldn’t recommend living here more. If you have the opportunity to move in, take it—you won’t be disappointed!

**Touring and Management Experience** In Dallas, this is one of the best properties I’ve toured with the best customer service. No one else comes close. The staff are friendly, effective, and relatable. Amenities exemplify luxury, apartments are high-end, cleaning staff is thorough, and maintenance is responsive. The fees are slightly higher than website, but this makes sense given the quality of the apartment.If you are looking for an apartment with a “wow” factor, great location, and excellent management, this is the one.Reason I did not sign here- Person circumstances might take me out of Dallas soon, so it made sense to sign a short term lease at my current apartment. If I stay in Dallas, I anticipate to sign a lease with M-Line.

Ive lived at Cortland M-Line for 3 years now with my wife and it is hands down the best apartment experience we have had in Dallas over the last 8 years. The building is clean, the staff is friendly/responsive, and the location within Uptown is walkable but not rowdy. Cortland has implemented a ton of updates since taking management - they added a dog park, package lockers, private workspaces, new pool/amenity furniture, and best of all - a private rooftop cocktail bar. We are very impressed with how Cortland has improved the place and taken resident feedback along the way (even from the rude complainers). We have renewed multiple times and highly recommend the building.

The community is so quiet we hardly remember we are living in an apartment. If you are considering a place in Uptown to call home, be sure to tour Cortland M-Line!

Such a beautiful property right in the heart of Uptown! The rooftop views might be some of the best in Dallas.. We recently did a resident event with them and they were so awesome to work with! I will live here for as long as I go to school in Dallas, and then some. I personally have never met a single person working in the leasing office (whether concierge or leasing staff) who wasnt incredibly kind and helpful. Anytime I call or go downstairs, they always have a smile on their face and have me leaving with a smile on mine as well. Carlos is my favorite though, he has handled everything I have ever needed since signing my original lease (I have now renewed). Maintenance is super quick to fixing all the issues. The apartment itself is exquisite. Location is great. I personally couldnt think of a better place to live.

I’ve lived here for over six months now and have been extremely happy with the apartment and the staff. Carlos and Robert in particular have made the living experience at M-Line that much better. Carlos was excellent to work with when signing the lease and has remained my go-to when I need help or have questions. I always get a quick response no matter what. And Robert is unbelievably personable and helpful on a daily basis. You can tell how much he cares for his career and the residents at M-Line.

I have been living at M-Line Tower for almost 5 months now, and its one of the best places that Ive lived. The complex has the most social community out of any complex that I have ever lived at which adds more to living here than most anything else. The staff has also been great, with Carlos in particular. He has been my go to guy for anything that Ive needed help with from signing my initial lease to finding the perfect house cleaner. He really makes the extra effort to stay in contact and follows up to ensure that what ever was discussed has been taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

I have lived at M-line for almost three years and, like any building, it has its pros and cons. However, overall it has been a pleasant experience.Pros-The location and amenities are amazing! Also, Everyone from leasing agents to concierge to maintenance are friendly, helpful, and [usually] responsive. Carlos, one of the leasing agents, especially goes above and beyond to assist residents with anything and everything and does it with a smile! Specifically, he assisted my fiance and I with switching units during our lease and made the process as seamless as possible. Additionally, he addressed concerns we had about renewing our lease and ensured we signed a lease we felt comfortable and was reasonable. He is a ROCKSTAR and truly cares about the residents.Cons- The tower elevators are constantly down and needing repairs- luckily I dont live in the tower anymore. The parking situation is not ideal & visitors will get ticketed if they park in visitor parking and dont pay - this is especially bothersome considering we pay ALOT of money to live here.Overall, I think the pros outweigh the cons and I enjoy being a resident at M-Line.

My fiancé and I loved living at M-Line! It is on a quiet part of McKinney so there’s never too much commotions from bars or restaurants downstairs. New management seems good, knowledgeable, and nice! There was a consistent issue of one of the elevators being down and living on the 19th floor, it was a little inconvenient. But it seemed to have been resolved the last couple months of our lease! The pool and grill areas are very clean and the gym was sufficient enough for an apartment gym. I wish there was a dog park, but that’s my only complaint! We will miss our time at M-Line!

The guy needs a bonus and promotion!

I just recently transferred to my 3rd unit/layout at MLine. That being said, I really love living here. The concierge is always so pleasant. Having someone greet me by name and their positivity is great to encounter at any point of the day coming or leaving home. Brandon and Crystal are the best❤️ Nettle has also helped in a lot of ways with late nights and carrying packages.Rebecca and Brandon on the managent side are always willing to carve out the time to listen to any concerns and try to alleviate them. And I appreciate living somewhere where they care.Carlos has been amazing since day one. Always prompt in response, so kind. He’s helped make my last unit transitions insanely smooth. From paperwork, elevator reservations and honestly ANYTHING. I can always count on him. He’s a people pleaser and problem solver. If I were running a building, he’d be top of my hire!Abram has been such a great addition to the MLine crew. Again, great with professionalism and kindness. He’s even helped carry heavy packages up to my unit without a blink.Overall, moving here from a new city, this was a great starting point. The tentants are nice and sociable and have made great friends because of that. Would def recommend.The amenities are beautiful, the rooftop is incredible.

Recently moved my clients in here at M-Line Tower with some AMAZING help from Carlos! Most properties are only offering virtual tours at this time due to COVID19, but Carlos went above and beyond to ensure my clients entire relocation process was a breeze. The property is in a prime location and sells itself, BUT Carlos definitely set the bar even higher with his amazing customer service. Ive been an apartment locator for a few years now & he has helped me successfully relocate several of my clients to many ZRS managed properties. I am so big on customer service and customer-oriented management teams are definitely an important factor when making a decision where to lease. Carlos DOES NOT disappoint. M-Line Tower is in a prime location off of McKinney Ave. in Uptown. Walking distance of West Village and several bars and restaurants. I love eating at Blue Sushi downstairs. Phillip Hardaway was my leasing agent and he was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and showed us several floor plans to ensure we found the right fit for us! Genevieve Neyens works the front desk and she is amazing! She is always extremely kind and helpful with anything you need! If you are wanting a high in apartment community, with amazing views of Dallas, and great amenities you should definitely check out M Line! Also, the sky lounge on the 20th floor is breathtaking, you get a full view of Dallas and it is open 24/7. We’ve had several friends come over already to soak in the Dallas skyline and sit by the fire outside. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice suit btw!! Just met Amanda today and she was equally as nice. The stress of having to find a place, over the phone from San Diego, was quickly eliminated because of how amazing Jessica was. Amazing location NEW MANAGEMENT and the are the best !we love our unit its really nice and good quality. management always greeting me and asking if everything is ok , Jessica leased me and the process was just easy and fast really she was the best !!highly recommend this place to anyone who want to enjoy the living experience.

I Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants the uptown living experience. Carlos at the leasing office a great guy! He will work with you to get you what you are looking for and settled in. The build is also kept clean at all times.
